Please help me transfer my purchased music on itunes
My old ipod was stolen. I bought a new one today. I am on a new computer as well. How can I get my purchased itunes from the old ipod onto the new one? Please help! Thanks.
Use the form on this page to request a free redownload, or use the Transfer Purchases feature if applicable. If neither of these works, you will need to purchase the content again to get them back; Apple needs to pay the copyright holders for each download from the iTunes Store other than podcasts, album artwork, and iPod touch/iPhone applications.

Oh, you have a very old iOS. I'm not sure this feature was available in iOS 4, but try Settings > General > Usage (if it exists). If it does exist, it will tell you what's hogging your iPad's space.
Note you need an absolute minimum of 10% of your iPad's total space free at all times so your iOS can run. -

There is no need to transfer anything.
Update the device via iTunes or Over the Air... no content on the device should be affected.
If the device is used as designed and regularly backed up to iCloud or iTunes on the computer, should anything go wrong it can be restored. -
I have the new iPhone 4s. I'm using cloud. I try to sync my playlists to my phone an it either erases them completely or keeps saying it cannot move all music files over? Please help. Also my purchased ringtones will not sync up as well.
iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Can't transfer purchased music from iTunes to iPod
When I try to transfer purchased music from my Itunes music folder to my iPod, I get the following error message: "Some of the iTunes Store files in the iTunes library were not copied to the iPod because the iPod may only contain content from five iTunes Store accounts."
What I have done to try to address the problem: I have downloaded the latest version of iTunes, (it was only after this download, actually, that I began to have the problem) read the help article entitled "Some songs in iTunes won't copy to iPod", de-authorized and then re-authorized the computer (didn't work) and gone through my iPod to delete any songs that were on burned cds given to me by friends, which potentially originated from other iTunes accounts.
Perhaps I have overlooked something, but my iPod is only registered on three computers, and I am unable to transfer my purchased music to my iPod. Interestingly, I had no problem transfering my purchased songs onto my iPod before upgrading to the latest version of iTunes last month. It has only been since the upgrade that I can no longer transfer purchases. I subscribe to several podcasts through National Public Radio (free)-- could this be a factor?
Please help. I still have 19 GB of free space and if I can't transfer purchases, then it's kind of a waste of space. Thanks so much for your time~Greetings from Mancunia.

How can i transfer non purchased music from my iPod classic to iTunes?
Recently, my laptop died and geek squad was unable to extract files from hard drive. How do I transfer non purchased music (burned cd's) from my ipod classic to itunes on my new laptop? Apple customer support suggested I engage support communities to find out about 3rd party software (not apple) that can accomplish this. Does anyone know of where I can find such software? Please and thank you
Back when I had to do something like that, I used Copytrans, http://www.copytrans.net/. You might see if they are what you want.
At worst, you could open the ipod classic in disk mode, locate the music files, copy them to your hard disk (they won't have good names), and just add them to your library. You'll probably lose play counts and *s with that approach, but it should work. -

Regretably, the iTunes in the Cloud service is not available for music in Denmark:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085. You will not be able to re-download any music purchases. You'll need to restore from your local backup. -

Did you just delete them from iTunes, or did you also tell it to delete the music files from your Mac ? If just from iTunes then they might still be stored under /Users/username/Music - if they are then you can add them back via File > Add To Library
If not, then whether you can redownload music depends upon what country that you are in. If you can redownload music (and if you haven't changed countries since buying it and it's still in your country's store) then it should show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage :
If you can't redownload music then do you have a copy of it on your backup of your downloads/library that you can copy it back from ? -
Can you please help me. I purchased the new Apple I 4s phone from AT&T. I bought it out right. NO CONTRACT!! I paid almost $1000.00 for it. I then, had it enrolled it in my company's ATT service plan. They paid the bill for my service. Since, I have left the company. I have retained, and assumed financial responsibility for the phone, and the phone number with AT&T. The same day I assumed ifinancial responsibility, I had the phone number ported to a new service provider. ( Straight Talk ) After doing so, my phone worked fine. (as far as cellular service) NO DATA Service !!!! I have been on the phone with AT&T, Straight Talk, and Apple, FOR HOURS over TWO days!!! Trying to get this problem resolved. All I need to do, is change my APN settings (access point name ) settings. Its my phone!!! Why does any body have this APN menu locked from me??? I've been on the phone for two days between, AT&T, Straight Talk, and Apple products technical support teams. Everybody points the finger at the next guy!! What can I do to get the phone, that I paid for, work for more than just a phone, and a paper weigh?

How to transfer purchased music from iTunes
Can anyone tell me how to transfer purchased music from iTunes to my iPod without first downloading to a CD?
If you are using the latest version of iTunes (4.6), then you need to make sure your ipod software is up to date also.
When you have done this, authorize your music in iTunes by playing a few seconds of it, and it should transfer by whatever synching method you choose.
Get the latest updates here.
If you have done all this and still can't transfer it, post back with more info about what is happening.

I purchased music from ITunes and I can see the purchased music on my computer hard drive, on the "purchased" playlist in my ITunes window but it does not transfer to my Ipod Classic when I perform a sync.
Music I import from my CD's transfer to the IPod in a sync - just not my purchased music. Also, should I not see the playlist "purchased music" on my Ipod the way I see it in ITunes?Before iTunes will transfer purchased songs to your iPod, you have to make sure the computer has been authorized to play them.
Select one to play, enter your Apple ID and password when prompted and you should be all set. -

What do you mean "sharing purchased music from my account to another ipod"?
Do you mean you are trying to sync to your ipod? If, so just sync it.
If you mean that you are trying to give music to others, then this is not legal. -
