Please Help ID disabled

Unable to access itunes displays "your apple ID has been disabled" I have been at this for 4 hrs now:( I have reset passwords followed all suggestions and reported to apple.....Can anyone help me please????

@razmee209 ty for taking the time to read my message unfortunately I did not see a authorize ID or the word authorize under that tab at all. I am so frustrated at this point even considering switching phones:( I am a small business owner and use several apps daily including creit card sales and cannot process any of them because I cannot update through the app store. I am waiting on apple to respond praying they can help.

    are you talking about voiceover where the phone is reading things out loud to you? you have to double tap things in voiceover in order to select them. you'll need to go to settings > general > accessibility > and turn off voiceover there

    Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your daughter's iPad.  It sounds like you are trying to restore the iPad, but you continuously get the mesages Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build."

    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. That is how it works
    iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
    If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

    To restore from backup see:
    iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes       
    If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
    You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store        
    If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

    I have got a microstar MS 6340 ver 1 motherboard and i tried installing a PCI 32m nvida graphics card under windows xp. when ever i turn the PC on, i get no screen and the machine keeps beeping. the motherboard has an onboard graphice card but i dont know how to diable it. i have searched the web and cant find the manual to help me or someone to tell me what to do. can some one please help me disable the onboard graphic's.

    wird... in the v1 manual there is no indication for integrated VGA.... no wonder your board is the ms6340M v1 (is it??)....

    there is the frame buffer seting but there is no disable option for the on board vga....
    try the new bios... (but check if this is the corect board!!!)

    Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall during the download and  restore. If still problem come back with the exact wording of the error message.

    If you followed these instructions and you were unable to enter recovery mode, I'm still leaning toward a hardware problem.  Also, since you have IOS-7, read this.  It might help.
