Please help, re advising a phone that can bar call...

I really hope someone can help me. My student son took out his own contract when he was 18. Dolphin 15 plan. Unlimited texts. However, he managed to run up a bill of £300 in the third month (which he is repaying himself.)
Unfortunately, although he is a Chemical Engineering student, he appears to have absolutely no common sense or self control, and he cannot be trusted not to do this again. We have decided for the moment the best thing would be to to find a way of stopping outgoing calls from his phone while allowing incoming calls, and outgoing and incoming texts. We cannotcancel his contract for 18 months, so at least he could be using the phone to text.
I have third party access on his account, and with his permission I have since barred all outgoing calls from this phone through his provider. However, this also bars outgoing texts.
I have been advised that there is a way of setting the phone handset - in Fixed Dialling, so only allows set numbers to be called. However I have tried doing this on his Nokia 2680 slide, but it stops all outgoing activity - calls and texts.
I still use an ancient Nokia Classic 6310i, and this DOES allow outgoing texts while barring outgoing calls in the Fixed Dialling function. This phone is on its last legs, as the screen keeps going blank and the battery is on the blink.
So while I know this function is possible - allowing texting but not calling - I do not know if the new 6310i still has this function, of if in the the newer phones, the Call Barring and Fixed Dialling functions all now bar all outgoing activity from the phone.
If anyone can advise me of any Nokia Handset that allows texting while barring outging calls, I would really really apreciate the help. Or eve, where I can buy another Classic 6320i phone (I love it!)

Although discontinued 5 years ago the 6310i is still available albeit re-furbished as it fits carkits of Mercedes and BMW of a certain era and it's reputation is well deserved. Here is just one such UK supplier:http://www.nokia6310i.co.uk/

I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone 4s was lost, and glad that you were able to upgrade.
If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have a 3GS phone that can no longer be upgraded on my Powerbook because it is ancient and can only run 10.4.11, consequently itunes will only upgrade to 9.2.1(4). Is there any way i can upgrade the phone so hereafter i will not need a computer to do it.

It is taking around 7-8 seconds to fetch 55000 record.

You will need to contact the movie studio that produced the DVD and ask if they can issue you a new code valid for Canada. Apple cannot help you, and everyone here in these forums is just a fellow user.

I would recommend you to have free Apple apps such as Airport Utility, Find my Friends etc. Jetpack Joyride is a free game which has really hit the app store. Other then these I recommend Google Translate, Downloads, iDownloader and some other utilities like these. does not seem particularly specific – do you want to simply combine two images as they are, do you want to clip elements from the one and insert them into the other, …?
Could you post (lores of) the images and explain what you intend to achieve?
