Please Help With My Headache

Hey there! Here's my problem:
We have an old mac pc, it's a G3 Blueberry that is running OS 8.6. The processor speed is 333mhz. Our objective is to insert a new memory module into the open slot for it, this is in order for us to be able to upgrade the computer to a more recent OS (10.2 Jaguar)as well as create enough availible memory to run comcast high speed access on it.
Upon the first trip to Microcenter we were sent home with a module that--despite being the correct type (128 DIMM PC-100)--was about twice as long as the module we needed to fit in the space provided. As you might assume, I'm a novice of sorts--okay, I don't no much of anything (especially macs).
Come to find out the next day that the module needed is--I was told--for a laptop model, hence half the size I suppose. The teenager at Microcenter told me to come back in a week and a half and they might have it then...a subsequent trip to CompUSA was even less helpful.
We know from the directions on the help menu for adding more memory that the module must be 128mb, no more no less. Seems like all we need is to slip this module right in and move on with our lives--does anybody know of a good merchant online that would be able to supply me with the correct module--though it's old, I know that it's out there. Obvioulsly, along with that, I'd like to be certain that what I get is the correct module for what I'm doing.

The iMac 333 uses 144-pin SO-DIMMs and has (2) memory slots, one of which is situated on the underside of the processor card. In order to access that slot, the processor card must be removed. Your iMac can accommodate a pair of 256 MB SO-DIMMs, for a total of 512 MBs of installed memory. Because one of the memory cards must be "low-profile" (referring to height), you're better off just getting the shorter height card, which can be used in either slot. The term "low-profile" has nothing to do with the SO-DIMM's overall length. If you need directions with photos of the memory upgrade, check out this Macworld how-to article.
