Please sign 6.1.3 again for the iPhone 4
Did anyone at Apple actually run IOS7 on a 4? It's horrible. Not bad. HORRIBLE. The phone is nigh unto useless at this point.
Apple really needs to sign 6.1.3 so we can roll back to a usable IOS. My 4 is a paperweight at this point.
Downgrading is not possible. If you'll provide more details about the issue than just "not working well", perhaps someone can offer suggestions. Some suggestions may involve restoring your iPhone, and that can only be done through iTunes on a computer.

Like many fellow iPhone users, I've been having a devil of a time completing my iPhone upgrade. It's stuck in iPhone purgatory awaiting a connection to iTunes to complete, and in turn, is a worthless shiny brick. If you could post an estimated time for the resolution of this problem, it would help me and many others from enduring hours or frustration and attempted workarounds (click on Music, then your phone, then music, then your phone, then the store, then the phone, click your heels three times). I work for a technology company, and we find that communicating the issue to the users is always better then letting them bang their heads against a wall asking 'why why why' while they cant get their work done.
The GOOD news is I installed 2.0... (I've been so excited about the new Apps!!!)... The BAD news is - Now I just have an image of a USB cable and iTunes logo on my phone and an error message in iTunes: "An unknown error occurred (-4)." ...please try again later.
More BAD news - All of these fantastic apps I've already purchased and I just want to use them, but no phone to use them on anymore. I'm sorry, but I can't live without my iPhone! I don't know where I'm supposed to be right now without my iCal... I don't know any of my friends phone numbers so I can't call them for help... I don't even know my Bank information because that was in there too.

I believe because you migrated from a Nokia to an iPhone you need to register the Bn phone number with your Apple ID so it can be used for iMessage. The Pn number seems to be the only one registered

With some exceptions, Apple may not read this forum. Many of us here are just people with time on our hands who want to help.
If your WiFi internet link is not working, Siri will not work. One thing you can try is to unplug your WiFi router for a few seconds. Then reset the iPad's network at Settings-General-Reset-Reset Network Settings. You may have to reconnect the iPad to the WiFi.
There may be an iOS update beyond 6.0.1, in case that matters.

Only developer's have access to iOS 6 now. Thus, if you are a developer you have have access to the developer's forum for iOS 6.
Otherwise you have a bootleg copy and are on yur own./ -

The iPhone HAS to be active making calls on the UK carrier network for the carrier to identify as "theirs" and therefore eligible for the Carrier to unlock
The way to achieve this is to use a PAYG sim making and receiving calls to establish a customer relationship with the Carrier and then follow the Carrier's process to unlock
With a PAYG it usually means adding a specified (by the carrier ) amount usually £15 /£20 depending on the carrier

while trying to access my local network I get the message..."The page could not be opened because server cannot be found." This, after updating to Yosemite and paying (again) for the server app.
It's absolutley scandalous that a company with Apple's resources can let this happen. They should have staggered the release by region rather than opening the flood gates. The upgrade itself took me about 10 attempts to download it, and then I thought I was home free. That was until it rebooted and won't activate. It's over 2 hours now.

Why does the download start again for the start. I only hve access to a 3G wifi connection so one tv episode had cost me about $10 I'm download costs because of several interruptions. Is there a way to change that?
Among the alternatives not mentioned... Using a TiVo DVR, rather than the X1; a Roamio Plus or Pro would solve both the concern over the quality of the DVR, as well as providing the MoCA bridge capability the poster so desperately wanted the X1 DVR to provide. (Although the TiVo's support only MoCA 1.1.) Just get a third-party MoCA adapter for the distant location. Why the hang-up on having a device provided by Comcast? This seems especially ironic given the opinions expressed regarding payments over time to Comcast. If a MoCA 2.0 bridge was the requirement, they don't exist outside providers. So couldn't the poster have simply requested a replacement XB3 from the local office and configured it down to only providing MoCA bridging -- and perhaps as a wireless access point? Comcast would bill him the monthly rate for the extra device, but such is the state of MoCA 2.0. Much of the OP sounds like frustration over devices providing capabilities the poster *thinks* they should have.

DFU Mode Restore
Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB Cable. Then hold both home and power buttons for exactly 10 seconds, then release the Power button, keep holding the Home button until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Usually about 20 seconds of holding Home button. If the screen is black this is DFU Mode. Then click Restore button of iTunes. -

It sounds like you are trying to create a new icloud account, not just logging into an existing account. When you type in your Apple ID and get that error, it's because you are trying to create an account using the same ID that is already being used in another account.
Go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen. If you are logged in, press the Delete button, then try logging in with the existing ID.
As for pics, the most secure way is to connect ipod to PC with USB and look at the Photos tab for your device in iTunes. Using Photo Stream is another way, but it doesn't always work, depending on conditions.
