Please Help me ?? 6125 Nokia

Hi, my kid was fiddling with my Phone and changed the language to Chinese. I cant work out how to change it back to English. Can someone please walk me through step by step to locate the right setting to change it back ...Im dyin here ...

I won't try to talk you through setting the language, as some of the inner menus do not have picture icons so it would be more difficult to choose the correct option, I don't know any Chinese!
If you go to the menu, select Settings (normally has a picture of a spanner if you have normal icons), then choose Restore Factory Settings (with an icon showing a factory-like building and a spanner).
You will be asked to enter the security code (12345 unless you have changed it), then the reset will take place and hopefully the default language setting for your phone will take effect.
Some phones give an option to restore settings only or restore all - if your phone offers this choice, select settings only - the other ould wipe your personal data from the phone.
If you have no luck, come back and we'll try to go blindly through the language settings...

First, you need to activate Bluetooth by swiping left from the Start screen then selecting Settings > Bluetooth.
Now open your music player and browse to the song you would like to share. Start playback of the song, then tap Menu (three small dots on the bottom right of the screen) then tap Share > Bluetooth > the name of the device you would like to share with.

Please Help!! Nokia N95 Camera Problems!!!

Hi,
I recently upgraded my Nokia N95 Firmware to the newest one available, and since then, my camara has stop working. When i open the shutter and then then software loads the screen is just black, i cant click options or anything cause it dosent work. But if i take a picture by clicking the camara button it takes a picture .
I have tryed everything by resetting, re-installing the firmware.
Is there a way i can downgrade my firmware??

It isn't possible for you to roll back the firmware update. You could try asking your local Nokia Care Point if they will do it for you.
Have you tried the 3 finger hard reset?

Please help...Nokia 1209 not ringing!

Please can anyone help. Just got my son a Nokia 1209 and the thing will not ring? When I call it it doesnt make a sound!! When I go into Menu>Settings>Tone Settings>Ringing tone and press select it turns itself off n back on via the nokia screen. The phone is brand new.

Please help me with Nokia E71 very strange problem...

I have Nokia E71_v1, I got lots of strange problem like:
1- The camera didnt save the images and create the images like this: Name of the image*jpg but I can take videos without a problem.
2- when I put anything in the memory card or the phone memory it became currpted and then I couldnt open them at all, the message "can open the file" or "file is currpted" appears.
3- I couldnt install any application to the phone, if I put any sis file on the memory I get "file currpted" message but if I sent it to the phone via bluetooth I could install it.
4- The name of the folders usually change their name and currpted characters appeard in the folder naming.
5- When I added any mp3 files to any memory the files are disappeared.

You better reset the E71. Dial *#7370# 12345 reformat, you'll lose all data. Make a backup first and restore without the settings. Reformat the card in the phone and remove the card using the menu from the power button. Do not encrypt the card as a test.

OMG! I do photos and when i do more photos on phone screen was write "photographis is turn off". and i can't do a photos i don't know why it happens... please help me becouse this phone is not my and i have to correct him...

Please help me with Nokia N95 Problem.

If anyone can help with this I’d be much appreciated, I have a N95 on contract with T-Mobile. When I try to play videos from myspace, or you tube etc… I get a message telling me the following.
“Hello, Either you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of macromedia's flash player click here to get the latest flash player”.
I then get the option of clicking on a link within the previous sentence statement that directs me to acrobat downloads home page where I get the following message.
“We are unable to locate a web player that matches your platform and browser. Please visit our table of recommended web players”
This is deeply frustrating as in nearly every other way I feel the phone is perfect. If Any one can hep me fix this problem I’d be much appreciated.

I'm in exactly the same situation as daperk... Love the phone BUTthe selling point for me was the internet access so when i began surfing found that most me the sites i went to i couldn't see the content and also would sometimes recieved a message saying i didn't have enough memory now considering i have a 2 gig card in it this didn't seem right i looked for any settings to allocate more space to internet browser but can't find anything... Regarding the utube program on the phone why supply it if it doesn't work?? I have the same problem i can see them in the menu but when i select one it doesn't play... I'm new here and only came here looking for a solution to the flash player issue but now i'm here i noticed posts refering to handsets crashing this i have to mention is another problem i have encountered... I'm doing something and the phone just freezes up leaving the only thing i can do is turn the power off and on to reset it... As i said at the start love the phone... But just wish it did what it said on the tin...

i dont know what to abowt it,ive been in nokia service center at dagupan city philippines,but still they didnt repair my phone,when i charge it,it grows soo hot,it still switches on but if you take off the charger it turns off immediatelly,and sometimes i cannot open it,what should i do?

Take off the back of the phone.
Take the battery out.
When you get it restarted, see if the same issue occurs. It could just be a bug.

Nokia 5130 problems...please help!

hiya i recently updated my Nokia 5130 over-the-air and had no problems so far. then i have downloaded the latest internet settings fro my phone via my network operator. no problem there. but whenever i surf the net or use 3rd-party chat service the internet shuts down and just stops working? why is this? is there a way to use my internet (to surf or chat) seamlessly? (n.b. i have an unlimited internet option on my network account).

Hi. I have the Nokia e73.
It seems that since getting a new laptop with Windows 8, I cannot sync anything other than my contacts and messages. My videos and music will not longer sync. And I have alraady download all the updates to Nokia Suite an all the updates that appear to be available for my phone.
And I tried using the "sync repair" feature in Nokia Suite.
Why won't it sync my pictures and video anymore? Please help!

ISync WONT Sync with Nokia N95 please help!

HI can anyone help me please!
I'm running OSX 10.4.10 on a Macbook pro.
I have downloaded the N95 plug in. - and run it first.
Paired the two (deleted previous pairing)
Ran iSync (2.4(501.2))to add device which sees the N95 and reports that iSync cannot connect to this device.
What am I doing wrong?
PLEASE help this is frustrating - Ive tried pairing both ways with still no joy!

Hi. I managed to sync my N95 to my iMac by doing the following after downloading the iSync plug in from Nokia.
On the N95 > Menu > Tools > USB > USB mode = PC Suite (I know it's PC Suite- but it syncs for me).
To get photos from the N95 into iPhoto, I changed the USB mode to data transfer.

I use getClassAsResource or something like that.....
The app. running excellent on every phone, only on Nokia doesn't works.

I haven't encountered this tuzz. Can you tell me what's the operating system of your computer? My N86 8MP says it's Phone Memory. Even if I have builtin 8GB, but it's labeled as mass memory aside from my micro SD card.
What I can suggest is don't select PC suite instead choose the mass memory option when you connecting your phone to your computer using the Nokia PC Suite. Let me know if you encounter the same problem for the C: drive.

Please answer this question:
1. Do you have V.35.0.002 10.11.2009 firmware installed now?
If you do you have the most up to date version available installed, there are no newer versions.
If not you need to install Nokia Suite to check for and install an available update or contact a Nokia Care Point to have this done for your (if possible). If you visit a Care Point I would install Nokia Suite anyway and do a full backup before you go.
The N95 can't do an update over the air so setting up an access point would not help you, assuming that is what you are asking for. Which settings to use depends on which carrier you are with and so you should check their website or call their helpdesk for these settings.
In any other case be more clear on what you need help with or you could contact Nokia Care who will be able to assist you in your native language (normally). You can reach them by phone, mail or chat (where available) through the 'Contact us' section on this page.

I updated my NOKIA 5800 from v40 to v50 through over-the-air.
I didn't got all the features like quickoffice, cherry 2.1, Ovi music, Lifecasting, Rihanna servicelauncher.....etc
My update package was only of 9.8 MB.Now I too can't reinstall the update through my NSU or OVI updater as the latest version of NSU is not showing any option to reinstall or repair...Please help in solving the problem . I want all the features of v50.0.005 in my NOKIA 5800.THANKS..

If the update is not available for you, then its not. Just wait for it
Reasons why a phone cannot update:
1. It is a country variant - country variants often get the updates later, or have updates skipped altogether. A Turkish country variant product code for example, skipped v40 and updated from v31 straight to v50.
2. It is network branded - phones acquired from network providers or these providers' stores SIM free are branded, and will not get updates until the networks approve and modify the updates to their liking.
3. Special editions - These special editions are chartered editions and may never get updates unless taken to a Nokia Care center.

HT201269 Can't copy my contacts from NOKIA E6 to iPhone 5S Please help...

I am unable to copy my contacts from Nokia E6 to iPhone 5S.
I am able to make a backup on Nokia PC Suit.
But when opening iTunes it says thta contacts are being copied through iCloid
Please help.

Drag the .vcf file into the window under All Contacts.
The page will highlight with a blue rectangle when you drag the .vcf onto it. Wait a little bit.
