PLEASE HELP ME! THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW!
Everytime I go on itunes with my internet motem connected it shuts down my computer. It works fine if I have the internet off and no ipod plugged in, but as soon as i put my ipod in or use itunes with internet it shuts down and restarts my computer. I went to www.apple.com to see if i could just update the itunes and see if that works, but everytime i click on download itunes 9.2 it asks me to install it. Does this mean my old itunes with all my music will be erased??? please please help me. thanks

You've got a problem with the drivers for your ATI Radeon video card. It's a bit odd to see that associated with being connected to the internet, but I've seen it cause blue screen crashes when an iPod is plugged in before.
Did the video card come installed in the PC when you bought it? If so, head to the Sony website and check to see if they have any updated video drivers for your particular model of Vaio (and particular model of video card).
If you've added the video card yourself to the Vaio, head to AMD and check to see if there's updated drivers there for your model of video card.
If you're already up to date on the drivers, or updating the drivers doesn't help with the crash, try reinstalling the video drivers.
Does updating or reinstalling the video card drivers help with the crashes?

During CS5 master collection update on Windows 7, 64-bit laptop, I get the error "There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later." This has been happening for the past few days. Can someone help me getting my updates?
Since CS5 is from 4+ years before the Cloud, this is not the right forum... but I don't really know a correct forum for that very old product
Have you tried to manually update the individual programs?

I cannot download nor update apps through Apps Store, error message states that app cannot be downloaded, to try again later, this has been happening for the last five days. Help!
It started when tryung to update Twitter. Now the problem is with every app I try to update or download.I have this issue as well. The App Store icon indicates there are updates available but when I open the app a popup says it can't connect to the store and the screen remains white. I have tried a hard reset (power & home button) and several other suggestions I have found throughout the forums here without success.

My startup disk is full?!?! This has been happening for a while and I have dumped 4500 jepegs from iPhoto onto an external drive to try and free up space. I am still recieving the "Startup disk full" message. What more can I do?!?!
Did you empty the Trash?
What size hard drive & how much free space. You should always have a minimum of 10-15% or more free space?

Why is there too much extra info attached to my photo cd, when I simply burnt only 6 pictures on it?
This has been happening for several months now.
It used to work correctly.
For example:
I burnt a photo file of 25 pictures from my iphoto collection.
When I went to the store to print them, the computer indicated there were 155 photos on it.
All were cropped versions of my 25 pictures.
Weird.
Then when I only burnt 6 pictures today onto a cd, I took the disc to a Print Shop.
Sure enough, the disc had other data and files associated with photos on it.
Yes, my 6 were on it, but the Print Shop had to spend extra time searching for them.
What's uP?For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

Too many people are flooding Apple's servers, everyone is having this issue, try every so often, or wait until tomorrow.

This has been happening when I'm on Facebook and playing games. It just freezes up and not even the cursor moves. I have to hit Ctrl Alt Del in order to disconnect and reload. Every time it happens I have sent report , but nothing seems to help. Yesterday I went and I cleared out all my cookies to see if it would help; but today it's impossible.

the behavior you are reporting can be many things...so lets start asking a few questions. Did you remove or add anything to your computer before all this started ?...can you temporarily disable your anti virus and try again? is IE ( internet explorer ) working fine? -
My 4g has been gone for almost two months
Has anyone been having problems getting 4g. The first month I had my phone I always had 4g, phone was working lightning fast. Then all of a sudden all I can get is 3g. 4g has not been seen on my phone for about 2 months now. I know the 3g is still good but the whole reason I upgraded to this instead of an Iphone is for the 4g. I could have paid 100 less and got an iphone. This really blows, I have gone into my setting and mate sure I am on the LTE/CDMA setting. I dont know what else to do. Any suggestions?
Call Customer Service 1-800-922-0204 option 3 and Ask a Tech if there Working on the Towers in you Area Tell them were Location is you had Good 4G and Now it's down to 3G Have them Fully look through you Customer Profile and Account there may be something that causing the not to read the Signal. So that's what i would do have it Checked it Don't Cost ya nothing. I will Recommend this If you have another Phone you can Use that be Great.. That way they can Trouble Shoot your Device that is Having the Issue..Good Luck b33

So the ipod has been working working fine. I left it for almost 2 months and when i charge it again this is what i see!! It has not been dropped!! The Ipod still works ...when i connect it to itunes it responds normally. Also the ipod produces the charging sound and sounds for notifications!! i tried guessing where "slide to unlock" is so that maybe the touch screen still responds but yet it was useless!! what might be the problem!!
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I've been told to set my fourth generation iPod touch to recovery mode by turning it off, and holding the home button down, but my home button is cracked along with the bottom of my screen, so I have no way to do so.

Over the past month, when Firefox indicates it has an update for me, and to download it, all I get is "connecting" and nothing happens. We live in 96822. This is for a Mac.
If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

* Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
* Install the new version that you have downloaded
