a few days ago,I updated my plug ins and anti virus free ware.After that I wanted to post a link on my facebook site,but was prevented from doing so.The message

To fix: AVG > Tools > Advanced Settings > LinkScanner > Untick the 3rd Option > APPLY> OK

well, for starters, is there a URL (link) in the text? if so, you will have to take it out, and include it in the little link area under the comments box.
If not, check to see if you have 'Http://' or '.com' or something similar in the text.

I have a tab page (with 3 tabs) that has controls on it (such as text boxes, etc) that I duplicated using DuplicateCtrl. Now I would like to set/get the values from the text boxes that are on the dupicated tab page. My questions is, how do I obtain the controlID of the text-box control? The original page has a specific name for the text box control, in the .uir file, however after duplication, what does the controlID become? Restated another way, the question is: if I duplicate a tab dynamically (on the fly) that has controls on it, how can I access the individual controls for get/set operations?

Yes, it does. What else would you like to know so that this can be fixed?
I also stated in my very first post that the link you just linked to, (that I also linked to so everyone was aware of what link I'm talking about), I already tried and it doesn't work. Do you guys even read what we put up or do you just hand out random, generic answers?

Hey Guys, I just wanted to share something with all of you, this forum does not get enough attention from the people who already know how to use the full strength of Java3D, and since there are so many unanswered questions here, and I'm sure most of them are solved by the authors them selfs, please do waste 5 min of your valuable time and post what you find as the best way to solve your problem, because we are here to help others as well, so please do.
and if any of the admins would please write this in nicer words and put it as a sticky or constant thread that would always stay first in the threads list, that would be great and most probably benefit us all.

Question about Nexuiz game? Sorry if this is wrong forum.

If any here has played nexuiz, please tell me how to get past the bot games. Maybe I downloaded the wrong version or game but I can't seem to get to anything other bot matches. I want the regular doom or quake type of game and not the bots. I don't have many resources and my internet is very expensive. I work on a ship. The alien traps forum won't let me register to ask my questions there.

Please Remove This Forum From the iTunes Community

It is obvious that this forum ius being used by the general iTunes public to post all kinds of questions that are unrelated to iTunesU. I think the primary reason is that the forum is listed in the iTunes section. There is also a link to the iTunesU forum near the bottom of the Support Communites page. If this was the only listing there would be much less chance people would post these unrelated questions that are negatively impacting the board.

Here is what I have I am trying to get the value from the variable purchase to print out left aligned under the P in "Purchase number" and the value for the variable time to print out directly under the T in "Time before next purchase(months)" and the value for the variable total to print out directly underthe T in "Total Customer Loyalty(months)".
It should look like it has a column titled "Purchase number" , a column titled "Time before next purchase (months)" and another column titled "Total Customer Loyalty (months)" with all of the values from the variables aligned under each one of these headings like I described.

Hello all,
I have the following situation:
- one thread (T1) is constantly reading samples from a NI USB 9229 in a local buffer and copying them an array A (44100Hz)
- another thread (T2) is waiting for a command and subsequently copying a batch of 44100 samples from A to a local array variable and doing some computation with them
- array A is protected in a critical section (T1 and T2 enter the critical section when working with A directly and leave it afterwards)
How "atomic" is the reading of samples from the device in my array A? I.e., is it guaranteed that the critical section protection on A means that by the time T2 accesses A, T1 has finished writing 44100 samples in it?
Or do I have to register with DAQmxRegisterEveryNSamplesEvent() a callback which 1) reads 44100 samples, 2) notifies T2 that the batch is complete and available?

As far as I can understand the situation, the answer should be 'yes': the array is protected until you leave the critical section.
But could I suggest an alternative, perhaps simpler approach?
If you configure a thread safe queue of 44100 elements which discards old elements, with T1 that fills it on top, T2 can freely read from the queue without disturbing T1, having available the most recent set of data in any moment.
