I planning to buy a monitor for graphic jobs and I find tree models that fit in to my budget.

I just bought a really nice and affordable LG E2260 that I am very pleased with. It's amazingly thin.
It cost me $150.00CDN
When I think of how much my first 20 inch CRT monitor cost, and that it weighed almost 75lbs.... Wild.

Hi,
Why do you want to use LDAP for Hard disk monitoring..???
U can do this by creating a MD5 checksum for all the files existing in some
perticular
directory and every hour or any configurable period u can recalculate the
checksum
to find out the change in the content.
I guess all u need is to get the code for "updatedb" utility of Linux and
instrument it for ur needs..

Don't know if you're in the U.K. but PC World are doing a good deal on the HP w2207h - £199.
Just bought one for my Mac Mini and am extremely pleased with it - worked straight out of the box at its 1680 x 1050 resolution, it's very clear, at least to my ancient eyes, and the colours are superb and it comes with several presets i.e Movie; Photo; Gaming; Text and custom. It also comes on a stand that is height adjustable and tilts & swivels you can even turn it to portrait mode should that be your thing.
On top of that it also looks visually superb, to me at least, seems extremely well made and the on/off button is located on the top edge, unlike a lot of monitors, so you don't get the blue 'on light' staring you in the face all the time.
As I stated earlier, couldn't be more happy with my purchase, and I initially went to PC World to compare the LG and the Samsung.

Please help me to choose the laptop.

I saaw a lot of models but i can't choose. I liked some models like HP ProBook 4730s(A6E93EA) or (A1E72EA) but in this series the ethernet port placed in such uncomfortable place. I need laptop in such price category. Can you help me to chose something like that laptop but with eth port in different place.

Where do you want the ethernet port? I hardly ever use mine because laptops are made to be used with wireless, but every now and then like in a hotel room you have to plug in. The ethernet port on the left side is pretty standard on most laptops these days. They used to put them in the back but that was not a good design because people would push them into a wall and break things. The HP Consumer models and most of their laptops have the ethernet port on the left side.

Hi. Currently we have an ESXi server with 2 virtualized windows server 2012 standard edition. I want to setup a new server. His role will only be WDS. The server will have to be a domain controler in order to use WDS or is it not necessary ? If not could
i choose a foundation edition ? I must be able to deploy until 30 images at the same time. Thank you.

WDS has an option to be installed on a domain controller but it does not have to be a domain controller. It makes sense to have it as a member of a domain.

I will plan for new hardware for a University. I plan to have Windows Server 2012 network with upto 10,000 users. I will have Exchange, SharePoint and SQL Server as well.
Please advice on what Windows Edition I should select as well as # of CAL to be purchased.

RV042G and RV320 has four Gbit ports. RV082 has eight fast ethernet ports. For Easy VPN client connection you can use Cisco Quick VPN software. You can download the Quick VPN client software from Cisco.com.

Please help me with choosing the Hardware for my new computer

I am creating a new editing machine that i will be using After effect, photoshop, flash, illustrator, and 3ds max. I do a lot of 3d and 2d animation, video editing and graphic design.
This is the system i am currently planing on building:
CPU: intel core i7 2600k ( I will be overclocking it to around 4.8 ghz)
Motherboard: Asrock p67 extreme6
Memory: G.Skill ripjaws x series 16gb ddr3 1600 cas latency 7
Graphics Card: Gtx 570
Power Supply: Rosewill bronze series 1000w
Hard drive: 4x Corsair F120 in raid 0
Case: Bitfenix collosus
Cpu cooler: Noctua Nh-d14
I have a budget of $2500 for this computer. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on things i should change or would recommend a completely different build for my budget.
Also i was wondering if the gtx 570 was a stupid choice and i should get a quadro 2000 instead. I dont do any gaming.
One last thing, do 4 ssd in raid 0 help at all or should i just get 8 hard drive in raid 10, or should i spend less money on hard drives.
P.S. I know that the the i7 2600k has been recalled but i am in no hurry to build this computer. Also feel free to recommend hardware that hasn't yet been released but will probably be out in the next 8 months.
P.S.S All of the programs i listed are CS5.

Agree with all from Todd, and some things I'd consider:
Dual CPUs will pack more rendering punch, especially in your 3D work.
Even though 16GB of RAM is generous, I'd consider more. Remember the rule: 2GB for each CPU core, plus some more for OS and other applications. If you're running 8 threads/cores for rendering, 24GB would be optimum.
While the hard drives will provide awesome performance in that config, it's a lot of money to spend on less than a terabyte of storage. RAID 0 is also pretty volatile, so be sure to run a reliable and regular backup system.
For my money, I'd probably use one good-sized SSD for a system drive, then 3 or 4 conventional (or hybrid SSD) drives for media storage, with a decent RAID controller. You'll get 3 times the storage for half the price, and still have quite zippy I/O speeds.

I have started upgrading my application from Dev2000 1.3 to Dev2000 6i in order to deploy on web. I have few questions to ask
1. I need to know which config is the best & fast to run my applications out of
     1. Applet
     2. IE50Native
     3. JInitiator
2. For testing I have configured forms server in socket mode. When I am using JInitiator even after exiting the application from test terminal, "ifweb60.exe" process initiated due to this session remains running. It takes long time when I try to initiate the same application for second time. This problem is not frequent, but this has happened 4 times while testing. Could this be due to Pentium4.

Lightroom 2.5 on Windows 7 will not show previews - Please Help

I just converted my system from Windows Vista (32 bit) to Windows 7 (32 bit). I have 2 monitors. The first monitor normally shows all my photos in a Grid view; however the grid now shows no pictures but file data is still there.. when you place the cursor over the spot where a picture should be there is no picture displayed but the bottom of the screen shows the file name & path and the rating that I have assigned the photos (ie 5 Stars) shows in the normal position.
I have Uninstalled Lightroom 2.5 and reinstalled it but the problem remains.
Please Help.

IIRC, this is a monitor profile issue. See if you can change the Profile on the monitor to something like sRGB- or anything for now. Also, running in mirror mode- does that cure it?

I have gone through your document and I am surprised to see MORE information in the document than what you've posted. I am so mildly suspicious about the authenticity of the document and spreadsheet you've attached.
So far, based on this document, the client wants a chassis that can support up to 700 Gbps backplane. The only candidate, other than a full-blown Nexus solution, is the 6807-X.
Next, the document also states dual supervisor card with two spare slots. Good luck trying to get that much empty space on a 6807-X. This means 6509E. You can't use a 6513E because of line-card-to-slot limitation.
If you look under the heading "Edge Switching", the first sentence already makes references to 6800ia switch.
There's also a reference stating that the product should have a 100 Gbps backplane. You can take the 6509E chassis out of the equation.
So you see, I am suspicious about the authenticity of the document. I agree with mali's and devil's recommendation that if you are serious, you would be engaging Cisco SE/AM in your region. There are only three reasons, that I can think of, why you've posted this here. One of them is the intended purpose of this document (and the audience).

Odd video PLEASE HELP

Please help.. I bought a brand new motherboard, the MSI K7N2G. I have an Athlon XP 2000+ processor in it. I have 512Meg of DDR PC2100 memory. I am running Win 2000 pro.
My problem is this: When the computer is booting up, the screen will momentarily go black, whenever the graphics change. This also occurs if I open a new program or game, or all the time when I go on the internet. It will also happen if I scroll my laser wheel mouse too fast.
So it all leads me to believe that there's some form of video problem. Otherwise the computer runs fine and my monitor output is solid ( just so long as the graphics don't change too much).
I have tried new memory, various bios settings, reloading bios, and now a new motherboard.
The reseller I got it all from is a total moron and besides not being able to speak English, can't help me worth a crap.
I was told that this motherboard with the NVIDIA nForce2 chipset is great for graphics, and that I don't need a video board. Was I told wrong, do I still need an external video card??
Please help..

sounds like your monitor is changing resolution/refresh rates often or that it has problem to synchronize with your video.
I would install the latest nvidia detonator drivers.

and the drivers for your monitor (standard monitor drivers from MS are not always enough).
