PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!! : ) THANKS

Hello ladies and gentleman!
So far I have been loving my Macbook Pro. Working just great! I do have a question however regarding itunes. Before my Mac I had a desktop and it used windows. I still have it but I purchased some music on itunes and I have no idea how to get that music onto my Mac. I have the ipod touch as well as the ipod nano b/c the nano was free after rebate with the Macbook Pro. Yes I will admit that I have only about 30 songs (4cd's worth) that I actually purchased from itunes on my window's desktop and rest is all from CD's. I certainly do not want to have to repurchase the cd's that I already paid for on itunes. I guess the question is when I sync my ipod Touch with my Mac I know that it will put everything that I have on itunes on the Mac into the Touch. When I sync the Touch will my Mac recognize the songs purchased from itunes and leave those on there or load them from the Touch onto the itunes of my Mac? The only thing I have done with itunes on my Mac is loaded about 50 of my own cd's into itunes. So it is all my music on there currently. On a seperate note...has anyone used limewire on their Mac? Problems? Concerns? Issues? Thanks everyone for their help and quick responses!

JPatrick.Donovan,
This article explains how to use an external hard drive, or iPod models that support disk mode, such as your iPod Nano:

This article explains how you can transfer just your purchased content to the new computer with either of your iPod models:

Hope this helps,
