Please help me make the sound of my PC normal?

I need to know how to check the sound configuration on my pc, adjust it so that it is normal again and not sounding like I am in a tunnel or concert hall, and that's all.  Is this so difficult for the Robohelp or powers that be?

Hi there
Ummm, are you sure you are posting in the right place? I'm not sure what RoboHelp has to do with the sound of your PC.
Cheers... Rick

  • Please help!! The sound just went silent!!

Sunday afternoon I unplugged my headset to go and playing drums in our garage. When I came back and plugged my headset again but the sound didn't work!! The computer had been on the whole time and no one had touched it and I listened to mp3 before went out. First I thought that I had plugged it in the wrong hole or that the volym had been set down but it hadn't. I have tried almost everything, reinstalled the drivers, flashed the bios (of course I have checked if the audio is enabled in the bios), I have even reinstalled windows!!. I hope anyone can help me I'm really confused!!
I'm sorry about my bad English.

Yes, I have tested another speakers, I have also tested the headset in our TV and  it's working fine.
For the first I dont have a modem, for the second the first thing I checked was if I had plugged in it in the right port.

  • Please help; What makes the 2nd Gen iPod Touch better then the 1st Gen?

I am thinking about buying an 8gb iPod Touch, should i save some dough and buy the 1st gen iPod Touch or pay a bit more and buy the 2nd gen?
Also, what makes the 2nd gen iPod Touch better then the 1st gen, what has been improved, changed, etc...?
    Thanks in advance.

I had the 1st gen touch since it first came out and just got the 2nd gen touch last month. I'll list a few things I like about the 2nd gen touch.
    1. internal speaker. makes a huge difference in my opinion.
    2. new design. alot nicer to hold in your hand than the 1st gen.
    3. seems faster overall than the 1st gen touch.
4.display no longer has blue tint. now has more of a yellow tint. makes pics and movies look a little better.
If you can afford the 2nd gen touch I would highly recommend it.

my ipod nano 7th generation....works fine as long as it's on the docking station. when off the station, the display goes dark after a few seconds. it's fully charged. please help. this is the heartbeat of my business. thanks

In the worst case, it's still under warranty (all 7th gen nanos are still under one year from purchase).
So, you disconnect it from power, and it almost immediately goes dead?  You can try a Restore... but it doesn't sound like the type of problem a Restore will fix.
You should probably have it looked by Apple Tech Support.  If there's an Apple Store nearby, you can take it to the store's Genius Bar.  To avoid waiting, you can make a reservation at the store's web page

  • Please help me.. weird sound card problem

Ok, so i have a Tascam us 122l. I downloaded the official drivers for leopard, then updated the firmware. However, when i play flash videos the video content lags; it pauses for around a second and then starts right back up. This repeats itself through the entirety of the video, although the audio doesnt lag.
Weird thing is, when i switch to my internal soundcard the problem stops.
Whats happening here? Please help me!

It sounds like an IRQ conflict.  Make sure you diable the primary and secondary channels for the IDE ports to free up the IRQ resources for the SCSI drives.  If you are using a separate SCSI controller, make sure it is in the proper PCI slot and does not share IRQ's with other cards.

  • Can you please help me out the Info Cubes info for Budget Execution?????

    Hi,
Can you please help me out the Info Cubes info for Budget Execution and Cash Management.
    Thanks in advance,
    Andy

Take the memory card out of the camer and put it in a card reader.  When it mounts on the desktop select it and try to change the name.  However, that might make it incompatible with the camera.  You'll just have to try and see.

Assuming your rig can support virtual machines, you can use Hyper-V and run another OS there.
Better practice however is to use a dedicated machine and use remote desktop to the server.

    Hi,
Welcome to the forum! You'll find that there are many qualified people (such as Tubby) willing to help you. Will you do what you can to help them? In order to simplify the query you posted, someone will first have to understand what it does, what the tables that it uses are like, and what tools you have to work with (that is, what version of Oracle, and any other software you are using). To actually test their ideas, people will need versions of your tables.
Many people, if they spent enough time, might be able to figure out roughly what you are doing, make some tables themselves and test a solution. You can help with all of that. I assume you already know what the appliction is, and what this particular query is supposed to do: you don't have to figure out any of that, you just have to say it. You know what all your tables are, what the datatypes of all the columns are, and what kinds of data are in the tables: you don't have to guess at any of that.
Describe what you're doing. Think about it: how do we know that
    SELECT  NULL
FROM    dual;doesn't do what you want?
Post CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements for a little sample data.
Post the results that this query is supposed to produce from those results. (Is it producing the right output now? Then it should be easy to post the correct results.)
Describe, as well as you can, how the present query is doing it.
Format your existing code, so it's easy to see what the different branches of the UNION are, and what the main clauses are in each one.
When posting formatted text (code or results) type these 6 characters
\(all small letters, inside curly brackets) before and after each formatted section, to keep this site from compressing the spaces.
Say what versions of Oracle (e.g. 10.2.0.3.0) and any other relevant software you are using.
I know it's a lot of work, but it really helps. You can do it as well (probably better) than anyone else, and if you're unwilling to do it, why should anyone else be willing?

  • Please help to check the root cause of GL 201100 balance of company code

    Hi All,
Please help to check the root cause of GL 201100 balance of company code 7101
After PCA year-end processing(t-code: 2KES), GL 201100 balance of company code 7101 is not consistent in 2009 end and 2010 opening. it is showing the value 800,500 in 2009 and 800,000 in 2010.
I request to all where to check this settings for diffeerence amount.

    HI,
Have you run FI GL balance carryforward program already?
    from SAP help:
If the program has not been run yet, you can still post items in the new year. When you post items in the new year, the accounts are "opened", but their carryforward balance is zero. Once you make postings to the prior year within the new year, the carryforward balance will be updated by those postings. The total balance of the items posted in the old year, however, remains in that year. In this case, the carried forward balance represents only the items posted within the new year to the prior year, not the items posted during the prior year.
    Also, check SAP notes 402917,165356.
    Hope this helps.

I have a new iPhone 5C, have the sounds alerts set up. But I'm not getting sound alerts for new voicemail, only the red circle on the screen.  How can I make the sound alert work?

I have had this same problem for weeks now with my 4S.  I just got a new 5S after being extremely frustrated and the same thing - no sounds.  After searching posts all over, I couldn't find a solution. I just told my friend of the issue and he asked "Do you have the Do Not Distrub on?"  I didn't even know such a function existed.  Upon looking that was exactly the issue.
To resolve, go to Settings> Do Not Disturb> Manual.  If it is green, turn it off.  You will now get phone calls and text alerts.
This functionality is also on your quick access utility menu (slide up menu).  I assume this is how it was enabled on my phone.
I will post on other sites since I searched for weeks for this solution and didn't see it anywhere.  Good luck!

I am using IOS 4.1 in Ipod touch. I would like to take my data back using icloud. I am not able to enable icloud in to my ipod touch. please help me for the same. Basically I am trying to take back to upgrade my ios to 5 or 6 version.

You can't back up to iCloud until you update to iOS 5 or higher.  You will have to back up your iPod on your computer using iTunes.  Update iTunes on your computer to the latest version, then connect your iPod to your computer, open iTunes, if iTunes give you a pop-up asking if you want to update your iPod, decline.  Then click on the name of your iPod in iTunes, go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer any purchased media to your iTunes library.  Next, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click on Back Up Now to back up your iPod on your computer.
When it's done backing up, click on Check for Update (or Update) on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings.  Allow your iPod to update, and leave it connected to your computer.  At the end, it will restart and give you the option to restore to the iTunes backup you made earlier.  Choose this option to restore your backup and sync your apps and other iTuens media to your phone.
This process is outlined in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4972, under "If you are attempting to update using a Mac or PC with which you normally sync".
