Please help in adding a P7 menu to this site
I inherited this site, for a friend - http://www.stlbandb.com
I want to add a P7 menu at the top, but break the site when doing so. I'm old school, tables, and am lost in this CSS world. All I want to do is replace current navigation at the top with this new navigation - http://www.stlbandb.com/menu_test2.html.
I don't want any other changes, just the navigation at the top. Please give any advice you can to make this happen with minimal changes
Looks like you are getting closer since you posted this since the site isn't broke, but the alignment still needs some help.
The PVII menus are all CSS formatted, so you'll need to get more familiar with CSS... Which is a good thing anyway - the "old school" table based world is going away and will start costing you business eventually. Fortunately, with PVII's menus as with most CSS driven menus they are simply formatting an unordered list so once you get the hang of it they are incredibly flexible.
What I did to get really familiar with these menus is create a new blank site in Dreamweaver and just create a single HTML page and add nothing else. Then add a PVII menu to the page and see what happens, which folders and files were added to the site. Then go in and start playing with it, first in the PVII server behavior in Dreamweaver - from the PVII menu. Then by clicking through the PVII CSS in Dreamweaver's CSS panel and making small edits then looking at them in Dreamweaver and previeing them in both Firefox and IE. After a few ah ha! moments you'll begin to see how it all works and you'll be much better equipped to quickly add menus to your sites and know just how to style them.

Please help me with spry bar menu
I have laid out my page with the div tags in Dreamweaver. I defined the different sections by putting colors in them until i am ready to put stuff into them however when i insert the spry menu bar into my navigation section, the area below it is behaving like a drop down box of color. What i mean is that the area below which is supposed to stretch from left to right as a single box is now broken up by a different color box the width of the spry bar and goes down to the next box. When i preview it in the browser the page appears normal. How can i get rid of the intruding box in dreamweaver.

I am practicing for the webmaster design course pratical exam. The web page i will be asked to construct will consist of a home page with two or three other pages pages in the site it will have to link to. I know how to do most of the steps individualy but i do not know in what order some of them are done. What i mean is this. ... after setting up the root folder..images..laying out the divs .. i would like to know ... at what point do i do the various things like, set up a styles folder...make a template... make the other pages of the site ..etc. I think i am able to do nearly all of these things but not sure in what order they should be done so the site will work.
I have reached the point where i have established the site and layout, i.e. the wrapper, logo, navigation,header,bodycontent,right and left columns, clearbar, footer. i would like someone to list the sequence i should follow after this. I am praticing on a trial CS5.5 which seems to simplfy to a freat extent what we learned on the course because it is a later version. The version we used on course was CS4 and if the pratical is in this version then i will need to know how it is done in this format.

If this only happens in DW Design View, use Live View or turn off your CSS display.
View > Style Rendering > un-tick Display Styles.

Albums is a way or sorting photos. Photos aren't moved from the Camera roll. The Camera Roll consists of all the photos on the phone. If you delete from Camera Roll they are deleted everywhere but Photo Stream.
Are you using Photo Stream? Your photos, providing they wer recent should still be in Photo Stream. If you have Photo Stream set up on your computer they should all be there. -
I have updated my phone to 4.3.3 and I was told there would be more bells and whistles. I haven't found more texting sounds. Have I updated my phone wrong or just not completed it all the way? Please help me. Still trying to figure this iphone 3G out.
You have the iPhone 3GS, not the 3G. The last update to support the iPhone 3G is 4.2.1.
iOS 4.3.3 includes bug fixes etc. There is nothing really special about this update that wasn't introduced in iOS 4.3. iOS 5 is the one to wait for - it will be released in the Autumn/Fall and includes over '200' new features/improvements.
The additional text tines and ringtones were an iPhone 4-only feature. -

I upgraded to 20gb iCloud but it isn't enough to back up. I get constant error messages saying there is no backup space and I've not been able to use the upgrade. Apple promised to refund then didn't. Please help is there anyway I can use this space?If you were told they would refund the price for the iCloud storage - Contact AppleCare and ask to speak with a senior advisor. Have the case number for the promised refund available.
If you are trying to update your device, but you don't have sufficient space to download and install the update, you need to delete content from your device. Buying storage in iCloud does not add space to the device which is what you need.
You can always update using a computer with iTunes installed - this method is faster, and will allow you to make a backup on the local computer (Local backups restore faster than iCloud backups).

Absolutely not true. There is no difference, spec wise, between the iPhone sold in Japan & the GSM iPhone sold everywhere else. iPhones in Japan use UMTS 2100. -

PLEASE HELP!! Drop Down Menu Using Photoshop Images
I have hit a brick wall in trying to work this out, and it is
killing my productivity, I just need to get through this hurdle on
this site, and I can finish it.
Quick rundown on where I'm at:
I created the website to look how I wanted in Photoshop.
After I've gotten it looking how I want, I bring it into fireworks
and slice it up (I'm sure this step can be skipped, but thats how
I'm used to it), and then I export it into Dreamweaver.
All of that is working fine, except for this drop down menu.
All I'm wanting to happen is when they roll their mouse over "firm
profile" for example, for there then to be a drop down menu that
drops below it (no animation necessary) that has 2 additional
options they can select.
I have created what the page would look like after the drop
down menu would come up (in photoshop). I've tried doing swap
images and menu bars and some scripts from the net etc etc but
nothing works. It either tries to load the drop down menu WITHIN
the slice where it says "firm profile" instead of below it, or just
messes up completely.
In fireworks, I'm able to setup a swap image where when you
put your mouse over "firm profile" it asks which slice you want the
new swap image to come up in, which would work fine EXCEPT that
when you go to select one of the bottom submenu options, the
rollover disapears. If you do it where the whole slice is switched,
then that submenu appears when you rollover where it would be, even
if you haven't first rolled over "firm profile"
So to summerize: All I want is to be able to tell it when you
put your mouse over "FIRM PROFILE" that underneath it , a drop down
menu image that I have already created pops up, and you are able to
1) select the sub menu items (urls). I feel that this should not be
anywhere near this hard.

I tried adding my work emails (Company Domain from Sites and Stores) here but its not letting me do that.
I called Telstra they added from there end and is still not working.
They send me service books twice i received nothing and they said i might need to delete existing service books which i cant find on my handset.
The emails i am trying to add is currently working on my BOLD it is not on Z10. I cant even manually add them on the phone. Firstly it ask for email Id and then password and then says The email provider is not trustworthy you like to proceed i click yes to go ahead after 1 minute it goes Make sure your email address and password are entered correctly.

Check the below article on how to configure email ID in Z10. It's not must requirement that you need enterprise server. However, you must have POP3 or IMAP (for personal) enabled email services. If you want to add enterprise email then it must support active sync.
