Ok, I've tried to be open minded - I've tried iOS7. But it doesnt work for me. Please, for the love of humanity, let me go back to iOS6.
Its bad enough that I cant see the washed out screen prompts and the icons look like something my 3-year old would have come up with, but what is worse is the the device is now incredibly slow. And without fail, the first time a person calls me they end up in voicemail. Every time!
I currently have 22,000+ emails. Its not the pop issue, just that I do not open and read all the emails I receive. So, they keep downloading relentlessly, with no way to limit them. Who was the genius who thought this was a good idea? My iPhone's memory is so full now that it is about as useful as a palm pilot. Actually, my iPad is about as useless as well.
Why would Apple be trying to force me to read all my emails.
Things really went downhill fast after Steve Jobs.
So, please, let me go back to the screen colors I can actually see and limit the number of emails I download. It's not rocket science, it's simple functionality.
How can I downgrade my iPhone and iPad to Steve Jobs era?

What "support department at the bank"??? The IDD Mobile app is a product of RDM and isn't supported by any bank. It hasn't been updated for nearly 2½ years, dating back to iOS 5, indicating poor support. It really doesn't do anything beyond what the native Chase app does. -

I'm trying to upgrade my old colinux archlinux (2007) to current version.
It is very difficult.
I found I require a pacman.static, but it miss.
Some pacman's dependency still keep in .gz format, but some have changed to .xz.
That cause the old pacman can not upgrade itself.

This isn't so bad. Just reinstall the packages you extracted into the filesystem later properly with the package manager.
But pacman is a .gz package for the exact purpose of being able to upgrade non-xz pacman to a new one.

Thanks a lot for your swift response. And sorry if it was a bit too hectic to go through my detailed query (which I did because it was misunderstood when I asked previously). As I've mentioned above, I was informed that updating to 5.0.1 would '''require''' me to '''delete''' the current version and then install the new one. And doing so will involve losing all my bookmarks. I guess I should have been more specific and detailed there. By losing, I didn't mean losing them forever. I'm aware that they're secured in some place and deleting and installing the software doesn't harm its existence. What I meant that if I install the new version, I'd have to delete the old one. And after installing the new version, I'd have to transfer them (bookmarks) back from wherever they are. Get it? When it updated from 3.6.9 to 3.6.13, and from 3.6.13 to 3.6.18, I didn't need to follow that process. They were already present on their own.
BTW, I'm having no problems with 3.6.18 but after learning about the existence of version 5.0.1, I'm a bit too eager to lay my hands over it.

I downloaded a cheap PDF editor and it converted all my PDFs to their software. Then when I deleted it, I cannot open them in the Adobe format any longer. Please let me know how to get them back!
It's important to understand that when this sort of thing happens files aren't "converted" at all.
In Windows and Mac, there is just one app (program) that it run when you double click a type of file. There's an app for Word documents (Microsoft Word). There's an app for PDF files. So all that happened is that you installed an app which can open PDF files.
Nothing changed in the files. You can still open them the traditional way if you forget double click - start the app, use Open from the File menu. -

Message saying cant connect to iTunes. I've tried ipad, iPhone, mac a d all the same. I've reset router/ broadband connection and I've tested which is all fine. It's just iTunes I can't connect to - I've signed out and it won't now let me sign back in. Please help!!

The latest Firefox update, installed this morning 6/21/2011, disabled McAfee. After installation, a window appeared stating that McAfee was not compatible and couldn't be enabled. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Please let me know how to uninstall this update.

My school (Highline Community College) as advised me that firefox 7 will not allow people to use the (Angel) online e-mail system. I need to stay in contact with my teachers. They said don't get firefox 7 but I already have it. They said go back to firefox 6 which they even provide a link for but when you upload it it says this is an old system click here to get 7. I already have 7 and know it will not work. How can I get 6 back.
I have the same problem. It was literally snuck in as a simple update and suddenly I couldn't upload any of my assignments. You can get rid of 7 by going to control panel and removing the Mozilla file. then look for the FF 6 upload. I warn you though. It REALLY wants to be 7. Don't allow any updates to happen or you will be in the same position.
I like Firefox and it is truly disappointing that they would force this situation. My nest step is back to IE 8 which wants to be 9. Arghh! -

Hello. I'm from Australia and I recently purchased a ZTE Open C. I wanted to try Android on it and I installed it to do exactly that. I went back to Firefox OS to discover my 3G won't work, even though it did with the stock version of Firefox. I'm on the Optus network. I have a feeling it has something to do with my APN settings but I can't fix it.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your ZTE Open C after re-flashing it with a Firefox OS image.
Can you please list the exact steps or instructions you used to perform the porting of your device from Firefox OS to Android, and then back to Firefox OS? Please provide a link to the image files you used as well.
