I have just purchased the TC and I am having the hardest time trying to setup my TC with Airport Utilities. I have followed all the directions but still nothing. I have read the forums and I am getting nowhere. Someone out there please help me. Thanks.

I just got a new iPod touch 4th generation and I'm trying to connect to my router and my iPod says, 'Cannont find network.' I don't know what to do! No other networks come up on the list so I can't 'tag' along with thier wifi. Please help. I need advice.
What type network is yu router set up for? The 4G iPod can only connect and see 2.4 GHZ networl like B, G and the 2,4 GHz N. There is also a 5 GHz N but the iPod will not even seethat network.

Your report reads as if your account may have been compromised. Can you still sign in to your account dashboard? If yes, check that the account's registered e-mail address is accurate and valid. I just exchanged a faulty iPhone 4 for a new one, when I got home to restore it, iCloud says "cannot restore backup". Can somebody please help provide much needed advice? Thanks in advance!
Yep, that's the only message that popped out. Nothing else. Yes, it's running on the latest ios and I still can't restore it. I called apple and they told me it's probably something wrong with their servers. Anyway thanks for the advice.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, then take the device to Apple for evaluation.
FYI, Apple will not replace the battery without first doing basic troubleshooting or testing the battery. -

When I open up a PDF Document all i get is an error message saying: "There was an error opening this document. The network path was not found" I dont know how to fix this, so looking for some advice please, as I really need o open up my documents.

I do my work each week ( on a payroll system) and save the documents for each company, they automatically go to the correct place. I never request for them to be saved in a certain place ( well not that I’m aware of) . I then on occasions need to open up this information, it is then that I can’t read or open the documents. We do have a tech help, but they are off sick until the 5th Jan, hence me trying to work out if I can fix this problem through this help site. Its ADOBE Reader that I’m trying to use.

I'm new to this forum by 2 min. and I have been using Flash for a while, but I'm now working at a place that has brought up issues while using images in our E-learning Flash Projects.
The Problem:
1.We have our Flash course open in a new browser window with NO tool bars to optimize size.
2.The Flash content is scaled to fit the screen - Amlost 97% or more of all graphics are Vector.
3. We are running into a project that needs to use screenshot .jpgs and we can not get large images from the client.
4. The .jpgs are being Scaled with the interface and all the FLASH, this is making the client unhappy, and the Jpgs look HORRIBLE, Jaggy.
Solution: - PLEASE HELP!
1. I have searched for days to fix this since we have to keep the whole Flash interface scaling to maximize the Screen area (I don't agree with this but it is the requirements)
2. Does anyone KNOW how to make images/jpgs stay a fixed size even while the Flash .swf that the images are in is being scaled?
3. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome! - I have been searching about HTML and or CSS in Flash and I'm getting lost, not sure if it's possible. Also I have been exploring dynamically loaded .jpgs in Flash. Does an FLV scale when using media components?

Kyleyou'll need to code that yourself by detecting the scaling used when you go fullscreen (or full browser), and rescale the images (which will need to be converted to movieclips).
or you could enable the smoothing of your images so their anti-aliased when they're scaled. -

hi! right, I am a java dunce. I am doing a web design degree at uni and annoyingly have to take a programming module. I just don't get it one bit and the lecturer is a sadist and won't help. I have tried countless books and what not but it all goes over my head.... to the problem
We were given some code for a "guess the number" game. it generates a random number between 1 and 1000. You then have to guess the number. If you guess higher it should output "you ned to guess higher" and visa versa. Also if you enter 0 it should exit the program (which it does)
The code had logical and syntax erros in it most of which I think I have managed to find but it still does not work and I have been at this for hours now (even my headache has a headache)
It compiles now but when you enter a number the program just spits out the line "Enter your guess, from 1 to 1000 inclusive (0 to quit):" again but doesn't tell you if you should go higher or lower.
I can only get it to spit out the "you need to guess lower" line if you enter a number above 1000 which is wrong.
please please help me. Just point me in the right direction or something but please use novice language or I think I might have to go jump of the nearest peir.

Okay, now we are getting somewhere. With a Core2Duo you can upgrade to at least Snow Leopard, and you will need Snow Leopard at least if you want to upgrade further.
1) Make sure your computer meets Snow Leopard technical specifications - http://support.apple.com/kb/SP575 This mostly means making sure it is an Intel Mac (yours is) and has at least 1GB RAM (more is recommended). To check RAM, go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac". Now continue to "More Info...". It should say you have at least 1GB of "memory".
2) Apple no longer carries 10.6 in its stores or online. Telephone Apple to purchase a Snow Leopard disc. In the USA: (800) 676-2775 (contact information for other countries: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57)
Alternatively you can buy from online retailers but anticipate paying much more than the original price which is the price still charged by Apple
3) Backing up your computer before upgrading is always a good idea.
4) After installing from the DVD, update your Snow Leopard installation using Software Update or manually downloading and installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v.1.1 - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1399

I have the same problem with the store. I click the link, and it looks like the store is loading. However, all I get is a white screen.
Also, my new Iphone 4s will only get to "step 2 of 5, backing up iphone." I left the phone connected to the computer all night, and when I woke up, it was still at the same spot, with no progress made.
I've uninstalled, everything from apple, rebooted the computer, and then re-installed the latest itunes. Still nothing.
