In simple words the problems is that your mainboard is too old and don't have PCI-E slot...
Read the replies which you have above 1st..
As mates and MSI Tech as well notified you can't use PCI-E VGAs into your board...
You need a AGP one, here is examples of VGA's that can use:

So, you have a Dual 1.8 PPC G5, correct? 8x AGP graphics(?).
The two choices that you have, are, the ATI Radeon X800XT, or the Geforce 6800 Ultra.
Here are some benchmarks for comparison sake. Note that the 9800 is a possibility, but the X800 is better for FCP.
This benchmark shows how pitiful the 5200 really is.
One other option, is a flashed Geforce 7800 GS. These benchmarks show the possibilities.

I have a Mac Pro with GTX 680 card that outputs to a 27" Cinema Display and 42" TV. The TV screen is a few frames of, so I understand I need a separate videocard for the TV so I can adjust this with frame offset in FCP.
What kind of card is suitable for this? There is 30m distance from Mac to TV, is this too long for HDMI cable?

I don't know. My experience with Aja IO card is that's it's more complicated configuring it (at least with fcp7). I have a friend with a macpro and every time we need to use it, it requires playing around with control panel and the view settings within fcp. Maybe operator error. The BlackMagic just usually works although I found with Avid Media Composer 7, if you tried to load material that didn't match the project settings, you could not get the project to every play out through the intensity. You'd have to create a new project and open your existing bins in the new project. Took me a while to figure out what was going on.
Aja's support is supposedly much better, but I did get answers via email from blackmagic with the avid issue. Took a few days, but they did come thru.

Hi:
The video adapters are not upgradable without replacing the entire motherboard. The only motherboard I see with better graphics has the GeForce 9200M, which I doubt will be much better.
You would be better off selling or trading your notebook in and buying one with the graphics solution you are looking for.

What graphics card did you use with the Asus A8AE LE motherboard?

I have an old a1210n with an A8AE LE motherboard with a PCIe x16 slot 1.0. I wish to know what graphics cards anyone has successfully run on that motherboard (see the computer model list below)? Unfortunately, what should theoretically function often doesn't. I tried an HD 4850 that produced only scrambled video, despite reading a slower hd 4830 and 4650 had worked.
Searching this board and others got me the names of some functioning cards (that are either too slow or too expensive,( I am looking for a passmark score of about 1000): 7800 oc, x1600xt, 8600gs, , hd 6850, gtx 470. I was surprised/skeptical at the last 2.
The HD 5750, 5450, 5870, 5770 failed.

I am not surprised that the AMD 5xxx cards failed. I have seen posts on the forum where these cards would not work in older HP PCs.
Open up your PC and read the label on the power supply. What is the total wattage?

It depends which MBP you have. Some of the newer ones don't have an audio in port, so you need a USB adapter with an audio in jack.

I don't see Nigeria on the list.
A credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

I bought a 20" acrylic cinema display on ebay.
I also got the apple DVI to ADC power adapter to hook it up to my G4 350 mhz AGP tower.
When turning on the computer, it would show the gray apple startt-up window with the rotating icon then go black.
Turns out the old ATI Rage 128 Pro card only supports up to 17" displays.
What cards would you suggest to get the 20" display up and running?

There are a few choices, many hard to find, but you can get the ATI Radeon 9000 or the GeForce2MX at the following:

Both are 2x/4x AGP, and should work with no problems in your 350AGP tower, and drive the 20" display beautifully.
Note that they are used cards, but new are extremely rare, and carry a high price.

No offence matey, WINDOWS 10....don't bother until the 28 July 2016 or when Microsoft stop support and security patches for windows 8.1. Trust me, this operating system is quite new and still in my humble opinion requires a lot of bug fixes. You will find things stop working on your pc like applications...dolby etc, ok so I had 3 days of a total reset at the hands of windows 10, but it's up to you!!!

You can run maximum of 2 GB cards. Check what type of cards that your phone support on the manual. Transcend, Kingston etc are better brands.
