Only you can activate your iPod by typing in your id and password, or you can remove a device from your account via http://icloud.com . If you can't remember your account id then do you have any of its downloads on your computer's iTunes : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ? If not then you could try http://iforgot.apple.com . i am unable to set up my iphone 5 after reset since am getting a error stating 'unable to reach server' . i tried restoring the same from my computer but i get a error stating server unavailable' . please help me as my phone is stuck at the set up page. so i have already tried recovery mode as well.

uninstall and reinstall
there is a complicated way to work with just the mobile device support but its simpler just to uninstall itunes and related components and then reinstall itunes
ur music will be fine, u will just lose the playlists. but ur mobile device support will be working again. -

If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.

my phone ran out of battery as it was updating to iOS 6. Now it is having trouble rebooting. The silver apple logo keeps showing up and fading away. And doing it all over again... What should I do PLEASE help!! My phone is NOT jailbroken.

I'm having trouble with Viber.
A few days ago, I accidentally uninstalled it on my IPhone 4, and reinstalled it later on..
When I tried sending the activation code using the same cell phone number I had on Viber before It got uninstalled, I receive the code but when I try to put it in it keeps saying that I entered the wrong activation code, I click on the no code feature on the top right corner of Viber, it gives me a code, but when I put that code in it says the same thing ,that I have the wrong access code please try again, and so I researched on the internet and came up to this post, It said to uninstall viber and wait 24 hours to install it again, I waited 24hours and tried it again, but it STILL does the same thing. and... I even tried entering my other phone number, yet it does the same thing and shows me the same message that I entered the wrong access code....It is getting frustrating! May you please Help ME?! What can I do?? -
My used postpaid moto g was accidentally activated on verizon while I was trying to activate it on the tracfone boyp program. The phone was activated on tracfone but I could not dial the number *22890 to finish the activation. The setup wizard on the moto g will only let you activate the phone on verizon. Had tracfone cs rep on my landline phone and was waiting for verizon rep on the moto g. Waited 20 minutes but verizon rep never answered.
How and where do I get help from verizon to deactivate the account and release my meid number. Also how do I bypass the setup wizard so that I can activate my phone on TRACFONE? Thank you.There's no other way to track it other than Find My iPhone. All you can do is wait to see if it ever goes back online. The serial number will only help to identify it as yours if it is ever found, and the IMEI number would only allow your carrier to blacklist the phone so it couldn't be reactivated on their network, if the carrier offers this service.

Try putting your iPhone into recovery mode and then use iTunes to restore it. After that then test it out. If during the restore you get and error code, check it against the second article for further assistance.

I have downloaded iOS 6 to my iTunes but I have clicked "Download Only" not "Download and Update" how do i install/sync it to my iPad. Please help me, its taken me hours to download it i don't want to do it again
PLEASE HELP ME!!!Hook your iPad into your computer and open iTunes. GIve it a couple of minutes to get going, then click on the name of your device, then the main summary page. In the middle you'll see a software update button/area. Click on check on updates and update and follow the prompts.
it SHOULDN"T redownload but if you've already got it should just install.
I'd suggest that you first do a complete sync before you update, that way you have a good backup to restore your device from if the upgrade doesn't go perfect. -
I cannot install the latest version of itunes as I have old versions of bonjour and quicktime. I can't remove these programs either. Help please as I have tried almost everything I have found so far on the the web.
Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour and QuickTime entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

That's odd.
Try this: Unplug your Time Capsule and your router. On your MBP, click the Wi-Fi icon and select "Open Network Preferences".
Click the lock icon to authenticate, then click the "gear" and select "set service order". Wherever AirPort (or Wi-Fi - I forget what Snow Leopard calls it) appears, drag it elsewhere in the list. Click OK, then Apply, then power up your router and TC.
If that doesn't result in any change, repeat the above but try making the service(s) you do not need "inactive".
The purpose of this is to reset or at least change your Network Preferences, which somehow got confused upon upgrading to SL. -

There is nothing you can do about but ask the seller for your money back. Without the previous owners applid password, you cannot activate and use that device - there is no way around that. iOS 7's Activation Lock needs to be disabled by the previous owner in order for you to use it - if they cannot (or willnot) produce the password to disable it, you have no options.
They can disable it remotely for you - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5661 but not if they do not remember their own password. -
Have installed MacOsX Lion has trouble hooking up to my StoraNas server with my usual username and password, some who can help me?
This is a common problam discussed on the Netgear forums. I have yet to see a solution, just comments that there will need to be a fix from Netgear. if anyone has heard of a solution or of the update being issued, please let us know.
