Please help me my HD is locked

i have used the device and i went to a website and seems i got hackers on my HARD DISK i tried to open but i couldn't after searching i tried command+R and it help me and it open the utlitly disk and i went there and i erased some of i don't know what but suddenly i found that i can re install the O x lion again but with other hard disk and the other was locked why ??? but so far i did use the new hard disk and now i can use my laptop and it can be use as a normal way but i am a afried maybe something will happen
i need to open the locked HD the old one so far i am using the device and its good but i need to open the other one too i don't want to lose my mac again or i don't want anything to harm my mac ( btw ) i don't have CD to install i guess
macbook pro 15inch dosnt include cd with this is new one 2012 macbook pro 15inch
please help me how i can open my HD locked while the laptop is open and still working with me

I'm afraid your manner of writing makes it very difficult to understand your issue.
Another confusing thing is that you mention two hard disks, even though you have a laptop.
Start by editing your account profile to include the Apple hardware you own, along with the version of OS X it runs. Then describe in detail and using punctuation ( ) the original problem that you think caused the current situation. Make sure to be specific. For example, is the hard disk connected by USB/FireWire or internal? What made you think you had hackers? What do you mean by, "locked": does it require a password?

The Store who originally sold the phone can't help you. The iCloud account was set up on the phone by your friend and he has evidently enabled 'Activation Lock', which is designed to make the phone useless if it's stolen.
If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it to you) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to get him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you unless you can provide both proof that you purchased it, and the original owner's receipt.

I was messing arouond with the general settings and I turned on the voice (under General settings) and when the screen timed out, I can't get it to take my 4 number passcode to get into my ipad. Please help! I'm totally locked out!

I was just messing around with the general setting on the ipad (64GB 3G...1st edition ipad), and did not realize that if I went under the general settings and changed the option to turn "on" the voice over, that it would require a double click on everything automatically. I have my ipad set up to lock after 2 minutes on non-use, and when I tried to sign back in, it said that my 4 digit passcode was incorrect. Then I tried to double click on each number, and that didn't seem to work. The numbers 1-9 seemed to input ok, but a zero seemed to throw it off. I have no idea if it has anything to do with it, but any help on getting back in to my ipad, I would greatly appreciate it, and I will be turning off that stupid voice over off as soon as I can. I was just goofing off, and was not going to let it stay on permenantely, but I tried to go back under the settings immediately, and I couldn't easily find it, but if someone could help on just getting me back in....I would owe you a big favor!

Touch or tap the field that you want to use/select and it should get a box around it ; then double-tap that field to activate/type it. Once you've entered your password you can do the same (i.e. touch to select, double-tap to activate) to gradually get into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off.
So to enter your passcode you first need to tap the 'slide to unlock' button to hightlight it (it should get a box around it), then double-tap it to unlock it. Then for your passcode tap the digit that you want and it should get a box around it; then double-tap that digit to type it; and similar for the other three digits in your passcode.

So select Configure Universal Access at the bottom of the Summary tab and set Seeing to Neither

All iPhones purchased in the US are carrier locked to AT&T. THEY CANNOT BE UNLOCKED BY APPLE OR AT&T.
Since the iPhone has not been released in Thailand, you are NOT eligible for the free case, which is why you won't find the app.

Please help!!! I locked my pdf for editing then signed it now cannot unlock to make changes

Using adobe acrobat professional 6.0, I made comments on a pdf then went to the security icon to lock the pdf. I accidently forgot to choose to allow commenting. I then signed the pdf.
Now when i try to edit the pdf. it tells me i must clear all signature fields, but when i right click on the signature field there is no choice to clear or delete. i think its because in the changes allowed box i left it as none. does anyone know how i can get the option to clear my signature field and re enter my password so that i can edit this pdf.

If you have access to the private key (the digital ID) that was used to create the signature then Acrobat should let you clear it. The only exception is, if the signature field properties were set to lock on signing (this is different then the No Changes Allowed setting on the sign dialog).

The blue icloud backup notification box has "frozen" my iPad screen. I am unable to clear it. I am currently trying to run down the battery 0% to see if it will automatically reset this way. Are there any other ideas?

A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. Release both buttons and await restart.

Please help, my account will be locked. The safety email is s*****@gmail.con. It ends with .con. IT ENDS WITH .con. Since the last time you people didn't take that into account I decided to make it very obvious. Also, I can't change the email because I have to answer the security questions. Which I can't do because out of 4 choices, none are correct, and I can't get a reset email because the email doesn't exist and will never exist. I'm getting irritated because I also can't get proper support, mostly because I connot call, and the support I received didn't solve my problem because they didn't bother to read the whole problem. The other option is the ExpressLane at https://expresslane.apple.com and then iTunes, iTunes Store, Password and Security Questions, Forgotten Security Questions and then you have choices for making contact but those are still limited to calls or rescue email. So this comes back to the same problem if you cannot call or receive an email.

Lock-Ups and Freezes PLEASE HELP

I come here to see if anyone can help me... Ive done it all and nothing is working.
I just recently started having problems with my computer, im not sure why this happend but ill try to explain everything as best as I can.
The problem started a few days ago while I was playing SWG's. I was playing and all of a sudden my machine froze, the screen locked-up and then after about 2 min the entire system restarted. I then logged back into my windows and after a while a system froze and restarted yet again. I though it was a SWGs issue but then the computer would freeze while browsing the net and doing other tasks.
I have formated my machine, re-installed my drivers, and re-installed the hardward. Nothing has worked.
My computer specs are

If what you are saying, and I am reading correctly:
The machine and game was working just peachy and all of a sudden the problem manifested itself?
Did you do ANYTHING to change your system prior to this happening to possibly have an effect?
the fast that you said you have re-loaded the OS and removed and re-installed the hardware with the same result tells me that there may be some sort of hardware failure and this could get difficult to troubleshoot.
First things first, try a memory testing software like memtest86 to see if you get any errors.

Due to my brother locking me out of my ipod touch I had to wait an hour to log in again. Unfortunately when I did this, I, again put in the wrong password twice more, each time locking me out for a further 60 minutes. On my 3rd attempt to log in the wrong password was entered again. This time though instead of logging me out for another 60mins it now tells me to "connect to itunes" but I have no idea how to do this and I am now unable to use my ipod. Please help.

I sloved this issue by resting my phone from settings>general>reset>reset all settings...the problem will be fixed

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
