PLEASE HELP syncing iphone...

Hi so my problem here is really difficult to resolve. I got a brand new iPhone 5, and my computers usb ports are BOTH broken so i was hoping to sync my music within wifi sync, cuz i heard that works really well, but then i heard i need to plug it in in order to start wi-fi sync so im kind of stuck here, what should i do to make itunes recognize my brand new iphone wirelessly.... PLEASE HELP ME FIND A LOGICAL SOLUTION.

Ahh the plot thickens You wont get a usb card for the mbp im afraid.
The best bet would be to have the Mac fixed if you want to use the itunes on this computer.
Only other way it to set up on another computer but this will be messy.

Hi Just backup iPhone, to icloud when you put iPhone, on charge it automatically, backs up to iCloud, since ios 7 you can do, almost, everything, over WiFi, no need for PC When you setup, new iPhone, just use same Apple ID, & password. Cheers Brian

My husband & I both have Iphones & we went to sync & his goes fine, but everytime I plug mine in, the rainbow beachball comes up & just turns & turns & won't go away, and never connects to itunes & when I unplug my phone it goes away... We have 2 separate accounts setup to do our syncing...
Also my phone does not let me dial out or people dial in... They go right to voice mail. I have tried rebooting & even the "hard reboot"

Can someone please help my iphone 4 is stuffed after ios 7.1 update?

Hi everyone I have a friend who accidentally press on the new ios 7.1 update and now my iphone 4 is stuffed up.
My list of problems are:
Home button doesn't even work it use to work fine with ios 7.0.6
The battery drains so easily
It keeps telling me to trust the computer no matter how many times I press trust (can't connect to itunes because of this)
It would screeen shot itself for no reason
The powerbutton doesn't work sometimes
My apps lag a lot or it gets stuck (have redownloaded all my apps but still it doesn't work)
Could someone please help me out. I m so disappointed with apple now and I need a way to fix my phone. I don't have money to buy another one and I m out of warranty. If someone could suggest a way it would be much aprreciated.

i got very complectated case,
i use Apple iPhone 3G (3.1.3) & Mac Book Pro (iTunes 10)
i took backup for my phone at 12 pm, at 5 pm i deleted my messages by accident and when i connected my mobile to the computer to get back my things the computer automaticilty synced my mobile and took a new backup at 5 pm.
when i right click > restore, the computer show me that the last backup is at 5pm which is i dont want because it doesnt have my data, i want to be able to restore from the backup that i took earlier that day.
i tried to go to Users/ Library / Application Support / Mobile Backup and i found that my old files still their beside the new files
i tried to delete my new backup files from this directory so that way it take the backup before it. it didnt work .. it just deleted every thing
i really dont know what to do i feel like my data is here but i cant access it

To be able to read the content of those files inside the backup folder, you'll have to use special software like "backup extractor" http://supercrazyawesome.com/ for example. But don't use the original folder to test, copy it to another place on your HD and use this copy to try.
Some files are not replaced when a backup is made, only files that changed in data are replaced, as far as I know.

Please Help, my Iphone will not download my music.

Okay, so I just restored my Iphone and switched over to a new computer. All my music is on this computer and my Iphone 3GS will sync with the itunes, but when I press sync it simply syncs, and then says the sync is complete without downloading any of the music I have put up. I have no idea what is wrong, someone please help. I have not checked off my music to not be downloaded either.

Have you clicked on the Sync music button at the top of the Music tab in iTunes ?

HELP! the last 4 months of events on my iphone 4s calendar have disappeared! july is half there but aug sept oct and nov are gone... december is still here and i have made a hard copy of the important events.(which i will do from now on)

Please help - my iphone is not being recognized by itunes or iphoto.

I recently had to have my hard drive replaced (by Apple under warranty). Ever since then, iphoto and itunes do not recognize my iphone. I had the same problem at my work computer today (a G4 tower running a lower version of OS X than I have at hoime), but the issue was resolved after I 'reset' my iphone (held down power button and main button, replugged in, etc.) No such luck at home after trying the reset/restart/reopen iphoto/itunes several times over.
-I checked Image Capture to see if iphoto was set to the default photo software viewer; it is.
-I updated my itunes software tonight. Didn't help.
What else can I try??

Help syncing iphone to new MacBook Pro

I got a MacBook Pro for Christmas, and I need help syncing my iPhone to it without losing my pictures, contacts, and music. I already wirelessly shared my iTunes library to from my old mac to the new one. Is there a way to sync my phone to the new computer and transfer my pictures and contacts and the rest of the stuff on my phone to it without losing it all? Or since I wirelessly shared my iTunes library, will my back up still be available?

There is no phone number for itunes store support.
Just copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer to the new one.
You can also transfer itunes purchases from the iphone to the computer. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases

Take it in to an Apple Store if you can. The genius bar can very quickly test if it is just the battery showing its age or not. If it is the battery, you can get it replaced through Apple

Depending on how it has been used though, it may not be the battery. My old iPhone 32GB 3Gs is still good for about 6-7 hours of continuous use (as an iPod touch these days) and it was bought new in 2009 shortly after the 3Gs became available at AT&T stores. So yours might be experiencing some hardware failure not the actual battery itself.
