Please walk me through setting up a spell check. It disappeared when i upgraded to firefox. the community help suggested editor manager but i cannot find it.

I have this problem, too recently. Go to Toolbar where must be Spell Checker - click right button of mouse... Click Customize... And when menu "Customize Toolbar" appear - drag Spell Checker from this menu to the Toolbar

Recently got the Korg R3 Keyboard for my birthday, but i'm having trouble getting it to work in logic.
i have a mac book pro and i'm currently working on logic 9.
I've been scouring the internet to find a comprehensible step by step set up to begin recording with this keyboard in logic, but have come up empty handed.
i would really appreciate if someone could tell me how to set this up.

This keyboard can supposedly hook up to my computer by simply using a USB connection. Preferably i would like to set it up this way but honestly i am just desperate to start recording this baby into logic. thanks again for the help.Ok, you don't say anything about your audio interface, so i'll assume you don't have any. Your R3 can only transmit and receive Midi data to Logic through the USB interface, not audio. So, you can either control Logic own synths and hear them through your laptop headphone. For that you'll need to create Software Instruments tracks. If you want to control the R3 own sounds, you'll need to create External Midi tracks.
But you'll only hear the R3 through its own outputs or headphones. In this way, you can only play 2 sounds since the R3 is bi- timbral. If you want to hear your R3 through Logic's mixer, you must plug its audio outputs in your laptop audio inputs and create an audio input object and select your laptop input as the input for this object. This way, you can mix the R3 audio signal with the audio signal of Logic "internal" synths. You might run into a ground loop problem by doing this, though. You'll have to RTFM from there... -

Can you please walk me through the set-up recording my 3 part composition? I am going to use a different instrument for each part (track). First I record and pan track 1 (first part) to the left, 2nd track (2nd part left in the middle), third track (3rd part) panned to the right in stereo.So when its done it sounds as if 3 musicians are playing one on the left, one in the middle and on on the right. W.W.I have Trumpet Cornet and Trombone. Trombone in the middle, Trumpet on right and Cornet on the left. Am I correct they all are placed center when recorded one at a time and paned into position after?
When recorded them I was not able to pan any part. I also tryed to record each in mono after doing it in stereo before. Either way paning was not possible on any of my instrument parts. I need a stepp by stepp set-up of Garage Band 09 and my FireStudio Project interface. Thank you for your help.

Can somebody please walk me through the process of setting timers? I have a wrt54g router that I have 3 computers on. My computer (the brain) always need connection. The other two need to be limited so that my kids can't access them from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 am. I thought I did it right, but apparently I didn't because I was able to use my kidlets computers after midnight last night. I have it set at: Policy Name: No Access List of PC's: I entered the MAC Addresses and the IP Address for both computers that need restrictions; I didn't change the ranges though (was I supposed to?) Deny Sunday through Thursday 12:05 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. I have no idea of I did this right, but obviously I missed something since I was still able to get online..... Please advise, Thanks!
If I was your child, the first thing I would do is wirelessly connect to your neighbor's unsecured wireless router at 12:06 a.m. If I didn't have a wireless adapter, I would borrow a USB wireless adapter from a friend. Alternatively, I would fake a new MAC address or change the IP address in my computer. Tricks like these are commonly known by grade school and high school kids.
I am not trying to be funny, but I am trying to make a point. Trying to control your children's Internet access with your router is often a worthless exercise. Instead, I usually recommend that you use parental control software that is installed on the kid's computers. "Safe Eyes 5.0" recently won an Editor's Choice award from PC magazine.

It should be in the Videos App - if it's not in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Resttrictions that is hiding it ?

I recently downloaded Mlountain Lion on my Imac. It shows that I have an update for Evernote that should be downloaded, but I cannot find out how to complete this update. It asks for me to sign in with my email address, but does not show how to do this. Please help!
I have done exactly what you said. When I check "update", a screen drops down that asks that I enter my email address to continue........but i cannot find any way to do this.
In the past, all I would do is check "update", and the update would take place. Since I upgraded to Mountain Lion, this has changed, and i do not know how to do this simple thing.......the app store shows an update is due to be updated, but i cannot find out how to do it. -
i just installed the australian dictonary yesterday and it was doing spell check fine. then today i updated my firefox and the spell check is gone.. but the dictonary is already insatlled
i have jus noticed there is a little message saying Not available for Firefox 4.0.1. can i uninstall firefox 4.0.1. otherwise i have to go back to safari and i dont like safari. but i cant live without spell check..

Does anyone know how to get an episode of a tv programme that never downloaded when I bought a subscription. Episode 1 didn't download and I have all other episodes. I looked at the issues through report a problem but I cannot find an answer.
I bought a series pass and unfortunately epsiode 1 didn't download at all. I was watching the downloads and restarting once they stopped as I allow multiple downloads at athe same timeIt sounds like you may have hidden it, in which case you should be able to unhide it : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases. (You can't turn off the hiding of items.)
But you should be keeping and maintaining a backup copy of all of your downloads and not relying on being able to redownload them - any item could be removed from the store by the rights-holders at any time, if they do then you won't be able to redownload them (nor will be able to do redownload items if you move countries). -

First, empty the Trash if you haven't already done so.
Use a tool such as OmniDiskSweeper (ODS) to explore your volume and find out what's taking up the space. You can delete files with it, but don't do that unless you're sure that you know what you're deleting and that all data is safely backed up. That means you have multiple backups, not just one.
Proceed further only if the problem hasn't been solved.
ODS can't see the whole filesystem when you run it just by double-clicking; it only sees files that you have permission to read. To see everything, you have to run it as root.
Back up all data now.
Install ODS in the Applications folder as usual.
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Triple-click the line of text below to select it, then drag or copy — do not type — into the Terminal window:
sudo /Applications/OmniDiskSweeper.app/Contents/MacOS/OmniDiskSweeper
Press return. You'll be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. You may get a one-time warning not to screw up.
I don't recommend that you make a habit of doing this. Don't delete anything while running ODS as root. If something needs to be deleted, make sure you know what it is and how it got there, and then delete it by other, safer, means.
When you're done with ODS, quit it and also quit Terminal. -
my iphone does not sync with itunes on my second authorized computer, please help. i changed the first authorized computer in May 2012 and have been using the second authorized computer since then but it cannot sync - please help!!

Not true. The music and pic sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
You really should transfer everything from the old computer, or your backup copy of your computer. Since you do not have access to the old computer, then use your backup copy of the old computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer ( not good), then you would have to transfer itunes purchased as described earlier. Any other itunes content would be lost.
You can e-mail photo library pics to yourself, but they will not be of the original quality.
Before syncing, enter at least one unique contact and calendar entry on the computer. When you first sync, then you should get the option to merge the data. -
When I pull up firefox, the whole page shifts to the right of the screen and i lose about 40% of the page. This is very difficult when looking on Facebook or Yahoo for my mail. This does not happen when I pull up Internet Explorer. What Gives, please help
Unfortunately if you have downloaded Babylon toolbar this is probably the culprit. to fix this right click on the menu toolbar the the one with the file menu on it and un-check Babylon toolbar. This should fix the problem.

Amateur photographer. need color management help on how to either turn off lightroom or printer to manage the color. I've read a ton of web content but still having issues.On that printer, I do not believe there are any icc profile, so let the printer manage the color.
Be sure when viewing your photos on the screen to turn your monitor down to 25% brightness to edit your photos esp for printing
Also it is easiest to match printer brand and printer paper brand
