Please help me to make my in app purchase!!
I've made plenty of purchases from the app store and in app purchases. But suddenly it's telling me I need to contact iTunes support which I did. They still haven't gotten back with me!! My purchase is time sensitive(sale through tomorrow). Please help!!!
I totally get that. But I was hoping desperately that another user had this error and had a solution to maybe something I was just doing incorrectly. But thanks anyway. I read so many other questions similar to mine. And they all said "have you contacted iTunes support" and was hoping for something more enlightened.

I can't make an in-app purchase in the app game Campus Life. iTunes goes to the credit card and I don't have a credit card, and so an error shows up insufficient funds. I have money in my iTunes account from the gift card. How do I buy through iTunes not through a Credit card? I didn't see anything on iTunes/apple account that will let me change it. I see other people can get gems or whatever through iTunes in-app. Please help ASAP! Thanks.

And put in my Apple ID password it states unable to connect to apple store or it has said incorrect user id and password

I cannot make an in-app purchase of gems in War of Clans. I keep getting the message that I "cannot connect to ITunes store." I have followed the help message in the in-game settings a number of times, to no avail. I can connect to the Store in every other area of my IPad. Suggestions please? Thanks!

If you don't know your ID, you can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. Then you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Of course, you can only do this if it's your ID.

I bought the app peru tv in march. Sometimes it stays idle when downloading a tv channel so I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it. Today I can't even find the app in the store. Please help. Just make sure if it wifi is connected. if this doesn't work reboot your iPhone. If it's still doesn't work contact the game service center or something. lastly, make sure u have your credit card sign in. hope this help.

When I try to make an in-app purchase, this message appears: "This is not a Test User account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox environment"
Common on jailbroken iPhones, not so on non-jailbroken iPhones. Thus, if your phone is not jailbroken, restoring from backup will hopefully fix the issue.
