Please Tell Me Adobe Isn't Discontinuing Encore

So, I had to reinstall my OS today after a hard drive failure and while installing the new CC versions of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc, I noticed that Encore didn't install.  After searching through the forums I find out that if you want to use Encore, you have to use the CS6 version of it and it was a little convoluted on how to get it to install.
I finally did manage to download and install Premiere Pro CS6 which comes with Encore CS6.  But, this is going to be an issue for many people.  Even the Adobe technical support represenative I spoke to on the phone had no idea how to help me install Encore, so he eventually sent me over to another department after putting me on hold for 10 minutes.
Please, please, please, at the very least, keep the CS6 version of the software available to CC users for the next few years!  I still deliver the vast majority of my content on disc and probably will until an all-digital set-top player becomes available to consumers.

-Extract the zip file that you just downloaded. This will create a .7z file
-Extract the .7z file to create a folder based on the language you selected.
-Copy the contents of the language folder (eg. en-US) to the following location:
-Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Encore CS6\
--Library folders will replace the existing Library Folders & Files
--Place into Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Encore CS6\Library
--you will now see "many" sub-folders under the Library folder

    Here is the information for the Yahoo music software and service. I double checked, the Zen Micro *is* compatible with the Yahoo music purchasing service, but you may or may not require a quick update.     There are different options here - it looks like you can buy songs for 99 cents each (like you can on ITunes) and download them to your Zen Micro, or you can pay a monthly subscription fee (Yahoo Music Unlimited TO GO $4.99) and that gives you access to download as many songs as you want from their catalog of 2+ million songs. You listen to them on your computer or the MP3 player as long as you want (as long as you keep paying the subscription) then go get more songs when you want to.
    I haven't tried the Unlimited service but my Zen Micro works perfectly with the Yahoo Jukebox, so I think that might be the way to go.

    Office 360 is the worst upgrade or version and I do not want to invest any more time using crappy email I am using Windows 8.1. OK ... Adobe please tell me what high technology email that works with your product. In steady of guessing you must be using something I can use.  I am a Professional Engineer here in Michigan developing high tech products. I save email, but I would like to save the structure of my email folders into PDF folders, so I can scan through the emails. I would even printed all 1500 emails if required, but any way I do it using the Office 360's Outlook it errors out to a Help Lync. Blows up.  I will write the program, if there is a script language to interface with your product and Microsoft yields information on their OUTLOOK program.
    Please tell me what I need to do?

    You need to update Acrobat 11 to the latest patch to be able to work with Office 365.
    The base version 11.0 is not compatible. From 11.0.1 onwards the compatibility has been added.

    Protocol usage and redirects are a server-side thing. This has nothing to do with designing the web page and thus nothing with Muse, either.

    I do not need an adobe online account.  I though I was updating acrobat when I downloaded a program from your site.  Some of my features appeared to be lost after that, but there was a suggestion to sign in to adobe online.  I thought I had to do that to get the features I was used to using (extract pages, etc.).  Turns out I was in a new program: Reader.  I did not need to be signed in on line at all.  I think I clicked keep me signed in.  I do not want to be signed in.  I also gave you my email address and real birthday.  I do not want adobe online to have that or track me.  Please tell me (1) how to sign out of adobe online, (2) not be tracked by adobe; and (3) get my real birthday out of your records.  Thank you. 

    This is a user to user forum, not a way of addressing Adobe. As to your specific questions, I don't know what you mean by "Adobe on line", so I cannot suggest how to sign out of it. And I don't know of any commercial firm that will agree to completely erase all your data from their records, so I wouldn't expect you to find any way to acomplish what you ask in (2) and (3).

    There is no way to add animations in Reflow. If you want to add animation, then you can either use Muse which has many slider plugins to choose form or use the exported Reflow code in Brackets and add JavaScript for animating images there using various jquery plugins http://www.jssor.com/

    I read through the thread you mentioned and it seems that people are having a lot of problems with the iCloud clients, so we're not alone, but the unique issue in my case is the failing email address vs. the working perfectly email address.
    After reading your message tonight, I tried my setup again with the preferred Apple ID (the one without the "." between the names), and for the first time ever, IT WORKS. Mail app configured the servers both send and receive as p01-smtp.mail.me.com and p01-imap.mail.me.com. For the first time, I'm able to send and receive into the Mail app, create mailboxes, move messages into and out of mailboxes, keep Sent messages, etc.
    I had a 50-minute support chat with MobileMe support via ExpressLane on Monday afternoon. They couldn't resolve my issue but passed me on to escalation. I was told to expect to get an email from advanced support by this afternoon, but none has arrived. However, so far tonight -- and I will check again tomorrow several times before declaring victory -- it looks like something has been fixed on the Apple end to make things work.
    I will report back after I do some additional testing tomorrow to make sure the fix is real and is solid...and before I let my friend, the new Mac user, know the good news.
