Please reset my username/password...

I have been trying for WEEKS to log into OTN. The password lookup tool sends me my username/password. When I enter these credentials, I still can't log in. It says invalid username/password. This has gone on for weeks. I've opened up iTARs to no avail. Please reset my username: rhall. By the way, is this password lookup utility working correctly, because I see several folks having the same problem. I've deleted my cookies, and files, and restarted my browser MANY times...no success.
Not what I expect from the #1 Database company!!!!! This is VERY frustrating.

Reset Username / PAssword for FAS270

Hi Guys, I am new here and I just created my account days ago. I was ask to configure an FAS 270c and DS14-MK2 here at the office. I am also new to this technology, but I was able to have it up and running last week without error based on the LED's of the machine, both FAS270 and DS-14 My porblems is that, I am prompted by a username and password which the people here does not know about. The only way I know how to change a root password is to reboot the filer. Why can't I reset the master password with the option of removing all username:passwords by unchecking "Use Master Password"? Currently, there seems to only be the option to issue a "chrome:" command in URL which DOES reset the master password. However, it was something that I had to google. The intuitive option would be to uncheck the "Use Master Password" checkbox, receive a verification dialogue, and blammo, password reset. Please make this a feature, thank you.

Sorry, for being unclear. Essentially this is a feature request for an option under Firefox options (why not?) to reset my Master Password not knowing the Master Password. For Security reasons I understand why all the saved passwords have to be wiped, but wiping the Master Password (having forgotten it) should be an option without having to issue an arcane command that one has to google to figure out.

I set it up on my "upstairs computer" and then came to my "downstairs computer" to synch and I can not get into the account because of the above password problem. I write down my passwords. I must have mistyped it or mis written.

The new Sync version uses the Firefox account and stores the login data (username/email and password) under the https://accounts.firefox.com site heading in the Password Manager and use the signedInUser.json file in the profile folder to store the credentials once connected to the account to avoid having to enter the master password on each start.

You don't need to be connected to the Internet to reset the password.
Note: If you've activated FileVault, this procedure doesn't apply. Follow instead these instructions.
Start up in Recovery mode. When the OS X Utilities window appears, select
Utilities ▹ Terminal
from the menu bar at the top of the screen—not from any of the items in the OS X Utilities window.
In the window that opens, type this:
resetp
Press the tab key. The partial command you typed will automatically be completed to this:
resetpassword
Press return. A Reset Password window opens. Close the Terminal window to get it out of the way.
Select the startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name) if not already selected. You won't be able to do this if FileVault is active.
Select your username from the menu labeled Select the user account if not already selected.
Follow the prompts to reset the password. It's safest to choose a password that includes only the characters a-z, A-Z, and 0-9.

I am stuck and really want your help. I have seen your email address on OTM website.
Aim: To run the JAVA code samples provided in Oracle 9i DATA MINING suite
on windows 2000.
I have installed Oracle 9i enterprise edition and
also Oracle 9i Data mining (ODM).
I have lot of problems in username/password authentication.
everytime I run the ODM setup, irrespective of the default
name/password
which is ODM/odmpw it says "ORA-01017 invalid username/password: logon"
I was just working on the Oracle 9i DataMining installation and found something really interesting
I was wondering if you can solve this:
1. I created user SCOTT and ODM using SQL Plus queries by logging system/manager.
and when I typed "select username from dba_names" it gave me ODM and SCOTT as
users and hence I was happy.
2. Then I uninstalled DATA MINING suite and reinstall it thinking this time it should
get ODM/odmpw as username and password as and DBA user/password being
system/manager. When uninstalling DATA MINING suite ODM user gets dropped
and when reinstalling ODM suite, it never make ODM user back in Oracle 9i database.
Hence it is not finding ODM user anymore and hence "ORA-01017 invalid username/password: logon"
error occurs.
Now can you tell me what can be done in order to make the ODM recreate when installing
DATA MINING suite.
Please reply me as I am badly stuck.
I at least know why problem is occurring now looking for solution.

but its seems like oracle VM manager does not connect ...

You reset the iClould password the same way you reset the Apple ID for the email address/account

You have a number of things that will make this not work.
Your mailto link is not the way to go, take a look at this and it should get you on the right path.

On your action page, you can have it give the thank you message that you want. Having a seperate page saying they forgot to do something complicates matters more than you might wish at this point, and usually irritates people. however if you decide you want to go that way, look up "sticky forms". What this does is re-populate the fields when they have to go back to correct.
A better way would be to validate the information, you can use Spry if you want which is built into dreamweaver.
You also have in your html form this
enctype="multipart/form-data"
That is used for sending files, and since you are not, the form would not work, so you want to remove it.
Hopefully that will give you a starting point.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
