Please Help: Left Columns Cut off Printing Landscape Dynamic Table

I have designed a form with a table designed to print landscape on a letter size paper. The form has an Add row button creates rows that can span multiple pages. The form prints correctly in the PDF Preview tab but when tested with adobe reade 11 the table cuts off on the left for all pages except the first when mutilpe pages are printed. If one page is printed then it prints ok. This only happens in adobe reader 11 when the "auto portrait/landscape" is selected in the print dialog. If "Landscape" is selected instead of "auto portrait/landscape" the pages print ok. I am using Designer ES2. I can't depend on the users of the form to make the orientation landscape before printing. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

Try unchecking everything, You don't really need to specify something... it should work by itself... if it ain't working I could take a look at it if you wouldn't mind sharing the pdf.

Someone please help! song cuts off

I bought a cd from ITunes store, downloaded it, synced it to my nano & 1 of the songs cuts off half way thru, the next song starts (while still under the previous title) plays all the way thru then starts again under its own title.

I recommend to convert all your Music with iTunes itself. A lot of people had the problem (see earlier threads), that songs cut off during playback on iPod, even if they do play in iTunes.
The Reason is, that iPod nano has problems to read the MP3 Encoding of some converting programs. So just convert all of your songs (which wont play correctly) with iTunes itself. So go into your library, highlight these songs, right-click, choose "convert to AAC" (this is standard. You can set MP3 in the preferences in iTunes also...I've done so....thats better for other players then iPod )
After the new converting, you can delete the older (double) songs. Than just sync iPod again and you're done.

When printing from web pagess, right margin cuts off print, cant seem to reconfigure. Frames select on print choices does not highlight for printing options. What will help?

Using a Dell Dimension E310 with Windows XP and Dell photo 924 Print/Scan/Copier. When printing from web pages on the browser the right portion of the print is cut off. It appears that the "folders" frame on the left side of the page is always printing with the page, which cuts off the print on the right side of the main page frame by the width of the "folders" frame. When I select the print command, the choice for selecting a particular frame to print is on the drop down menu, but is not highlighted for use. We have had this problem with Firefox for some time. Printing from IE or Word, etc. does not produce the same problem. We like Firefox otherwise. What is the fix?

You're right: most web pages do not use frames, so that option usually is not available.
I don't know why a page that printed just the main content before would change to printing with useless sidebars. Can you try the site in Firefox's Safe Mode and see whether it prints/previews correctly there?
First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information]. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
Next, try starting Firefox in Firefox
[http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode Safe Mode]. Be careful not to "reset" anything permanently if you didn't back up.
Does that fix it? If so, the difference usually is caused by one of your add-ons. You can restart the regular way and disable all non-essential add-ons here:

In particular, check the Extensions category.

Please help with column float problem in IE8

Sorry to be so pushy - but I am desperate for help!!
Having serious problems with my site in some PC's showing Internet Explorer 8. My right column floated right is moving down the page underneath the left column..
It shows fine on IE8 on my PC - however on my clients PC (vista with IE8) it is showing up as mentioned above. Is there a fix for this.

Please Help! MBP shutting off when plugged in, now not recognizing MagSafe Adapter

I started seeing this problem a few weeks ago, my MacBook Pro just shut off spontaneously while watching a video full-screen. I turned it back on and the problem went away for a while. But now, the shut-downs happen more frequently. It doesn't matter if the MBP is running off of the battery or if its running off of the AC cord, it will just shut off. No warning. No standard shut-down process, everything just stops and a balck screen shows up. After it shuts off, it takes a few seconds to get it to restart, and when it does, the computer's date and time will be reset to some date in 2000. Very strange, I've had this computer for a year and I know people with the same model that have had no such problems. The battery is at 168 cylces (I use this for school, so it was being used everyday throughout the last two semesters), and the Condition is listed as Normal in the System profiler, so I doubt the problem is with the battery, but I could be wrong. I've seen posts about the RAM/PRAM causing the date/time resets. Nevertheless, the MBP has been running normally on the battery, battery life is still the same length of time as it was when I first got the computer, and runs smoothly. Up until last night, the AC MagSafe Adapter was still working, so I only used that as the power source. Everything was fine, but the MBP shut off once or twice while it was plugged in within the last month or so, but the AC would still have a green light, indicating the computer was still recognizing the power source. Now, I can't get the MagSafe to be rocognized at all. The computer is running on battery only, and I've tried resetting the SMC, but I'm unsure if it worked since the MagSafe is still unrecognized. When its plugged in, the System Profiler says it is not connected and not charging.
I'm running on Mac OS X 10.6.8, a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, with a 4GB memory (of which less that half is used). Computer usage is low, so its not like I'm running several programs at once, at most, its two or three at a time, for short periods. My MBP is a 13" aluminum body, doesn't seem to be overheating, has worked fine after long periods of being on and getting hot, I always let it cool down after I feel it getting too warm.

Can you render your project to a local folder on your computer? If you cannot, try this:
File > Delete Project Render Files
Turn off FCP, start it up again.
Try to render again. Works almost every time for me.

Please help! How to undo printer spread?

I was given an InDesign file to use as a template. It's a 33 page document, but it has been set I think to print as a booklet. So the pages on the "Pages" panel are sequenced for printing. I have to use this to put another issue of the document together. I want to be able to see the pages in sequence again (so page 1,2,3,4 etc. instead of 1 and 28 on spread one, and 2 and 27 on spread 2 etc. - which is what it is showing now). And I need to work on this right now to meet a deadline
I can't see a way of doing it - have I missed something?? Please help!

There's no feature of InDesign that lets pages be reordered in this way.
What's supposed to happen is that anyone who needs pages sorted in that way should use a different piece of software, that performs a function we call imposition, and do so on the PDF file that is exported from InDesign.
That doesn't help you, since someone else messed up the file.
All you can do is reorder the pages in the Pages panel, and perhaps reorder them back when you are done.
Since it's only 33 pages, it doesn't sound too bad.
I suppose we could write a script if you were really desperate, but it's probably easier to do it by hand...
Also, anywhere in the document that uses automatic page numbering is probably messed up. Not sure what to say about that... (unless each page run is its own section).

New at Flash, please help! Sound On/Off Button

I'm trying to create a button that when clicked once, it plays music, and when clicked again, it stops. I don't need the button image to change at all, I just need a simple start/stop.
I've been able to make the button start the music when clicked but I've not been successful in making it stop.
I am using CS4, and have no scripting experience.
This is for a graphic arts assignment so please help!

I am having real problems with this I want a table with a header which lists the contents of a file. Count MySQL rows based off Value in Dynamic Table

Greetings all. I have 2 MySQL tables; 1 that contains the names of my classes.(Class A, Class, B, etc.) and 1 table that contains the names of students in each Class (for example Class A: John Doe; Class A: Susie Smith.; Class B: Jane Doe). In the 2nd table the Class name is in its own column and the student's name is in a 2nd column.
I currently have a dynamic repeating table that lists the names of all of the classes from the 1st table. What I'm trying to do is add a second column to this repeating dynamic table that lists the number of students in each class. For example; Row 1 of the dynamic table would say "Class A | 5; Class B | 3; Class C | 7, etc.). The dynamic table works perfectly to list the class names. For the life of me I can't figure out how to perform a count for each class to insert in the repeating table. I will be adding more Classes which as why I'm trying to set up the counting query dynamically. So far I have only been able to figure out how to count the total rows in the 2nd table, or count the rows with a specified class name. Any advice or guidance on how to count the number of rows in the 2nd MySQL table based off the class name in the repeating table is much appreciated. Thank you for any and all help. PLEASE HELP - Internet keeps cutting me off - is it because of my router?

I live in a building where I can see many active wireless connections from my neighbors. I have my own router that is giving me a very strong signal, however, every 10 minutes or so my internet will die on me and I need to constantly shut off Airport...turn it back on, and reconnect to my router.
Do you think this is an issue with my router?

It may be that your router has a setting for the number of devices that can be active on the network. You should be able to adjust that setting as well as a connection time setting if there is one. Check your router's instructions to see how to access the web-based setup page, but I've read other posts, some of which said just type - home - into your browser's address bar, but otherwise you enter something like this for a Linksys: http://192.168.1.1

Please help! My computer will print everything but shipping labels.

I have always used this printer for shipping labels. All of a sudden, it will not. It will print everything but. No errror message, I have plenty of ink, nothing has changed. What is going on?

Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? What program are you printing the shipping labels from? Does the printer go through the motions but the label is blank or does it simply ignore the print job?

ICal times in left column are off five hours from calendar

I've just noticed that the times on the left side off my calendar are off. It says 7:00 but it's actually midnight (which is correct) and it proceeds ahead like that. For instance, where it says 2:00 it is actuallu 7:00 AM. I can tell this as when i schedule an event in the "block" it gives me the correct time. Also sometimes the week highlighted on the month view on the bottom left, highlights the right week but a month earlier. It's like it has a mind of it's own. Any suggestions?
