Do you have receipt that you bought your previous phone in Canada? If so, go back to apple store in Michigan, and perhaps they will replace it. Otherwise, you pro ably should have returned it to the store in Canada. You best bet is to call apple and see if they can come up with a solution.

How are you trying to open the photos?
- from windows explorer? - double licking or right clicking and selecting Open with?
- by loading the editor and go to File -> Open?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Until you can enter that password it kept asking for, you won't be able to send mail. You need to go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Email Account you are referring to>SMTP server, and make changes there. If you cannot remember your email password, you will have to get in touch with your provider to be able to change it.

well i'm not really asking which is better for travel, i'm just asking over all which phone is better for the plan i have with T-Mobile, but i'm assuming is the Galaxy s2, but the only reason y im not getting that phone is cause that phone is way too big. sigh and i really like the i4s, been using iphone before as well, so i'm kinda use to it. Now at home it wont receive wifi. It picks up the signal which shows in phones display but cant connect to the internet. Computers and ipod all working fine so I assume it must be a problem with the phone.
Have checked that wifi is turned on and tried resetting phone to no avail

I Bought 2 Iphones in USA ( Unlocked from Factory ))

I´m from Brazil . I bought 2 Iphones 4 in USA . I tested one of them in USA so it´s now locked. The other one that was not tested is OK ( unlocked ).The second one was turned on just in Brazil. Something said it´s a common problem since the Iphone is unlocked from factory
The locked Iphone does not recognize any SIM card from Brazilian Carriers.

Please clarify. From where did you purchase the phones? The statement that you tested one of them in the US, so now it's locked, does not make sense.
The iPhones sold at Apple Stores are NOT necessarily unlocked. They can be sold locked to a carrier but without a contract, unlocked, or locked to a carrier with a contract. They do not lock on first use.
It sounds like you purchased carrier locked phones, in which case they are locked to AT&T. ONLY the carrier can unlock them and AT&T will NOT do so under any circumstances.
If you are getting an "unsupported SIM" message, the phones are locked to AT&T. You will not be able to use them.

You have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I got my Iphone 4- 16 GB from *UK'S online store* (_It is a factory unlocked one_),
Firstly, when i switched on my Iphone4 it was displaying the message no sim card inserted and that i have to connect to ITunes, but all i needed to do is get my *Airtel(Bangalore, India)* Sim Card cut into a Micro-Sim Card and that's all guys just connect your phone through ITunes and get it activated.
If you guys want to use the same micro sim card in your normal mobile phones, don’t worry just get your sim card cut through a *Micro Sim Card Cutter* and through that you can get the outer part of the sim card which can be used with other phones which need a normal sim card or a mini sim card.
Hope this post helps many who have doubts whether the Iphone4 will work in India even though it is not launched till date in India.

Will my current iPhone 5 factory unlocked from Apple support T-Mobile's 4G LTE when T-Mobile launches the iPhone on April 14th?

Okay so it has been announced that T-Mobile will be selling the iPhone 5 and it will also support their 4G LTE networks. My question is, if I bought a factory unlocked iPhone 5 from the Apple store (2 weeks ago) will it support the 4G LTE T-Mobile networks? Or will be stuck with the insoncistant 3G and Edge speeds? I have the A1428 model.
