PLEASE READ AND HELP. WHY does the tiger disc keep ejecting and wont start?

i just got tiger and everytime i put it in the disc tray it ejects itself after 30 seconds or so... It wont show up on desktop or the startup disc.... tried holding C to boot up using it but it didnt work and tried all trouble shooting but nothing worked. Call apple but they said they dont support my computer anymore (its 6 years old). After i told them it was a G4 they said they couldnt offer me tech support. Please i have version 10.3.9. If you need anymore info please tell me. Why is it doing this. if there are multiple reasons plz tell me. I really want to install tiger. Yes i have full version of the DVD install disc. it is version 10.4 tiger. PLEASE help. Thank you

When you say you have the full version, what does it say on the Disks for numbers & such? Is it the Black Retail version?
What happens if you have Disk Utility open when you insert the DVD, or is it CDs?
What does System Profiler>Hardware>Disc Burning, (10.3.x may be a bit different), report for the Optical drive, like...

Why does the "Devices" gear keep spinning and spinning?

Finally got my headset today. Haven't had a chance to field test it much. But I am wondering why, after pairing, that "Devices" gear thingy keeps spinning around in the Settings menu? Is this drawing unnecessary juice from the battery? Anyone else's doing this?

I've seen that too. I think its because when you are in the Bluetooth Settings window, the phone is in discovery mode actively looking for new devices to pair with. (Kind of like an electronic mating season... the phone is hornee when in that screen.)
Once you are back to normal screens, the bluetooth is always active, but not as actively as when in discovery mode.
My 2 cents worth. Only a slightly educated supposition. Nothing else to back it up.

I did the fix a few times and restarted firefox, with no success. Also, I installed the latest version of firefox and it is slower now. I have to use firefox for school, otherwise I would just find another way.

In what way is Firefox slow?

Why does the Adobe Updater keep failing? I close my Webroot antivirus app and the update keeps failing for the Extension Manager 6.0.8 Update. The message is "Extension Manager 6.0.8 Update Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7". I cannot retry until the Adobe Updater appears again in the notification bar (lower right of my Win 7 desktop.

Why does the shockwave player keep crashing when I play farmville 2 on both the facebook and zynga websites?

I play farmville 2 on both the zynga and facebook websites. My shockwave player keeps crashing and is a very slow to load the game. This happens on all of the browsers I have used. Google chrome works better than some, firefox, icedragon and IE all are very slow to load the game and this take a lot of enjoyment out of the actual game play. Please help figure this out. I even keep clearing the cache and history, this does not help out much either.

Why since installing Yosemite does the rainbow wheel thing keep appearing when I go online. It is also taking longer for pages to open despite our broadband speed being upgraded recently. Answers in plain simple language please.

Go step by step by step and test.
1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
    Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
    Restart the computer.
    Start up in Safe Mode.

2. Delete Caches.db
    Close all windows and quit all applications.
    Hold "option" key down and click "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
    Select "Library" from the dropdown.
    Library > Caches > com.apple.Safari > Caches.db
    Right click the Caches.db file and select "Move To Trash.
    Close windows and relaunch Safari.
3. Empty Caches
    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
    Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
    Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
4. Delete Cookies
    Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:
    Click “Remove All Website Data”.
5. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
    Turn off Extensions if any and launch Safari again to test.
    Turn on those one by one and test.

If you bought the iphone in the US and it is locked to a specific carrier, then you can't use a different sim (from another carrier). Is this your situation?
Otherwise I'm not sure what you mean by "trying to unlock my SIM". In which country did you buy the iphone? Who's your carrier?

Why does the select tool stop working and images save with areas missing?

I have been working on an image using simple tools (only select, crop and scale) and no more than 4 layers.
The quick selection tool, magic wand tool and polygonal lasso tools are not selecting simple areas. They leave square sections unselected, and eventually I can't select anything on my canvas. The paint tool also does not work. I decided to save the image I had made even though it was unfinished, and upon reopening the file (a PSD) there were square transparent areas that were not there when I saved it (see image)
This is what I've tried:
I work on the layer selected
I have reset all the tool settings back to the default ones
I have reset the program preferences back to default settings
The Photoshop CC software is up to date
I have turned the program and my computer on and off again
Can someone please help?

Is the damage actual or only display (are the layers complete according to their previews in the Layers Panel)?
Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
What have you done for trouble-shooting so far? (Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved mis usually a good starting point):

The likeliest explanation is that it's a Remembrance of Things Past… That is, it's a server on a network to which you connected at some time in the past -- at the office, at Starbucks, at the airport, whatever. The OS kept it in a cache just in case you might re-connect. If you don't switch networks often, it can stay there for some time.
In the Sidebar, do you see an Eject button (⏏) to its right? If yes, click it, and it shouldn't re-appear. It might also help to go to Finder > Connect to Server… and, from the Recent Servers menu (identified by a clock icon), choose Clear Recent Servers…

Why does the quality reduce when dragging and dropping from photoshop?

Basically ive got a layout in keynote and when i drag layers into keynote, they appear on the keynote layout however the quality goes all crappy....is there no way of sorting this out, or is it just how it works? when doing layouts do most people save the individual layers out as png files and then import individually into keynote and align them with the original layout? i do this currently but it is slightly time consuming.

Why does the download list keep emptying?

I have set the preference to empty the download list manually. And it used to work fine until a few weeks ago. But now, every time I close Safari, the download list empties and the download button disappears, until the next time I download something
Why is this happening, and what can I do about it? I definitely want the items to remain in the list until I remove them, and I'm sure that I have set the preference correctly.

Why does the same collection keep doing soft pulls on my credit

I have 2 soft pulls from the same collection. I don't want to call them and they are located in florida. I am located in CT. most of my previous collections were either from NY or CT. why don't they just call or mail me the bill to my house. I am also afraid to call because since they are doing soft pulls it might be a huge bill. The dates of the soft pulls are in Sept 2013 and Dec 2014. All this info came from annual credit report .com

BB 9860 torch wont unlock pressing button and when it does the screen just keeps flickering

Hiya, i wonder if this is a common problem or its just my phone
I recently bought a BB torch 9860, it was working fine but now when the screen locks, when i press the unlock button on the top of the phone it does nothing and just says "Screen is locked, press the lock button to unlock" and all the screen does is lights up then goes off in like a flickering manner
obviously it shouldnt do this
When i take out the battery and put it back in the screen loads fine as normal (no flicker) but once its back on the home screen i just get this annoying lock problem and a flickering screen
Any help or information would be appreciated

Yes, it's normal behavior for the Voiceover function.
It's designed for the visually impaired. If it helps, try using your iPhone with your eyes closed. With the first tap, VO begins to read what is on the screen. When you hear the item that you want to select, tap the screen (anywhere) a second time.
