Even I cant believe this is happening again! i'm once again asking for help with my account. Since im very sick I ask that u look into my account and read the hell verizon has put me through and assist ending the hell once and for all even if that means ending my contract, i just want the hell over. I guess I spoke too soon! I really can't believe this nightmare is not over yet! My account is still wrong. The credit that I was due totaled $63.00 I am looking at a message on my phone saying that $21.01 was credited which makes my balance $219.72. I received a text the following day that says, I processed your credit of $30.00 and your new balance $216.73 how is that possible? None of the late fees were credited and the amount due for my monthly charges are wrong. Before any changes were made to my data plan back in Nov. My monthly charges were $140.00, I needed my hot spot back and i was told that the hot spot will increase my bill $10 for each phone that totals $20. The customer rep that change my data plan at that time also gave me a credit of $20 to compensate for the increase until I had time to talk with customer service about the mix-up with my Hot spot. I originally had the hot spot, but the rep that change my plan almost a year prior told me nothing was changing except I was getting more for less money. I explained to that rep that I need my hot spot 4 times a year...and I don't want my plan to have any changes. To verify what I'm telling u check my account and see that I called from Albany New York wanting to know where my hot spot was and I was told I didn't have the hot spot on my account since the last data change! I lost money once again due to the verizon rep's. so my current data plan the rep promised would increase $20 which makes my monthly charges that were $140 prior to the change $160 after the hot spot was returned to my account. Then I was given a $12 credit per month for 12 months because of so many mistakes made to my account so with that $12 credit my monthly charges should $148 + surcharges + taxes and that's not what I see. I do know this much right now my account is in such a shambles I can hardly see the light at the end if there is an end! I need real help!

It's unnecessary - ignore those & similar ads. Consider using an adblocker extension like

Ive seen loads of people with this issue and no luck.

appeared and wont go away. I have nit used my headphones for a month so i cant think of anything that has triggered it.
Solutions I have tried..
Making sure my phone isnt on mute.
Letting the power dye and re charging.
plugging in head phones etc.
Still no luck.
Model is iPhone 3GS 16GB.My mum's phone had that message too. I googled it. Sometimes the connection becomes dirty due to dust, dirt, water or a combination of all three. It is recommended to clean out the connection using a clean, dry brush, like a paint brush.

Hi everyone. I am trying to download ML on my iMac and when I click the download button, I am asked for my PW which I provide and then the ML icon launches in launchpad but nothing takes place. Have been trying for 2 days and this is driving me nuts. Help
Yes it does and there is an indication that the software is downloading but after a few hours, it just stops without any error message. Everything simply disappears and I need to start over again. I have a superfast connection so it should no be this slow. Everything worked fine on my MBP and I am in the same place. Any ideas

The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/ZD1211Mac.kext” was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.That driver appears to be for a Zydas wireless usb adapter. Zydas has been through a couple of different acquisitions and no updates appear to be available, so you'll probably need to delete that extension.

I have installed ITUNES 5 times, each time telling it where I want my media folder Drige G: as my main drive is filling up. Yet after installing, and re-downloading my music it still puts it in Documenets and setting on my C drive. Is the ITUNES software so backward?
I am feeling so fedup I just want to retieve my music and say goodbye to ITUNES.

There should be a program that came with the camera that can view the AVCHD videos. It may have the ability to save-as other formats.
One program that is good for converting some video formats to M4V or MP4 required by iPad, is HandBrake. <Download Handbrake> If you can save the videos to an intermediate format, HandBrake may be able to complete the comversion to MP4.

You can only add music to iTunes Match from your iTunes library on your computer, not from your iOS device. If you have music on your iPad that is not on your computer, you'll have to import it to your iTunes library on your computer to add it to iTunes Match.
Music purchased from the iTunes store can be imported directly to your iTunes library by authorizing your computer for the Apple ID(s) used to purchase the music (in Store>Authorize This Computer), then connecting the iPad to your computer, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Music from other sources will require using 3rd party software to transfer to your computer, such as Touch Copy. -

And Google chrome just keep loading the page for hours and nothing is appear on its browser. But safari and firefox working absolutly fine.

Best Regards,You need to upgrade your copy of MS Office. You're using a version that is 8 years old (at least). You can buy Office 2011, which will work. You could also get a copy of Pages from the App Store, which is cheaper and will open Word files (though not perfectly). Or you could get a free Office clone, like OpenOffice or LibreOffice.

I am the unfortunate owner of a dingleberry curve 8310. Today out of the blue the voice dialing stopped working. Then my Media player froze. I started getting the dreaded hourglass timer icon and then it started dropping my calls as well. I quickly deleted all e-mails and previous messages as well as call records. I have very limited music and pics. I am aware the pathetic OS memory is easily overwhelmed. I have a addtl chip (4g) but the phone does not seem to defualt to it even though it is set to do so, not even with pic's or music as far as I know. I downloaded the pathetic 4.2.2 PC software with media manager by Roxio (yet another poorly designed software program). The media manager (Roxio) portion corrupted my Vista 32 bit OS on my laptop. I had to unload the 4.2.2 so I would not have to reload Vista 32 OS and loose all my PC data. I am going to try to reload v4.2.2 w/o Roxio for the simple purpose of reloading the OS on my crunchberry so I can get this piece of crap to work right atleast for a moment. This is my primary phone for personal and business. What a disaster!
My questions are:
1. After loading 4.2.2 w/o Roxio how can I load pic's and music onto the extra memory card on the phone if I don't have Roxio to sync with my phone. Can I simply open "my computer" access the phone and drag items into the "music file" for the phone or the "picture file" for the phone, Or will this just load it into the pathetic OS memor?. In other words is Roxio the only way to load music and media into the extra memory chip?
2. Will the 4.5 update for my phone help or just make matters worse. This is the only option I get when I search under phone OS systems for the 8310curve.
3. What are some basic maintenance steps to keep this thing running stable. I lost two hours of valuable work time so far and possibly a client trying to fix this peice of junk. The only addtl desktop items I have are the icons for google maps and yellow pages which appeared when my browser first went on line.

Quite honestly, the 8310 is a great device, I've used it extensively. You need to follow #3 above and clean your device memory out of all the junk you've loaded on it.
