Please help i really need it fixed

my blackberry curve 9300 wont come on, it loads the blackberry with the white bar and gets to the end of the white bar then stops there and freezes and its been like thisfor almost 3 weeks i have tried taking battery out and putting it in and left it alone for hours then it goes to white screen with 'reset' app error

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, then take the device to Apple for evaluation.
FYI, Apple will not replace the battery without first doing basic troubleshooting or testing the battery.

Recently my battery ran out on my 3gs and the screen went yellow! i kept it charged in but the screen remained black. When I plugged it into my computer it said iPhone is in recovery mode? so I clicked on the restore button, it downloaded iOS4.3.5 and when it was installing it just stops at 'Preparing iPhone for Restore' and it just sits there for a long time (My iPhone screen remained black this whole time). Then after about 5 minutes a dialogue will pop up saying 'The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An Unkown error occured (1601) please help! My warranty ran out on my 3GS!I completely uninstalled iTunes and Mobile Device Support and it still won't work! My iPhone won't even come on when it's trying to update!
but you guys don't understand. My iPhone won't even light up, I dont even get a white screen anymore. All I can hear is that it's turning on and off while it's plugged in usb. My screen is black! No matter what i do it wont even light up. When i try to update and restore the screen remains black guys please please help!

The last site that i had that my phone was on is when i was trying to restore it. A yellow screen popped up and then it slowly faded to black. At first it was just a yellow screen then it was fading to black with black verticle lines that slowly took over the whole screen making the screen black.

Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone here can do for you. You will need to contact the Apple Store from where you bought it.

Please help me I need problem fixed now

Being the young tech savvy kid I jumped straight in for the iPhone 5 and frankly was quite excited and amazed but later annoyed my charger and cable were perfectly fine when taking out of box but a couple of weeks later I had problems my iPhone would charge for about 2-3% but then stop and wouldn't start for about 2 mins, I would take it out and then putting it back in but the it just doesn't charge I have the latest software iOS 6.1.3 and thought that would fix it( thinking it was software glitch like many other glitches I've had) but it didn't quite frankly I am definitely thinking of a Samsung s4 as they promise more for less and dont have same problem also I am a dedicated customer and have a iMac desktop, a mackbook pro retina and a iPad mini and the Genius Bar me too wait for 2 weeks until they can get to me and that is public holiday so in theory it's about 2 1/2 weeks and I probably need a new cable but am not keen on getting new lightning cable for $30 thank you and hope u can give me answers to my problem soon thnx

How many Apple devices you own is irrelevant to the discussion of the issue or how long you have to wait for a Genius Bar appointment.
All iPhones come with a 1yr warranty when new. This covers everything that came with the phone. They will replace the charger/sync cable at no cost assuming that is the issue.

AppleWorks is a very old application and requires Rosetta to run under recent systems.
Lion does not include Rosetta.

The documents I’m trying to read are already saved on my computer, under various different headings, I know that we have a server, so I only assume these documents are saved on here, as I said before I’m not good with all this techno stuff. I do my work each week ( on a payroll system) and save the documents for each company, they automatically go to the correct place. I live in South Africa, and I had the same problem with my iPhone 4.
After weeks of frustration and swearing, I was in the process of restoring my phone to a previous iOS. To do that you need to turn the "Find my iPhone" option off, since i turned it off, my problem was solved. No need to repair anything or revert back to old iOS.

What type network is yu router set up for? The 4G iPod can only connect and see 2.4 GHZ networl like B, G and the 2,4 GHz N. There is also a 5 GHz N but the iPod will not even seethat network.
