Did you create a backup after the video was taken? If not then it is gone. IF you have such a backup then restore from that

Whatever O2's terms are, you are obligated to follow them, if you bought the phone from them, locked to their service. They are the ONLY ones who can unlock it for you. No one here can do a thing to help you - your issue is with O2.

Some usb outlets do not have a large enough power output. Try another usb outlet. You may have a faulty lead as well. Can you borrow another lead ?

I have a desktop running Vista and have iTunes version 9.02.25 running. I can connect my old 15GB iPod and iTunes will recognize it no problems. However when I try and connect my 6GB iPod mini, even though its charging, nothing happens.
Can you please help??
I used to have both connected to an older desktop I think.
I have also tried to manually put the iPod in Disk mode and then connect it by USB but this doesnt work. You can tell that the PC is not recognising it cos when you connect the 15GB iPod it makes a faint beep as in something is connected by USB but when you connect the mini there's no beep...

Okay i but a gift card onto my Itunes account and now its empty but i dont know how to take it off. Ive tried going into the payment info but the (none) buttone isnt there. Help!? please please please help me. It wont let me do anything like updat apps or even download anything. Even if its free!

i noticed this behaviour once or twice...
in my case, it was that the Artists' names were related to single tracks. or single albums...
for example, i had only 1 album for an artist in question, so instead of getting the expected "album list" from a click on the artist, i got the listing of songs on the single album i had loaded for them.
check your tags for the artists in question... a lot of downloaded MP3s, etc, are rather "dirty" . you may find spaces after the name. Multiple listings for the artist where case (upper/lower) are incosistant... for example... if you have tracks taged with artist "Twisted sister" AND others with "Twisted Sister" you may very well have this issue.
one tool to use when trying to see if this is the case is to use the BROWSE function in itunes. Click that then scroll thru the list of artists in the center column. See if you have some duplicates in there.

Multi point question...please answer i really need help!

Ok two questions. Has anyone had the problem with the nano (4gig) where the top 1/4-1/3 of the screen has backlight but no color? .literally...I cant see if my nano has charge, see the time or if it is playing or paused. Well the music plays and it views the rest of the screen. the other part of my episode is that the nano is in mint condition aside from the regular scratches and blemishes the nano was expected to recieve. Will Apple warranty my nano? I have no reciept..and i bought it the day after they came out...in texas..and it has been "incase" kept since the "incases" came out. Oh Please tell me they will warranty my nano i really want my screen back!!! PLEASE REPLY!!!

This statement is complete garbage. Of course your iPod will be under warranty. Either fill out the service request, or take it to an Apple store.

Please guys, I really need help

My computer won't log in. I enter the password, it says "logging in" and the blue and white bar is frozen. I'm then unable to click back or log in, and my mouse turns into the little pinwheel. I have no clue how to fix this!!

put in the install disk. Startup holding down the c key. When the installer appears, you'll see a menu bar at the top. Run the various repair options - repair permissions, etc. Then restart and see what happens.
If that doesn't work and you don't have another mac around, then reinstall using archive & install option.
And please don't post the same problem 3x. It's annoying.

The documents I’m trying to read are already saved on my computer, under various different headings, I know that we have a server, so I only assume these documents are saved on here, as I said before I’m not good with all this techno stuff. I do my work each week ( on a payroll system) and save the documents for each company, they automatically go to the correct place. I never request for them to be saved in a certain place ( well not that I’m aware of) . I then on occasions need to open up this information, it is then that I can’t read or open the documents. We do have a tech help, but they are off sick until the 5th Jan, hence me trying to work out if I can fix this problem through this help site. Its ADOBE Reader that I’m trying to use.

Maybe my title is really bad on explaining my situation.
I have a 1.1 USB drive, or whatever. I know for sure it is not 2.0. Windows XP Professional Edition. Windows Internet Explorer 7 Beta Version 3. Latest iTunes as of July 30, 2006. iPod software is 2006-1-10.
Here we go...
Since my USB for the iPod to computer is always in, I just have to connect the other part of the USB to the iPod. Everything works smoothly. iTunes shows up, and a window shows up with folders such as Photos, Contacts, Notes, etc. Update then begins to update my songs which I have added/changed/renamed. Everything is finished.
BUT, there are major side issues happening at the description above...
1. The folder which popped up showing Photos, Contacts, Notes, etc. disappears, and the only way if I could make it show up again is if I disconnect iPod after updating. So basically whenever I want to drag notes to iPod, I have about 15 seconds before the folder disappears. I have tried going to "My Computer" and finding the iPod drive, but to no avail I do not see it anymore, while it is still connected. I have to disconnect USB from iPod to make the folder show up again.
2. Basically almost the same thing. iPod does only ONE UPDATE. I cannot change the setting of iPod to manual update, automatic, or whatever. Automatic is the setting and I cannot change it. If you do not understand what this meant, I'll try and paint a picture for you.
I connect USB to iPod. Computer recognizes iPod. iTunes shows up and folder shows up. Update begins. Now it starts to add/edit songs I have changed since last update. So far so good. Update ends. Now I got a new song or album. I add it to iTunes library to update to iPod. I right click on iPod icon in iTunes on the left side of the window and click on "Update" for it to add the new song/s to iPod. Now, a dialogue has shown with an error logo saying,
"The iPod 'Storm's iPod' cannot be updated. The disk cannot be read from or written to."
Ummmm... What the? So now if I want to add the new songs I have added to my iPod, I have to disconnect the USB (AFTER UPDATING!) and connect it back to the iPod to add it. VERY WIERD. I always have to do this. ALWAYS.
3. If I am correct, the checkmarks beside the songs mean that the iPod WILL NOT update it and add it to your iPod.
Well...
I click on the iPod icon on the bottom right hand corner of iTunes to manually add songs/photos to iPod. I click on playlists, and songs which to add or not. iPod says it is updating. WRONG. It's as if iPod was tricking me that I actually updated it.
Same thing happens when I double click on the iPod icon in the left pane of iTunes and a window opens up. I uncheck a few songs to test if it will actually be removing it. It now says that it is now updating. Do not disconnect. Then it says iPod is finished updating. OK to disconnect. WRONG AGAIN. In my iPod, it does not say that dialogue and the "No, or stop" icon. It does not in fact remove the songs from the iPod. LOL it fooled me hard!
3. My iPod has crashed because of the recend update. GRRRRRRR I had to reformat it by following this topic. It is the fourth post by the way.

Because of this, my name in Settings > About is IPOD_C~1. Before when I first updated it on my computer, my name actually showed. But after the crash, this is the name for it. I tried everything to change it. Everything in iTunes to rename iPod in left pane, and in My Computer.
4. My Available is 2.5 GB, whilte it is acutally 2.34 GB. I had an update before with many songs on my 4 GB Nano, that it had 1 GB left showing on iTunes, while on 4 GB Nano it shows 2.5 GB left. Just to show you that About > Available is stuck on the number 2.5 GB.
5. "Cannot mount iPod" is shown when I open the most recent iPod updater to try and Restore iPod. Again, another pain in the arse.
Please. I really need help as these things are bugging me alot. Please I'm begging you.

hmmmmmm. a bunch of these things suggest that there might be a drive letter confusion going on.
can you check something for me? while the ipod is disconnected, try doing a file and folders search for "ipod_control".
the ipod_control folder should only show up on the ipod itself. so if you see it on a different drive, it's quite plausible that this issue is at the bottom of matters:
Windows confuses iPod with network drive and may keep iPod from mounting or songs may seem to disappear

Please Help Phone Won't Turn On!

I've had my iphone 3G since it came out and it hasn't really given me any problems. Starting Tuesday night it started doing this weird thing, the screen turns white then black and it won't go back on until it turns itself on. Sometimes this lasts longer then other times. Apple told me they would give me an appointment to go to their store. But today for some reason the phone won't go on at all. Please somebody I really need help. Thanks!

Error When Syncing Anything--Please Help

I restored my ipod itouch generation 2 on my new laptop. I downloaded all of the apps I wanted, I have all of the music I want ready on itunes and I have the latest software update for my ipod as well as for itunes. Everytime I try to sync any of my apps, pictures, or music to my ipod I get the same error and it doesn't work. I've restored it multiple times, restarted my computer, and deauthorized and reauthorized my account trying to fix the problem. I'm stuck and have no idea what to do. I can't use my ipod at all, theres no music or anything on it and I'd really like to use it again. Does anyone have any idea what to do? Please? I REALLY need help here.

Connect the camera to your Mac with the USB cable that came in the box. Switch the camera on. You probably have to switch it to Playback mode (Button on the top). Your Mac should show a new disk (it thinks that's what your camera is
Start iPhoto. iPhoto should 'see' the camera, and it should appear in the list at the left of the iPhoto window, and the photos should appear in the main window, at the bottom right of which are the import buttons.

Mac start up wont work. I have tried safe start, command s / v , command r, pram, and more. Nothing helps!!! I really need to get back onto it. PLEASE HELP ME

For safe start The loading bar shows up but then doesn't load. After a few seconds it disappears and the wheel continues to spin.
I have tried PRAM but it doesn't help at all.
The only way I can get it off the start off page is to either go to fsck or Mac OS utilites.
Fsck comes up as an error message for me when I put in fsck -FY. /sbin/fsck -FY also doesn't work.
Mac OS utilities really also doesn't much. When I try to back up my hard drive it recognizes the external drive but then has no where to put it to??? So then I tried reinstalling the lion software part bit it won't allow me because for some reason it is locked. So I also try to verify and repair my drive. Zen microphoto help!! please i really need your h

hello everybody, i bought a zen microphoto 4GB in June and it worked perfectly until two days ago. I turned it on like i do everyday to listen to music on my way to school. i downloaded the newest version of firmware onto it'sthree days before. when i turned it on, it went into recovery mode. so i went to reboot, and it goes back into recovery mode. i tried about 3 times, then it disabled all the functions. i couldn't control anything. so i took out the battery, and left it until i came home. i come home, put in the battery, turn it on. i plug it in the computer, and the computer does not reconize that its docked and the screen goes white and then it shuts off by itself. then it just freezes, it refuses to turn on. i tell my friend today at school and he said the hard dri've crashed and now i have a brick the size of a zen microphoto. is this true, or?is something else wrong with it. please someone help if you can. one method i saw and tried worked well but you need to try it at your own risk!!! turn off your microphoto, grab your microphoto with the screen facing you, and either slap your hand against the SIDE of your microphoto, or slap the SIDE of your microphoto against your hand. This method works for me but try it at your own risk. it could damage your hard disk. (its probably already damaged anyways.)and if you really need to turn off your Zen but it wont turn off, i suggest removing the battery.

So i dropped my mom's ipad and i dont know what to do... the sound and stuff works on it but the screen is black but it still has like a backlight i really need to know if this can be fixed PLEASE HELP!!!

so i droped my mom's ipad on accedent while walking inside helping carry bags inside... and at fist no one really thought anything of it but we got inside and my stepdad went to check something on it and was like um... something wrong and i guess the fall put it into shock or something but we held down the 2 buttons and it light up but it was black and just with the back light on. And it still wont work so im not sure what to do... I know where the slide to turn it on is so i did that and it made the click noise to signal it was on and i pushed where an app would be and it went to it and made the music to the app... so it works but for some reason the screen is being all stupid... I really need to know if there is a way to fix the screen because if theres not im in a ton of trouble... please help!!!!

I doubt there is you dropped it and broken the screen
try holding the top button and the round button at bottom of screen
hold both until maybe an Apple logo appears if nothing after 20 secs
the iPad is toast
It can be exchanged at an apple store for around $249 to $219 depending on model
Apple do not do repairs
I would own up now before it gets more complicated
