Please help! Is my IP profile too low and thus red...

Hi all,
My broadband connection seems particularly slow.
Is my IP profile too low and thus reducing my broadband speed?
Greatly appreciate any help here!
If it is the IP profile, how do I get it improved? Contact a moderator?
Here is the result from speedtester.net

just leave your router connected 24/7 for 3/5 days and the profile will come back to normal on it's own
