Hi, I bought a blackberry curve 8520 in the Dominicans republics, and when I came back to Norway, the phone will not work. Is there somebody who can help me, or is all hope out....
OK thank you for telling me...when I were in the Dominicans republic, I bought the phone. The phone worked there with my sim card. But when I came to Norway it didn't work anymore. I can turn the phone on and it sims like everything is OK, but I can't ring with it, no SMS or nothing. I have tried to find something that can help me, at the stores here,they say that sometimes this things just happens and that they can not help me,,,,so I hope you know something I can do....

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user technical support forum. If you are having warranty issues with the phone, a copy of the bill is not necessary for Apple to check and evaluate the phone. If there is a manufacturer defect, they will deal with it.
What is "not working properly" on the phone. Maybe someone can help and it not be necessasry to be replaced. -
am using iphone 3g and it is having currently IOS 4.1 version,till what IOS version can i upgrade ? please help me many of my apps are not working esp whatsapp.
iOS 4.2.1 is the latest version of iOS for the 3G.
Facebook and Whatsapp both require 4.3 or higher.
If you want to use those apps, either use the old version that should be in your iTunes library or upgrade the hardware to a 3GS or newer device. -
Please help me. My YouTube app will not work. Every time I open it says 'cannot connect to youtube'. I have searched for help and tried resetting my settings and rebooting my ipad2 but nothing has solved the issue.
Yes, I am connected to the Internet through my wifi. Everything is working fine with the e eption of youtube. I have reset all Internet settings and have tried synching to iTunes followed by rebooting. This is all the advice I have found although none of it has been helpful.

someone suggested to open your music app and access the store from there first, once done then you can go to the itunes store app, try it and see if it works

I see that you have two entries for helvetica font in your uifont.ali. Be aware that order of precedence is alias->embed->subset. If the helvetica part is appearing junk, try and comment out the entry in embed section and let the subsetting happen.
On Solaris, ensure that the case of font file names match.

Hey Peter, I think your missing the big picture. Your iPod is past repair, corrosion, is a real issue with water damage, but your problem took a turn for the worst when you attempted to use a microwave to dry it out. I see you found another post from July 2012, where someone else tried to nuke there iPod, and got the same results you have-- a dead iPod. The blue sparks, burnt smell and still not working all confirms one thing... Your iPod is not repairable. What the water didn't damage the microwave did. By attempting to microwave, you for all intensive purposes hit your iPod with an EMP, (Electro-Magnetic Pulse), in the first split second you overloaded the workings of your iPod and burned it up! There is is no way of known which circuits and components have been damaged and to what extend. You may be able to get a refurbished iPod, but it is unclear that Apple will allow it, because of the type of damage, it's not like this was an accident, you deliberately put it in the microwave in a misguided attempt to dry it out. when the microwave turned on it hit ever chip, diode, capacitor etc. with more power than it was designed to handle, in short; you baked it, burned it up, fried it, call it what you want, but it's not going to work! To attempt to repair is a meaningless gesture, (and probably will cost more than it's worth), chalk this one up as bad ideas 101-- learn from it, move on, and get yourself a new iPod. Phone and Contacts APP not working after the upgrade 4.01 from 4.0
Dear all
after the upgrade to 4.01 my iphone stop to operate the phone and the contacts app
when i open phone or contacts the app close(crash) after 1 sec.
When i connect to the mac i have the following message from itunes:
"iTunes could not sync to the iPhone"Christos" because contacts are being synced over-the-air."
Trying to open and change the settings at: mail, contacts, calendar but also crash

Thanks for your supportThis happened to me after I upgraded to 4.0. While the iPhone update offers some great new features it has really done a number on some very basic functions and overall operation.
I am no longer able to use the contacts app to place calls. I can pull up my contact list but when I select an individual contact, the phone seems to freeze for a second and then crashes. (It might be worth mentioning that I use Exchange to sync my contacts.) While the contacts are all on the phone, I can't access actual contact information for each individual.
I'm also experiencing random freezes, touchscreen delays, etc.
I can deal with some minor bugs but not being able to use your contacts to place calls is a huge problem. -
HP Photosmart 7520 being sold when they know its not working correctly.
With HP reccommendation last week, I purchased the Photosmart 7520 all in one printer for my Mac from Best Buy in Portsmouth. I installed, uninstalled and re-installed 6 times as I could not get the apps to work. I placed the call to HP and the guy said "oh, we do not support those apps that you see on the top part of the printer screen, only the ones below. He told me to download the manual and that might help me... really... So the next day, a deep breath, and I began again figuring I was doing something wrong. Still would not work. I decided to try HP again, it was a new day. This time after explaining everything the technicial support person told me there was indeed a problem and they know it and are working on this. I said why would HP continue to sell something that clearly does not work. He agreed... I can now see on this help area, this is an ongoing problem and not something new. The tech I spoke to did not tell me there was a fix being worked on at all.
So now I guess I need to box this up and return it to Best Buy. Oh and also another funny thing that does not work. I can not use the touch screen period. If I want to print or scan, I need to do so from my computer - oh, and I can't print on 4X6 photo paper, it will not feed... HP you have dissappointed me.Hello dfull,

Have you ever been connected to Net with EE or have you just joined?
What does it say in the Internet section on the initial Status page of the BrightBox? Omit your BB Username.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? BrightBox 1 or 2?
Does the phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070? -

In any case, you need to assign the name (the same name) to every instance of a tweened object. The lack of a name in earlier frames will be inherited by instances in subsequent frames
I'm confused about your mention of 3 instances being in the library. Just for clarity, an instance is a library symbol (or an object) that you place on the stage. If you place two of the same objects on the stage, then you have 2 instances. Items in the library are instance-wanna-bes. If you have three different symbols in the library, and you are tweening them as if they were the same, your tween can't possibly work.
