I already checked pasword finder to confirm my passwoard but I still cannot login.
The above account is the opn/otn account I use at work. The account I use to post this message is my home account.

If your account has been disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    ...Hacker got access to my account few minutes ago and bought credits using my credit card to send out messages to several different numbers.
    I immediately canceled my credit card. Unfortunately, I lost R$ 250,00 for additional credits that I don't recognize.
    Please let me know ASAP if there is something I can do to get my money back and to guarantee the security of my information.

    Right, thanks a lot,***** I've just received an email basically telling me they were unable to verify the account despite these facts: Firstly, I am contacting you on the email that was originally used to create the skype account. And secondly, I have all of the billing and address info required to verify any purchases made on the account. Next of all, I have already provided numbers I have called, and accurately described my contacts. Nextly, you can probably check IP access logs to see that I, being in England, have always used the account.

    i am RAGING MAD at how awful everyone who works for your "support" team is. I'm not even being told why my account can't be verified. 2 days of stress FOR NOTHING

  • Please help Account Takeover

    My ex boyfriend went into my account on June 8th and acted like me and messaged all of my International clients acting as if he was me, and said really damaging things about me.
    I have a restraining order against him, but the police would like to convict him on identity theft.  I need an email or how to get the IP addresses that used my account on specific days for proof so they can convict him. 
    I have been searching for the proper contact numbers and email address for support and can not find them.  When I fill out a complaint and hit send it goes nowhere.

    The Police need to contact Skype with a formal request for information.
    (They know how to do this).
    Also please send an e-mail to: [email protected]  saying that you have requested the Police to contact them.

  • HELP PLEASE - user account

    i accidentally changed the name of my user account. i originally had one user (say, USER1). i changed the name to (say, USER2). after doing this, i could not change the name back because it said that the name was already taken. so, i restarted the computer and i was taken to the default mac setting with all my personal settings and folders gone. so, i created another user with the name (USER2), and the computer said that there was already a user folder in that name and if i wanted to incorporate it into the account, so i said yes...and now i have two users (USER1 and USER2)...USER2 has my original setting but some of the things like my added widgets dont show up...
    is there any way i can take everything back to the default settings with no USER2??

    SSL, make sure your date and time is correct.

    Your issue is very hard to troubleshoot because 10.9.5 and Yosemite preview work fine with my gmail accounts on my Mac.

    Sorry, but we're all just your fellow users here and cannot do anything to reactivate an account. Contact the iTunes Store customer service group through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them. They should be able to help you sort out the problem with your account login.

    Kindly advice me how to configure  Automatic Account Clearing for A/R
    The client requirement is
    In A/R the customer accounts are not automatically clearing when a payment is posted for that account. We are still seeing all open items and all paid or cleared items when we go to FBL5N and select open items for viewing. Please make account clearing automatic for customer payments.

    Use T code OB74.
    Maintain for your Chart Of Account, acct type "D", From and to customer accounts and then add the critera you want. Pls note you cannot define more than 5 criteria.
    Then schedule the clearing program job F.13 in the background.

    Does anyone know what to do please?

    Accounts are normally not email software dependent unless configured to save locally on your computer.  If you have a pst file on your PC that is large, you will need to import that. POP accounts are usually locally stored. Otherwise, many server accounts are typically IMAP, or Exchange. So go back to your PCs email software and determine what it is.  If it is Outlook for Mac which is the only Outlook you have be clear how it is setup.

    Please check your VKOA settings .
    Please check account keys are properly maintained with sales area,Account Assginment groups(customer,material) and condtions.
    Symptom
    The revenue account determination during billing does not determine the correct account although all Customizing settings were checked and are correct.
    The account assignment analysis on the detail screen displays the information:
    VE120 "G/L account xxx determined from Account determination type kkk",
    VE215 "G/L account in document: yyy"
    The two specified G/L accounts xxx and yyy differ from each other, especially the G/L account yyy in the document is incorrect, however the G/L account xxx determined from account determination type kkk is correct.
    The problem occurs when fields of the billing header (for example, billing type, field VBRK-FKART) are used as criterion for the revenue account determination and are billed in collective processing.
    The error does not occur if billing is restricted to one document.

  • GL Account Openning Balance

    Hi
    In GL account there was no closing balance in 2007 but we are able to see Openning balance in 2008 as cumulative balance
    How is it possible?

    Dear Prasad,
    The system will transfer the Balance sheet account balances for the next fiscal year as opening balance.
    P&L account balances will be transfered to the retain
    earning account.
    The value of profit and loss of the previous year is always carried forward to the retained earnings account, for the P&L acoounts have zero opening balance.
    For futher information please take account the note 176067 and 402917.
