Please install excel as a viewer

Dear All,
I am having the similar problem like many here before. Unable to Open the reports. RRMX is not working. Gives a message "Please instal excel as a viewer".
I have read through all the posts related to this topic in this forum. Have gone through the OSS Note 160995. Have even tried to download the SAP BW 3.5 AddOn Patch on WIKI FAQ. But that patch is not downloading, seems corrupted or not existing. Have reinstalled and installed MS Office. Have reinstalled SAP Front end components also.
None of the above seem to have solved my problem. Please help, am totally lost.

The BEx Analyzer is an Add-on for Microsoft Excel. This sounds like a problem with your patch level, although it could also be an authorization problem. If it is a patch issue, you will need to get your Basis team to match the SAP GUI patch with the BEx you are running. If it is an authorizations issue, you will need to add the authorization object to view Workbooks. Either way, try running ST22 and see if it shows the error message. If it shows up here, it will have details about exactly what is going wrong and what you need to do to repair it. Hope this helps somewhat.

When i launch rrmx txn it envoke excel without any file / date and when going to GUI it shows error.

Please uninstall the SAP GUI completely and re-install the same. While re-installing please choose all option and before that you need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and then install SAP GUI and at last install the latest patches for BI Add-on based on your SAP GUI version which can be downloaded from service market place.

Install Excel as a Viewer.....

I am getting this error again and again whenever I am connecting my analyzer and I have tries reinstalling my MS Office 2007 again but that didn`t help.
Please suggest other means so that I can try them out for quick solution.

I had the same problem before.
It was because BW version and Support Package level was low. (BW 3.1 sp09)
Please check your BW version and Support Package level.

Un-instal and Reinstall the GUI. Select the BI Add-on
I suggest you to select all the Add-ons

i am trying to convert the pdf to tiff image using

i tried downloading the flash player ,now the error does not appear but for those pdf that displays this flash message error i am not getting the pdf converted to tiff file , instead i get an image with message

I just installed Window 7 professional in place of Windows 7 Ultimate RC to which I subscribed. I was not pleased to do a clean install as opposed to an upgrade and was not informed about it.
When I reinstalled Office 2007, my outlook does not work, although exchange on the web works. I get the following error message:
There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default programs control panel

This issue may occur if the Outlook registry key is corrupted. When other programs try to use the Outlook Simple MAPI interface, they cannot retrieve the required information from the registry.
You must first remove the corrupted Outlook registry key, and then perform a Detect and Repair operation to have Outlook rebuild the key. To do this, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then press ENTER.
In Registry Editor, locate the following subkey in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Clients\Mail\Microsoft Outlook
Select the subkey, and then press DELETE.
Click Yes.
Quit Registry Editor.
Start Outlook.
On the Help menu, click Office Diagnostics.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the repair.
Important: Above section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. I was used HDD Seft-Test Options, it say "Hard Disk Passed". But i try to turn on notebook but fair: Boot device not found.
Is HDD died?

First, I suggest you download
Microsoft Safety Scanner or
Malicious Software Removal Tool to run a full scan.
The error messages here seems to be caused by the corrupted registries, which related with the folder association.
