Please Help: Submitting Feed

Hello,
I recently submitted my podcast feed but got it rejected because there were many things wrong with it. I have fixed all of the problems and tested it out and everything looks great. When I try to submit the feed again it says the feed was allready submitted. How can I submit my new and improved feed?

Your feed validates, and I can't see anything wrong with it. I just subscribed to it in iTunes and it worked fine, downloading the episode. There is currently no obvious reason why there should be a problem: but the fact that you were unable to get the episode to download suggests that perhaps the server was not responding at that time. Certainly a failure to access the media file would get your podcast rejected.
I don't know anything about blubrry.com - you could ask them whether there has been any technical problem. You do need a reliable server if you're going to run a podcast.
You should check it immediately before re-submitting to make sure it's working: you may be told that a podcast of that title has already been submitted (this is a minor bug in the system) in which case you will need to make a small change to the title - you can always change it back once it's been accepted, provided that changing the title doesn't change the feed URL (as for example it would in iWeb), so that's something you will need to check.

When i uses this class :- CLASS cl_abap_char_utilities DEFINITION LOAD. and this constant :- CONSTANTS: c_cr_lf TYPE c VALUE cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf. it will give me a line feed when i open my report in excel file but not in text file.
The reason i uses the above is becoz i dont want the line to be truncated if its space at the end of the line. If i download my report into a txt file, i wont see the line feed but when i save the file as txt file and then open with excel, it will show me the line feed. How can i solve this where i can keep the space at the end of each line and not showing the line feed when i open with excel ? Anyone can help ??

Please help: My Feed is not updating in itunes,

We have 40 shows and now only 2 are showing. The feed validates and if you subscribe through itunes you can download all the shows. But for some reason itunes will not display individual shows http://feeds.feedburner.com

Actually Itunes has now started picking up all the shows again. But I would still like to know why we had the issue. Any ideas? Thanks

Please help - submitting to iTunes

Hello all..
I successfully developed and deployed an iPAD app for a client towards the middle of last year. Then the client made a few small changes and by the time I made the changes iTunes changed half their policies etc.. That was a nightmare to figure out but i did manage to successfully upload the app again.
Now I have just completed my own app - It workd beautifully on my iPad in developer mode.... Getting it onto itunes using Application Loaded takes literally hours (the app is 29Mb) and then it bombs out with the following error:
* Unable to authenticate package: 813241948.itmsp
*ERROR ITMS-9000: "the Bundle identifier cannot be changed from the current value, "posguide1". If you want to change your bundle identifier, you will need to create a new application in iTunes Connect'
ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Code Signing entitlements. The entitlements in your app bundle signature do not match the ones in the provisioning profile. According to the provisioning profile, the bundle contacins a key that s not allowed
*ERROR ITMS-9000: "This bundle is invalid. New apps and app updates submitted to the istore must be built with Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK"
Please can anyone shed some light on this for me - I'm at my wits end.

The complaints about the app id just suggest that you’ve changed that since creating the original app. Make sure you are using an App Store Distribution provisioning profile that exactly matches the original app, and is using the same app id as the original.
The last error is to do with new App Store requirements, you have to use the iOS 7.0 SDK to build apps. Well, at least Application Loader needs to believe that you did!
If you look in the Director 12 Configuration folder, inside Projector iOS Resources, you’ll see an info.plist file. Edit that file and change these entries to the values shown:
DTXcode - 0502
DTSDKBuild - 11B508
DTXcodeBuild - 5A3005
DTSDKName - iphoneos7.0
That may be enough of them. I haven’t currently got any Director apps to submit, so I can’t be certain this will solve things. But I know of two other tools where this was the solution.
Of course, if you’re working off a duplicate of the info.plist file, do the editing to your duplicate. And do a new publish of the app after editing the info.plist and making sure that you’re using the right provisioning profile.

Please Help Misspelled Feed

Hello, i was trying feedburner service but finally i decided to keep with my old feed. but when typing the redirection on the xml file by the <itunes:new-feed-url> tag i misspelled the feed address, i typed http:www.podcasts.ideasauditivas.com/podcast.xml, immediately after, i did a ping by the url phobos method, and now itunes is trying to read my feed on http://http:www.podcasts.ideasauditivas.com/podcast.xml, which obviously doesn't exist, is there a way to tell itms to read back from the old feed, instead of the wrong address i typed, actually the mp3 files are able to be listened on itms but theres no way anyone to subscribe.

Ignore the ping result. Go to your Store page, subscribe to your podcast if you haven't already, then go to the Podcast section of iTunes and click the 'i' button at the right-hand end of the line for the podcast title (not an episode). The pane which opens will show the feed iTunes is trying to use.
If it shows the old feed, you should remove the redirection tag and start again with the correct UTL.
If it shows the erronenous feed, I'm afraid you are stuffed: you have to modify a feed to change iTunes to another feed, so if you've got it looking for a feed at a URL you can't upload to, then you can't move it. Catch-22.
You don't want to hear this, but you will have to:
1. Click the 'report a concern' button in the Store page and request to have the podcast removed.
2. Submit the podcast again at the new feed URL - you will probably have to make a small change to the title otherwise you are likely to be told that the podcast already exists (even if it's been removed).

If your podcast was submitted but rejected for any reason then the automated part of the submissions process will give you that error despite the rejection - I assume it's a bug. The workaround is to change the title slightly.
But if they had difficulty downloading (what? - the feed, or the episodes - didn't they say) then you have a technical problem you need to address. Obviously I can't advise any further unless you care to post your feed URL.

It's a really bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it. No-one is likely to email you (except spammers).
There's no need to post the text of the feed - it's not a lot of help much of the time. The URL of the feed is what's needed to enable detective work.
You have a fatal error in your feed, though it's in line 16 not line 19. Line 16 reads:
<itunes:image href="https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/podcast01/LosslessLogo-1400x1400.jpg” />
It's not that easy to see here, but you have 'curly quotes' at the end of the URL. These are not allowed in XML and wreck the feed. Because they aren't recognized as closing quotes it looks as if the next few lines are part of the URL, hence the error showing up as being in line 19.
You need to use the same 'straight' quotes that you have at the beginning of the URL.
You are also likely to run into problems when submitting the feed to the iTunes. Same URLs will work with http at the front rather than https.
Though it may not cause any difficulties, to be strictly correct you should have this line at the beginning of your feed:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
It must be the very first thing in the feed, with nothing whatever before it. Otherwise the feed seems to be OK.

Per my understanding that you can't get the expect result by using the expression "=Count(Fields!TICKET_STATUS.Value=4) " to count the the TICKET_STATUS which value is 4, the result will returns the count of all the TICKET_STATUS values(206)
but not 180, right?
I have tested on my local environment and can reproduce the issue, the issue caused by you are using the count() function in the incorrect way, please modify the expression as below and have a test:
=COUNT(IIF(Fields!TICKET_STATUS.Value=4 ,1,Nothing))
or
=SUM(IIF(Fields!TICKET_STATUS=4,1,0))

RSS Feeds on Yahoo Front Page/My Yahoo are no longer loading. Please help!

After "fixing" my installation of Firefox I am unable to load any RSS feeds onto My Yahoo Front Page! They are all gone. Please help me to recover these important feeds. They are my only source of News every day.

It is part and parcel of the Yahoo Front page where one can choose what media, if any, one wishes to view. No, they are not add-ons gathered from you or anywhere else. I'm surprised Mozilla does not know that, actually! I do not believe Yahoo allows RSS feeds outside of their own to be included on that Front Page/Home Page.

Live Bookmark Feed failed to load. I cannot view any footage on BBC News site. Also I can no longer view images I have uploaded to a website. This has all materialised overnight. Please help.

I have been uploading pictures of booksd to ABE.com for ages. I am able to view these images on the site. Today, without warning, I am unable to do this. Coincidentally, I note that I can no longer view film footage on the BBC news pages. The Latest Headlines column is also showing "Live Bookmark Feed failed to load". Please help.

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
*Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
*Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
*Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
*Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
Make sure that you do not block third-party images permissions.default.images

There are also extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images.
Try to remove the current Latest Headlines feed and create a new feed.<br />

Switched from Podpress to Powerpress and now feed is not updating in iTunes - Please help

Please help...at my wit's end!
A few days ago I switched from using Podpress to Powerpress for my podcast. I followed all instructions and my feed appears to be valid. However, my podcast is not updating in iTunes at all and when I tried to resubscribe, I got an error message that said that there are no playable episodes.
Please, please...someone help. I really don't know what else to do and trying to get support from Apple or Blubrry has been fruitless.

Well, I was unable to locate the old feed (I don't even know if it exists in the conventional way, since it was set up by Podpress), and attempted to remove my podcast completely from iTunes in order to start fresh. Unfortunately, it appears as though iTunes no longer does this and instead directs you to add a <block> tag to your feed....and around we go.
So I've pleaded via Express Lane to please, please have someone change my feed to the new http://www.surrealla.com/feed/podcast/ ...that old feed should have never been set up that way in the first place. Argh.
Question: Can I resubmit my podcast to iTunes without deleting the old one? I'd hate to do that...seems tacky...but I have no idea what else to do if the pleading doesn't work.

Thanks, this did the trick for me as well. I have a podcast that is currently up to 3 episodes, but iTunes (both the store and the subscribed feed itself) only showed episode 1, even after several days.
I'm using WordPress, with the PowerPress plugin. After reading this thread, I checked the raw XML of my feed and noticed that only the first episode had the <enclosure> tag containing the URL of the episode's MP3.
I quickly realized I had made a silly mistake: PowerPress adds another section below the text box on the WordPress post editing page, where you explicitly supply the URL of the MP3. I had done that on episode 1 but had forgotten on subsequent episodes.
Immediately after making the change, I was able to refresh the subscribed feed in iTunes and the new episodes showed up. They're not in the store yet, but I expect they will be within 24 hours when it gets refreshed.

I have two buttons, a blue button and OK button, I want the OK button to draw out text, when the blue button is pressed then the OK button, the background comes out blue with the text on top.
The problem I'm having is that when I press the blue button the label goes blue right away, I don't want it to go blue until after the OK is clicked.
