I have failed this in the iPod diagnostics and my iPod keeps telling me its in recovery mode. I restore it but it keeps telling me to restore it after i already do. Please post. Thank you.

You could just select "forget this network"
You can do settings-general-reset-reset network settings
reset network settings will reset to default any wifi info, passwords etc. -

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.

You can reset Bridge Preferences the same way as with Photoshop:

If you log into your email account at your providers web mail page are the emails in your Inbox there? Thunderbird downloads messages that are in your Inbox. If the messages are not there it cannot download them.
Check the spam folder at your providers site. They might be there. -
