It may vary in different projects.
I can just give you a couple of general roles in Support project
Data Load Monitoring:
1.Carried out data load on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using Process chains from both SAP Source systems as well as Non-SAP Source systems such as Informatica.
2.Resolving Data load error such as Invalid characters, Time period conversion, Currency conversion, Duplicate records, etc
3.Ensuring the availability of the updated data in the datatarget on time.
4.Spooling out data through Infospoke from SAP BW to systems like Trillium, Ariba (Reporting Tool)
Ticket Resolution:
1.Process chain modification: Working on Optimizing Process chain by creating new process chain considering the load dependencies.
2.Reloading of R/3 data from different clusters Reconciliation issues
3.Enhancements as per Business requirement.
Additional responsibilities:
Preparing design documents from the Business Requirement docs and identified the relevant data targets for satisfying the customer requirements.
Creation of Operational manual: BW Run & Maintain Support.
Process Chain Detail Documentation (Sequencing & Dependency within Local Chains).
Monitoring checklist Document (From Process Chain Perspective)
BW Doc checklist preparation
Table space activity with basis team.
Data load analysis taking into account the CPU utilization.
Applying Support packs and performing ORT.

You need to find out who the carrier was in Switzerland and see if they will unlock the device. The carrier with the lock is the only one that can authorize the unlock. You may need to check with the original owner and see if they can get it unlocked by the carrier if you do not qualify.

I had the same experience with a new iPhone 5 that I bought last week. Did not have a chance to measure battery life before the 6.0.2 upgrade installed but I set up my phone exactly like my 4S and immediately started running out of power after short periods. Went to Xmas get together with fully charged 5 and 4S. Heading home the iPhone 5 shut down for low battery and the 4S had 65% power. Both phones had two half phone calls on then and no data usage.
That night I fully charged the iPhone 5 and, without lighting it up, put it on my night table. Next morning I picked it up and looked at battery indicator and I had 42% charge with NO activity!
Tried it again next night and wound up with 37% charge. (Slept longer).
Today I called the carrier and reactivated the 4S. Took the 5 to Apple Store and they kindly gave me choice of new replacement phone or refund. I took the refund. Uniquely, the Apple Store said it was Verizon CDMA phones that were coming back.
The are other strings on this with temporary solutions, but from my experience with 7 firmware changes on an HTC 4G phone the problem will continue because the solution will be hardware caused. We are in the days where RTM means Rush to Market - not Release To Manufacturing.
I fear the only solution is to either wait for the next model (I did not notice a really major change in performance over the 4S in LTE heavy Seattle area) - or switch to another manufacturer.
It might be useful for these forums to indicate if you have a GSM or CDMA phone to see which have more problems.

I have assigned PRT to the Routing and the PRT (Material) is coming and getting the total Quantity required for Production but after production Iam not able to calculate the Actual Quantity (confirmed Quantity). Please guide me how to calculate the formula.

SAP IS Retail Consultant role in ongoing (Post Go-live) support varies from Level 1 to Level 3 as well as client to client.
Mutually agreed tasks are part of Statement of Works (SOW) reflects in Contract / Agreement. So, you can refer SOW to know complete role.
In mean while, are you supporting Indian Client or Foreign Client?
In general, Support consultant should carry out following tasks;
(a) Trouble shooting in master data and transactional errors
(b) Training
(c) Interaction with team on proactive basis
(d) Facilitating to get MIS Reports
(e) Preparing FS document for Inhouse reports

Hi gurus,
As I am new to support project , could any one tell how many servers will be available in support project . Like in implementation projects we will have 3 to 4 servers know. whether sandbox sever will be available in support projects. If not available then in which server we tell test sample code .

How can we know about your support project's setup? If you are new to the project ask the project manager. He should know... The general Develop-Quality-Production setup is very common but everything else will be project specific.

Hi Vamsi,
Abaper role in Support projects is solve the issues of ABAP related in production. it may be data inconsistance, program logic is incorrect, data dictionary issues, Dump error and so on. You can analyse in production server and do necessary changes in develoment server. Development server having program no need to copy it.

Did you purchase this device from Apple or an authorized reseller? It sounds as if you had a device that was jailbroken/hacked to operate on your carrier. Upon updating the iOS, it is now locked back to the original carrier the device was locked to.
Only the carrier the device is locked to can authorize an unlock. You will need to make contact with that carrier and see if they provide unlocking services, and if they do, if you qualify for an unlock. Otherwise, you are out of luck. One that carrier can take care of the unlocking.

The T500 (2242CTO) has 2 memory slots and it will support 8GB of memory in a 2 X 4GB configuration.
