My laptop just recently started running incredibly slow. I watch a show, it buffers for five minutes. I type words, takes 20 seconds for anything to appear. It has never run this slow, and I deleted all my applications, still it runs so slow!!!

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

Please review your billing information and approve it
PLEASE help me before I pull out my hair! I have a photo book I've created in iPhoto 09. It's ready to be ordered (in-time for Christmas!) and no matter what I do, it comes back with a "please review your billing information and approve it". There are two things in this repeated (at least 20 times) process that I find interesting 1) every time I re-enter my account info, it says I have an invalid city, state zip code combination and 2) when I try to check out my preferences in iPhoto it freezes up (spinning beach ball) and I have to force quit. Here's what I've done already:
1. restarted iPhoto
2. restarted computer
3. re-entered billing information in apple store
4. enabled one-click purchasing and express checkout options in apple store
5. trashed iPhoto preferences
6. deleted my keychain preferences
7. re-entered account info in iPhoto
8. double-checked that I choose United State
9. Changed credit cards and tried all the above over again
I'm out of ideas. Someone PLEASE help me figure out what is going on!every time I re-enter my account info, it says I have an invalid city, state zip code combination
The zip code error suggests you are ordering from an Apple Print Products Store in the wrong country. Your Billing Address, Shipping Address, Credit Card, Apple ID must all be valid in the same country as the Apple Store is you are ordering from. Is the region setting in your System Preferences > Language & Region the same as the country of your Billing Address and Shipping Address? -
Book Error: "Please review your billing information and approve it."
Hi, I'm trying to purchase a book I created. It's 34 pages, with as many RAW images. The whole process seems to go fine until the end, when it spits out a dialog saying my account settings have changed, "Please review your billing information and approve it."
I have erased and reset my account with different credit cards with no change. This is incredibly frustrating, and this is intended as a Christmas present, so I really need to resolve this. I've spent several hours on it already and need some help here in resolving it.Success! I figured it out and just got it to go through! The fix was to set my billing preference to "express." It was set to standard, and I kept manually changing it to express in the order to get here faster. Apple might want to make a note of this so their customers don't get frustrated when they try to spend lots of money with Apple. Also, phone support for people struggling and pleading to spend money probably makes good business sense in this economy.

So our school lets us use Macbook Airs for the school year, and it has facetime on it. I know facetime isn't blocked because like everyone else is using it. So I decide to give it a try. I click the icon, it says enter your apple ID. I dont have one, so I click to make one, and do so. I then enter my apple ID and click next. The screen reads "People will call you using your email address. What email address would you like to use?" I enter my email address in the box below the message, and then go to my email and click the link, and sign in, thus verifying the email. I go back to the facetime window, and click next. At the top it says Verified, but when I click next it doesn't go on to the next step, it simply blacks out the next button so that I can not click it, and after a few minutes a message comes up that says "Could not verify the email address. Please check your network connection and try again."
So that is the issue, please help!!!!!

Since you are using one of the the school's Macbooks, it is quite possible that the time and date are not properly set on the computer that you are using. FaceTime will not work if you do not have the proper time zone set up for the location that you are in. This past week, there were a two other Macbook users I've helped by simply telling them to set the Date/Time properly. By the way, you described your problem very well, which makes it easier for us to help you. Hope this solves your problem -- if not, post back and I can suggest other remedies.

I am currently receiving this error message when trying to log in to iMessage on my MacBook Pro (Mavericks), "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again."
I have never had an issue until the past few days as I have been setting up my new iPhone 5s. I used to have an iPhone 4.
When I go to the 'Messages' App., Preferences> Accounts> the iMessage account is set as "(Inactive)".
My Apple ID appears to be working fine in iCloud, the App. Store etc.

I am trying to order a book with iphoto, I keep getting the same error message.
" A network error occurred while processing your order, please check your network connection and try again"
I get the billing part up, it has even uploaded my jpegs but at the final process, I get the same message.
I have ordered two books a few months ago without any problems.

We have Adobe Reader 8.1.3 set to open in the browser.
We are trying to open PDF files within IE Browser. While opening multiple documents in the IE Browser, we get "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Please exit Adobe Acrobat/Reader and try again." error, once we click on the "OK" button, PDF file opens in the Adobe reader. This happens randomly while some files open up in IE Browser and some files get the above mentioned error message and open in the Adobe Reader.
We need to open all the PDF files in the IE Browser. Any input is greatly appreciated.I may be better off without the tool bar, but I have found anohter solution;
. Open Adobe Reader,
go to edit menu,
under Preferences
go to Internet, uncheck "Display pdf in browser"

I'm experiencing the same problem. Don't think I can help, but maybe I can offer an explanation. It looks as if Flickr has changed their API and Adobe will need to update the export plugin to comply to get it working again. I found this announcement on Flickr:

You may also want to reset your network settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
