Please help me. My screen has a brighter portion

Hi I have a HP w1907 when I turned on the whole pc unit it turned on and it's dislpaying normally, but when I turn off the monitor and turn it on again the screen has a portion that is much brighter than the other.I tried Auto Correction, Gamma adjusting, everything. When I adjust the brightness, contrast, and sharpness the screen adjusts with the normal portion of the screen. I had this monitor for 8 years now but is barely being used. This is the first time I had encountered this problem and I really need help please respond.

Can Apple block this phone, they hacked my phone, it was on password they brake it and post on my facebook their pictures , i cant understand their behavior, i see on find my iphone mao where is my phone , no way to help from Apple ?

Hi, I hope someone can help!
1) Yesterday, I was listening to my ipod and changing the songs, when it suddenly the songs began changing on shuffle every second mid-song!
2) Eventually it stopped, but then it really slowed down and would take about 5 seconds to react to me pressing the buttons or changing a song!
3) Then today, after I had finished using it whilst running, the screen went completely blank, but the music was still working fine. The screen is now still blank, unless I tip it vertically and then I can just about make out an extremely faded outline of the wrting and page format. Also there now appears to be a white smudge/mark on one side of the screen!
What is happening to my ipod and what can I do about these problems? I have had my ipod for only a couple of months!
I would be very grateful of anyone could help!

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Full Screen mode with all toolbars hidden.
* Press F11 to toggle full screen mode (Firefox/File > Full Screen)
If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key, that should make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
* If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout" (Linux, Windows)
* If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar
* If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

8600 entry screen has gone bright can't see options. how to fix

the entry screen on my 8600 has gone bright. you can bearly see the icon/words to allow you to select your options. have restarted and reset without a difference. instead of a black background, it is all white.
and repair info or work arounds would be appreciated. everything else works fine.

Please Help: iMac black screens after startup logo + spinning wheel no cursor).

Hi, guys.
I'm in a fair bit of a desperate situation; my iMac's screen seems to shut down every time after the white startup screen. The Apple logo appears, & the progress wheel begins spinning, then after a while - when it would usually then go to the gray login screen - it would, instead, go black. I can tell that the machine is still on (I can still hear it clicking as it does during processing) but I'm unable to determine anything else. Nothing is visible on the screen - not even the cursor - it's as if the display had turned off completely. I'm not sure if the login screen sits beneath that black screen (I have tried to log on by typing my login details in blindly, but even if it does log in, it's hard to determine what state the computer is in without seeing the screen.
I have tried the PRAM reset (holding CMD+OPT+P+R) during both the white startup screen, & the black screen to no avail. It seems unresponsive because I don't hear any additional chimes that I've been told should be heard during a PRAM reset attempt. I can't even be sure that the command is being inputted correctly because the light on my wireless keyboard remains off during the process.
I've tried rebooting over & over again; the results are the same.
The steps that led to the problem occurred thusly:
1 - I was trying to clear some memory from my current session, so I scanned through my active processes, quitting anything which seemed to be eating up considerable amounts of memory.
2 - One particular process I quit was 'launchd' which was functioning under my profile username.
3 - After quitting launchd, all opened apps seemed to close, & it looked like I was forcibly logged off the machine. The screen froze during this point, & I decided to do a hard reboot to log back in.
4 - The problem began after this hard reboot; startup seemed to occur as per usual; white screen > apple logo > progress wheel > and then suddenly, a black screen where the login screen should be.
I've shown a flashlight into the screen while it's black & it seems well & truly like the display has shut down while the iMac continues in the background. I have had issues relating to my screen going black before, but they were random & intermittent; they didn't occur without fail during the exact same time immediately after startup, & could be remedied by using the CTRL+OPT+EJT keys.
I am on an iMac 2010, 27", using I believe Lion OSX. I am unable to recall additional specifications while the problem persists.
Could anybody please help me? I'm quite desperate; I was in the middle of some urgent work that I need to get back to as soon as possible.

You do not have to restore to factory settings/new iPod. Restoring from backup does not restore the screen-lock passcode.
Also the article you provided a link troi does not apply to the iPod touch. The article says:

Okay, so earlier this week my iPhone 5c froze when I was on safari. I could put the phone to sleep but whenever I turned it on, it would still show the safari page; on the lock screen, on the home screen, and even the apps and accessories. After about twenty minutes, I shut the phone off and took out the SIM card. When I turned the phone on, it worked! This morning my phone was acting funny, so I decided to reset the settings; a usual thing for me becuase my iPod used to need it around three times a week. After waiting and waiting I got tired and left the room for a bit. When I got back my phone was still on the reset screen (you know, the one with the apple sign and the white loading bar underneath) and showed it was fully reset. So I waited a bit then became annoyed and attempted to shut the screen off. It worked. That's how I figured out the screen was frozen. So I tried to do what I did the first time my phone froze. IT didn't work and I can't even shut the phone off. Just put it into sleep. Its been over fifteen hours since it has frozen, and it is still frozen. This phone is brand new. It was a gift for Chirstmas of 2013. Please help! I'd appriciate it so much! I rather not have to reset my phone to the point where I have to get all my contacts back and such, but if that's the only way, I will. Please!

A reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears should clear minor problems. If that does not help, take the iPhone to an Apple store genius bar and have the technicians check it to see if something is wrong in it.

Please Help! Photo Import has Suddenly Slowed to a Crawl -- 19 hours

I have transferred 1,000s of RAW photo files to my HD and external HD with no problem, until a few days ago. Suddenly, what used to take about 3 hours now takes 19-24 hours. I can't figure it out.
I've changed card readers, I've tried different memory cards, I've even downloaded to external HDs and tried to upload directly to my HD. I've also hooked up my camera and tried to transfer the files via a USB cable (traditionally the slowest way). I've also tried to upload using different software programs: Lightroom, iPhoto and Bridge.
I've also ran the Disk Utility on my HD and there weren't any problems.
Nothing works.
Please help.

If ran Disk Utility and only used +Repair Disk Permissions+, you may want to startup from another disk and run +Repair Disk+ (to look for and repair disk directory errors). If you don't have another bootable disk, you can startup from the Mac OS X (current version) installation disk. Insert disk and startup with the C key held down to start from the optical drive. When you get to the first Installer screen (after language selection), go up to the Utilities menu and select Disk Utility, then run +Repair Disk+ on your normal startup drive.
Also, do you have sufficient free space on your hard drive? While you were move those 1000s of photo file around, did your startup drive ever get to less than 10GB free?

My screen broke, everything else is working fine, and I want to sync the broken phone with the computer one last time. I need the phone numbers. I have a Palm 755P from Verizon.
I have the plug that is the USB end connected to my computer, and the prong thing that attaches to the bottom of the device with a "sync bottom" on it. My touch screen is broken and is many shades of vibrant color

If you truly have tried resetting/restoring, then it's time for service. Is it still under warranty, because if so, it won't matter that you have had one exchange already?

I have a really big problem. When I start my computer, there is the white screen with the apple,then I have to write my password. That's normal. Ok. After writting my password, the computer goes slower than normaly, to put me in front of a really beautiful BLUE SCREEN, you know, the blue screen you have at the begining, when you start your computer for the first time. First of all, I don't know why there is the 3 first steps cause I have only my blue screen, and I can't restart whit mac os 9: I can't do any of this actions. So, the steps after, I can't use it cause when I use the "sbin/mount -uw/" command, the commands after like "mv /var/db/SystemConfiguration/preferences.xml preferences.old" or "chmod 1775 /", it's writting: "illegal option -- /"...
So, I can't do any of the steps in this topics and my fsck says me that my computer seems to be ok.
Please help me, I don't know what to do.

After, I wrote: "mv /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow.plist preferences2.old" . And it sayed me that: "mv /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow.plist preferences2.old: No such file or directory" . Have I to put something before?
