Hi,
When scheduling a background job, you can specify it to start "after event".
If you do so, you'll have to create an event in SM62.
If a job is scheduled after event event and you trigger the event with SM64, the job will start.
Events can be raised by external systems in SAP by sending a command to a SAP application server. You can also raise event in any program using function mosule BP_EVENT_RAISE.

What Font is used as the default LabView System and Dialog Font on a windows?

What font is used as the default LabView System and Dialog font on a Windows system?
Can I use the default system and dialog font in another software (i.e; Win word or Illustrator etc.)

For Windows XP, the font is Tahoma. I don't know if Windows has a method for changing this (I thought it would be in the display settings, but couldn't find it). Maybe in the registry?

Templates - how to tell what target is using what template

Trying to figure out who or what target is using what monitoring template? Anyone can suggest a way? Are only groups use monitoring templates?

Hi,
As far as i know, you can find out this. Monitoring template is a template which you create and then apply to targets (so that you avoid setting metrics for individual targets one by one). You can apply a template on a single database or on a group by adding all databases in a group. Once you apply template, template metric thresholds will be set for that target based on the template and still you can modify certain metrics for this target. So it means that on a single target you can have metric set through template and also set manually thus it is not possible to find out what was implemented through template and what was done manually.

I just bought a new imac and i've swapt over from the other side (pc)
I can't find any info on internet security software for macs. I'm startign to wonder if it's a built in thing exclusive to mac and comes with the OS or something.
If there is such a thing, what do I get, what are people using.

Welcome to Apple discussions (and welcome from the dark side).
Breathe a deep sigh of relief. There are NO documented viruses that affect a Mac running OS X - none. I do not use any AV software. IMHO, it is a waste of money and system resources.
OS X has a built in firewall (default is off). It is robust. I suggest you enable it. This is from the OS X help section:
+Using a firewall to protect your computer+
+Mac OS X includes firewall software you can use to block unwanted network communication with your computer. Using a firewall protects your computer from users on other networks or the Internet.+
+In order to use Mac OS X services, such as personal file sharing, Windows sharing, or FTP access, you need to open ports in the firewall to allow traffic for that service to and from your computer. When you select a service in the Services pane of Sharing preferences, it is automatically selected in the Firewall pane, and the port is opened.+
+To prevent that service while the firewall is on, turn off the service in the Services pane.+
+To turn on firewall protection on your computer:+
+Open System Preferences and click Sharing.+
+Click Firewall, and then click Start.+
+To block incoming traffic on ports used by one of the sharing services, disable that service in the Services pane.+
+You can't edit the firewall ports used by built-in services. They are enabled and disabled automatically when you turn the corresponding service on or off in the Services pane.+
+If you use iChat Bonjour, iTunes Music Sharing, or iPhoto Bonjour Sharing, make sure to allow those services in and out of your firewall. Turn on their services on the Firewall pane of Sharing preferences.+
There are also no instances (that I am aware of) of spyware or malware.
Bottom line, enable the firewall and enjoy a very fine piece of hardware that also has a first class software platform.

go to Table EDIMSG in se16 and enter message Type as MATMAS* and execute ..
it will show the Messages type Matmas with latest version(Release)..
Always the version Number is Higher will be in use in Current Sytem and it supports Latest (Release)....

What do you use to block/disable USB ports and CD/DVD drives?

I have been tasked with finding software that can disable USB ports not being used for keyboards & mica and CD/DVD devices. At a previous job we used Sophos Enterprise console and it had that ability. I currently use VIPRE Business Premium but I don't see where their products have the same capability. In java we have 3 class loaders i.e BootStrap loader, Extension loader and System loader. Why can't we have just one?

First comes the Bootstrap class loader, it loads the classes contained in java.lang

Changing what applications are used to open different file types

hello all...
it seems i am going to be in here quite a lot when getting used to my new mac lol but anyway i have a file type i want vlc player to always use .mp4 and some other file types.. so my problem is when i have these files and i press open with vlc and always use this it seems to only apply it to one mp4 not all mp4 i put on the macbook pro. its not like windows where i would select an application then all files with the extension mp4 or whatever will use vlc.. how can i do this with my mac please?

Get Info window is where you can change things:
Right click (Control click) on the file icon using the Finder.
Take a look at the Open with: part of the Get Info window to set the app for that file extension. Click the Change All button so all of these file types open using your preferred application.

Based on the description, you want to get the specific shape by id of shape.
As far as know, there is no such API provided by PowerPoint object model. As a workaround, we can loop the Shapes collection and check the id of shape to see whether the shape is we are looking for.

Database views are implemented with an equivalent view on the database.
Projection views are used to hide fields of a table (only projection).
Database views should be created if want to select logically connected data from different tables simultaneously.
Database views implement an inner join.
Application programs can access the data of a database view using the database interface. (Just as we write select queries on database tables, we can write them for views as well.)
Includes in Database Views
An entire table can be included in a database view. In this case all the fields of the included table will become fields of the view (whereby you can explicitly exclude certain fields).
To include one of the tables in the view, enter character * in field View field, the name of the table to be included in field Table and character * again in field Field name on the View fields tab page of the maintenance screen of the view.
You can also exclude individual fields of an included table. If you do not want to include a field of the included table in the view, enter - in field View field, the name of the included table in field Table and the name of the field to be excluded in field Field name.
Inserts with Database Views
If a database view contains only one single table, data can be inserted in this table with the view .
You have the following options for the contents of the table fields not contained in the view:
If the field is defined on the database with NOT NULL as initial value, the field is filled with the corresponding initial value.
If the field is defined on the database as NOT NULL without initial value, an insert is not possible. This results in a database error.
If the field is not defined on the database as NOT NULL, there will be a NULL value in this field.
A maintenance view permits you to maintain the data of an application object together.
The maintenance status determines which accesses to the data of the underlying tables are possible with the maintenance view.
Read only: Data can only be read through the view.
Read, change, delete, insert: Data of the tables contained in the view can be
changed, deleted, and inserted through the view.
Read and change: Existing view entries can be changed. However, records
cannot be deleted or inserted.
Read and change (time-dependent views): Only entries whose non-time
dependent part of the key is the same as that of existing entries may be
inserted.
Maintenance View ( SE54 )
You can use a maintenance view to maintain data, which is distributed over several tables, at the same time.
Maintenance views enable a business-oriented approach to looking at data, while at the same time, making it possible to maintain the data involved. Data from several tables can be summarized in a maintenance view and maintained collectively via this view. That is, the data is entered via the view and then distributed to the underlying tables by the system.

There is no way to remotely track or disable an iPod nano, either for you or Apple. As it can't connect to the Internet on its own, Find my iPhone isn't available for it.

If you mean speech recogniton it is a fun way of "telling" your Mac what to do. I've been using it for years. I only use my keyboard to type. Everything else I "tell" it instructions like open, close, quit apps, browsers, scroll, etc.
