I receive this message while playing at yahoo poker. java.lang.OutofmemoryError:java heap space
Can someone help resolve this problem?

The Yahoo program is demanding more memory from Java than it has available. There is a setting that you can enter in the Java Control Panel that increases the maximum amount of memory that Java can use, if needed. By increasing this limit to a large enough value, this error can be eliminated. The default memory size is 64 megabytes.
These instructions are for Java version 1.4.x, but earlier version are similar. If you can't find the entry area, check other tabs.
Open the Windows Control Panel > Java Control Panel (it may be labeled Java Plug-in) > Advanced tab
There's an entry area titled "Java Runtime Parameters" at the bottom. Enter this option in it:
-Xmx96m
This allows Java to use 96 megabytes of memory. To allow it to use 128 mb, the entry would be -Xmx128m
Use the smallest even number that will allow the program to run. After changing this value you must close all browser windows.

Yes, I'm new to Oracle SOA Suite and BPEL Process manager. I've searched the forums, OTN, and Google and have not found any description of this error message:
"oracle.fabric.common.FabricException: Number of SOAP body elements and parts do not match in operation: <operation-name>"
Using JDeveloper 11.1.1.2.0 and WebLogic/SOA 10.3.2.0.
The BPEL process was built completely using JDeveloper's graphical tools... I haven't done any raw editing of the BPEL files yet. What types of things might I possibly be doing wrong that would cause this error to occur? Any idea what two things the server is comparing and deciding that there's a mismatch? It doesn't look like it is even attempting to invoke the external service, but bailing out before that, thinking that it's going to send bad data. Below is a bit more detail.
Also, I loaded up the WSDL (same one that I gave to JDeveloper) into SOAPUI. Then I took the payload that SOA was about to send (see below) and pasted it into SOAPUI. SOAPUI didn't complain and the target web service accepted the message and produced a "success" response. It looks like the payload is correct, so I don't know why SOA is complaining.

Welcome to BPEL. Take a moment, and write "it's a namespace issue" on a sheet of paper. Post it near your monitor. It won't always be a namespace issue, but it's usually a good thing to suspect first! Is the namespace prefix ns1: defined somewhere? Does your XML that is being sent really match what the WSDL has for input to the UpsertEmp operation? The namespaces for each element level in the XML need to match, not just the lowest level.
When problems like this get really sticky, you can use TCP tunneling (obtunnel shell?) to capture what is really being sent to the server, and compare that to what is sent from SOAPUI. That's more useful if it's a subtle header problem, but you may get better error messages if you catch the BPEL message and send it using SOAPUI.

Help with error message, please!

I have treated my iPod like the crown jewels in the two years I've had it. Never dropped it, doesn't have a scratch on it. Imagine my sense of betrayal when suddenly I'm getting an error message "Attempting to copy to the disk 'Jim's iPod' failed. An unknown error occurred (-69)."
This after 9.81 gigs of music has copied over, out of 19+ gigs. I have found no articles or postings relating to this error message, anywhere. Out of desperation, I followed the instructions for clearing a "1413" error message, since that one seems to be fairly prevalent and there's a lot of literature on it. But to no avail.
I have done everything I can think of to the iPod itself. Reset it, restored it, run diagnostics (the HDD Test starts but won't complete; everything else gets a pass).
I suppose at some point I may have to admit that the HD is FUBAR, but I'm not ready for that yet.
Here's a question that I probably ought to know the answer to already: I have two users listed on my computer besides "All Users" and "All Users.WINDOWS" -- not sure how that happened, but there's "Jim" and there's "Jim.DAD" (DAD being my home netword name). The music folders under "ITUNES MUSIC" under these two users are not exactly the same. One is missing some artists. The listing of iTunes music in "My Docs/My Music" is also incomplete. But the music is there; I can play it out of the iTunes library. My question is, where is iTunes getting the music files when it copies to the iPod? Could this labeling screwup be causing that error message? I know, I'm probably just in denial about the demise of my iPod, but I'm gonna look for every possible source of this **** error message before giving up. Can anyone help? Sure do appreciate it if you can.

If anyone's interested (and it doesn't appear that anyone is), the problem was solved when I unplugged a USB external hard drive and simply plugged it back in.
Doesn't say much for those Apple geniuses, IMO.

Need Help with error message on the Network Systems Preferences, Please

In Systems Preference, > Network, I get the error message "Your network settings been changed by another application," with an active OK button. However, when I click the OK button, it persists and does not allow me to access the screen. The only way to end this is to force quit Systems Preferences.
Do you have any idea what is causing this freeze? I have a TimeWarner Internet connection (which I want to change to Verizon as soon as I resolve this). For a while I had Earthlink DSL which didn't work well at all. Could it be something with the not-used Earthlink or the current TimeWarner?
Any ideas about the cause and, more importantly, the solution?

My computers have not been networked, intentionally. I like having them autonomous. So I have a separate Internet connection for each. And maybe that's what I need to maintain.
In the house is a Mac Mini and the house phone with new Verizon modem. In the separate office, I have my G5 tower, which is really my main computer.
Was just on phone with Verizon Tech who did say that they do not support Mac. They made a decision not to because there are fewer of us. However, I can purchase a premium support which appears to cover such support.
I've not seen the Verizon commercials, but I expect that they are filled with hype. The one I laugh at the most on the FIOS cable video is that they call their cable user interface "intuitive."

My old PC crashed and died, and I am unable to deactivate the licence of Photoshop Elements 7.
I re-installed Photoshop Elements 7 via a trial download from Adobe website onto my new PC, Windows 8.1 single language.
My serial number is not accepted.

Photoshop Elements 7 also does not support activation so there is no risk that you were unable to deactivate the software on your previous computer.
I am showing the serial number under your account was provided from an equipment manufacturer. It is possible there may have been a customized installer for that version. Have you contacted the computer manufacturer to obtain the installation files for the copy of Photoshop Elements 7 included with your computer?
Since you did not migrate/transfer over any files it is unlikely there is a software issue preventing the installation. You can try running the CC Cleaner Tool to ensure that no corrupt licensing files may be preventing the installation process. Need help with error message after failed iSync: Leopard and Palm OS

I recently upgraded to a new computer which came with Leopard installed. In my old computer, Tiger OS, all was well when syncing to my Palm device.
I tried going from handheld to desktop with slow synch turned on in iSync and now I get this message re: failure--

I have an older Palm, the Zire. Once I got the most recent Palm software and chose, at least for now, to use iSync, I haven't noticed any problems.
Since I haven't used the "T" family of Palms, I can only guess that the process is much the same as with the Zire. You can disable the MAc syncing, move your currently disabled conduits back into Palm syncing, reinstall what Palm lists as your most recent software (and make sure all of your calendar and contacts info is just as you want it), do a sync through the HotSync Manager (ignoring iCal). I'd do a restart just to clear the system. It appears there is a warning note on resetting the iSync history, so you might not want to do that but just manually clean up any inconsistencies in iCal before you try once again.
[I actually wanted to just accept my Palm calendar so trashed my iCal calendar after some questionable syncs, but you can do an export to save the iCal calendar before you wipe it out.]
But my impression is that to get pass the messages you initially wrote up, you'll have to ask the Palm discussions folks for help. They are very helpful.

Help with error message opening lightroom 5 on macbook?

I downloaded lightroom 5 on my macbook. i have os-lion. When I open the program and error message appears saying " error switching modules". I am missing all the options to import photos. When I try to click on lightroom preferences at the top of the screen nothing pops up. It seems like i am missing some of the options and the navigation pane. Do i need to update something else to be able to import photos and click between module pages?

It appears the error message you have is an ink system failure error message. While it looks like your printer needs to be services there is also a thread with some suggestions out there with some results for this same issue. I have linked this thread this post. You will want to look at message 16 and 17 for what seems to be a resolution for your same printer. Hope this helps.

Please help: strange error message when trying to burn cds

I have been trying to burn an itunes playlist onto cds and I have never had trouble doing this before, but just this afternoon I have started getting an error message and the disc will automatically eject itself immediately following the initializing stage.
The error message I receive is this: "The attempt to burn a disc failed. The device failed to calibrate the laser power for this media."
What does this mean? What can I do to fix the problem? Thank you in advance!!
(Additional information in case this is helpful: The discs are Maxwell CD-R audio cds with 700mb/80min capacity, and my itunes is version 7.3.1. The playlist is long -- spanning multiple cd lengths -- but I have never encountered a problem with that before, so I don't think that is causing the error.)

Same here.Although i've had this problem since febuary of this year.
Just upgraded to 7.4 and it still does'nt work.Its not an uncommon problem,there has been hundreds of threads about this and thousands of users with the same problem,apple don't seem to want to recognise or solve the problem.Disgraceful behaviour on their part.
