"Please select a calendar that supports tasks" How?

All the Task related buttons are grayed out and when I try to do anything related to tasks it says "Please select a calendar that supports tasks. But I cannot find the way to do this anywhere.

Webbrowser that supports webarchive?

Ive been trying to find a browser that supports webarchives.. but have been unsuccessful. I searched for addons for firefox, tried opera and konqueror but none working on this site:

Opera supports webarchives, but that link opened blank after I saved it to disk and opened as a webarchive w/ opera. I can for instance save the forum page as a .mht and opera will open it correctly. So maybe the problem is w/ the particular .mht file.

When you uninstall, the items you uninstall and the order in which you do so are particularly important:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

Hi. I would like to use Oracle Calendar to print a monthly calendar that does NOT display my existing meetings within each day. In other words, I want to print a BLANK monthly calendar. Can anyone please explain how to do this?

Time zone support help: how do I enter an event and have it keep that time regardless of time zone?

I consistently enter events in one time zone, because that is just easier. I would prefer it KEEP them as entered, not revise them as I travel. IE, I live overseas and constantly travel. It is very difficult to keep track of my schedule if I must always calculate the time zones when entering or viewing events. How do I set it up to leave them as entered, even as I travel, without changing the ipAd clock to stay in one time zone?

You could try to upgrade to an earlier iPhoto '11 version, since you are running Snowleopard.

It worked one second, I saved and closed the file, then tried to reopen and now it won't work. I am using Adobe InDesign CS5. It is the only version on my comp. First check the version of the document with Jongware's script "Identify.jsx" (ExtendScript/JavaScript).

If it is CS 5.5 or above, you need someone to open it in the version the script says and export an IDML representation from that. Another way would be to install a 30days version of CS6 or above (CC) and do it yourself.
In regards of the script showing a result for InDesign files higher than CS6:
CS7 = CC v9
CS8 = CC v10 = CC-2014 or CC2014.1

Thanks to all who responded. You are all absolutely correct. However, this Ipad was a gift to my wife who was dying of cancer in the hospital and wanted some entertainment. So I started it out with her Apple ID. After she passed away I moved from Sacramento to Austin and eventually proceeded to get the Apple ID changed from my wife's to mine. Meanwhile when she was in the hospital I opened an Itunes account in my name to buy movies for her. That was the first mistake.
Then during the move to Austin I lost track of the IPAD and later found it and tried to use support but could not remember the proper ID. Later the folks at the Apple store helped me create a new and novel Apple ID that was unfortunately unlike any other.
The botom line is that I am stuck with three Apple IDs and three passwords. I am told by Apple there is nothing they can do about this as IDs cannot be changed or destroyed. I can quit using them or start a new account but when I try to do that the system keeps remembering too many things from the past and resists.
Even if I sold this Ipad and bought a new one, the system memory is still there.
I think the real problem is that destop and laptop computers are totally owned by an individual and that individual can control logins and passwords to his liking. IPADs and similar Apple products are different in that the corporation has built in their own intrusion detection schemes because of the relation to Itunes.
One thing I thought about is to open a new Itunes account pretendding to be a new customer with my regular Apple ID. Perhaps I could do the same with Apple Support.

TableCellEditor that Supports Both Date and Calendar

I'm trying to write a TableCellEditor that supports both the Date and Calendar Classes (i.e., my table could have either Dates or Calendar objects, and I want this cell editor to work seamlessly with either one).
Here is a simplified version of my code:

How do I know which type of object to return? In the code sample above, I'm returning a Calendar object, but I'm not sure how to code this method to return either Calendar OR Date.
By the way, editor.getDateValue() returns a Date object.
I could easily write two separate TableCellEditors, but I would prefer a more elegant solution. Any ideas?

If you really must have both objects and don't want to convert one into another, you could add a function like
setMode(int modetype) {}
where modetype is either DATE or CALENDAR, and then return the set type when the user calls getValueAt
