Hi ,i am confusing about the Rio package.
I am taking one existing folder in C directory(like C:/XYZ)
and this xyz folder can contain one sub folder and one file named as
ABC(sub folder) and text.xml (file).
my requrement is by using io package i need to enter into that XYZ folder and then check whether the folder is contain any subfolder or not
if it can contain then move that text.xml file into the subfolde(i.e ABC)
if it is not contain any subfolders then create the directory with the name of xml file and move that xml file into the newly created directory.
if know this code please send me as soon as posible

That was very nice of you to provide your friend with a new phone! I am sorry to say that the device will not be able to activate while in Dubai. For a device to activate it must connect to the VZW network to become active. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release. This just restarts it, you won't lose any data by doing this.

Thanks for that 'sberman' - because my iPhone is backed-up to my work computer (only at this stage) I have had to call our IT Department in Adleaide. (4 times this morning). The last guy managed to get the phone into 'DFU Mode' - no more recovery mode screen - (kind of 'asleep' perhaps) from my understanding of same. I am awaiting a call again from IT so they can get my computer to actually recognise my iPhone on the C Drive. This also happened to one of my colleagues in Newman (WA). She got so frustrated with the whole process that she bought another phone the next time she was in 'civilisation.' She hasn't had any problems since. (Cross fingers).

Sending multitracks back to FCP

I'm working with HDV. I sent the time line to Color, did my magic and rendered out selected clips on this multi-track timeline. When I sent it back to Final Cut it was okay, then I reopened it later and the clips were not on the time line, but they appeared in the canvas when viewing it, like they were phantom clips? And only their render markers were to be seen....spooky, huh? A few days later someone else opened it and the clips weren't even there, not even on a phantom level, they were completely missing from the timeline.
In addition to this, when I try to open up the rendered color file, the clips are on the timeline but I can't view them, but only the video track under them, with my color corrections on it!
I found a couple of other threads that referred to this issue but only one was answered and I don't think it was exactly the same format I was working with. Does anyone know if there is a setting that I need to adjust or if it would really make the difference to put it all on one track? Has anyone else had this exact same issue? An could you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response. I actually did manage to send it back correctly this time. I think I had responded "no" to quicktime codec originally, also I had tried to just render the shots rather than the timeline in its entirety. I find that the sync problem that is so evident in Color really isn't the issue, it still returns to its original place in FCP if I just match the codec correctly. However, I was surprised to see that my renderings didn't quite look as good as I thought they did in color. Which can quite possibly be a monitor issue.
So yes, its safe to say that its definitely easier with one Vtrack, but its not impossible to work with multiclip. Its just tedious because there's not really a quick and easy way to copy and paste attributes to other clips outside of "drag and drop". If anyone knows of great way, please let me know.
I will use the Media manager option next time I work with it.

Sending ibook back if can't find help

please, after two days of tech support with apple and my isp provider AND the local authorized dealer still no connection. i am going to have to send it back.
out of the box, it never has conneceted. everything indicates that it recognized the network but it just isn't connected. i carried it in to the AU and he picked up his network just fine.
i have a built in wireless airport, and a wireless router. i also have an IMAC that is conncected with no problem and a windows PC that is also conncected.
i get a message that my password is incorrect (i know i am typing in the correct one) tried the router password, modem password and the computer password. also message saying, "connection failed" in the set up assistant.
i plugged the modem ethernet directly into the ibook and it still didn't connect but my isp provider insist that it is the set up in the ibook not them.
also, a message saying no conncection.
1. can i set up another network? and go from there?
2. is there something i am not doing that everyone at apple is missing????
3. is there anyway to "tap" into my IMAC without the internet conncection on the IBOOK?
please any suggestions would help. i really don't want to return the ibook but i am running out of people to help me.

I have a couple of suggestions for you, depending on what you want to do. I apologize if any of this is a reiteration of what was already mentioned.
First, if you want to hook the ibook right up to the cable modem then you may first have to power cycle the modem. Depending on the cable modem that you are using, and all but a few do this, it will remember the MAC (media access control) address of the ethernet card it was plugged into when it was initialized-- precluding the use of other ethernet cards with the modem. If its of any help power cycling of the modem while it is plugged into the ibook may help with the connection. Otherwise, you may have to contact your ISP and ask them to resend whatever commands they need to in order to have the modem reacquire the MAC address. (Each network device has its own unique MAC address.)
If you want to ibook to connect through the imac via airport and the imac has airport, then you need to open the sharing pane of the system preferences application and enable internet sharing from the imac's ethernet port through its airport card. Set the name of the network to whatever you like and make sure that the ibook can see it. Once you do this, you need to disable the firewall under the firewall tab of the sharing preference's pane in order for the ibook to connect to the internet. (The reason is that the firewall protects the imac on all network ports, not just the one connected to the internet. As such, the imac will reject all information that it does not request from either connection. The trouble here is if the ibook sends a request to the imac for some information from the internet, the imac will reject the ibook's request because, from the imac's perspective it did not generate that request. Alternatively, you can manually configure ipfw, but that's probably overkill for your needs.) After this, you should be good to go.
Third, if you are trying to use a router, then you first need to make sure that its configured properly-- see your documentation for this one because each has its own eccentricities. But a few tips include making sure that the wireless connection for both B & G is on to ensure compatibility, adding all computers to the access control list if you are using one, and ensuring that all the passwords match.
As I mentioned above, you may very well need to power cycle your cable modem, or even worse call your ISP in order to change devices.

I guess I will need to try chasing it with the fastsms vendor so see if they can check my incoming request and see if there are any glaring problems. I know the xml is correct as I am now logging the xml string just before I send it and when I take that string and put it in their test form it works perfectly - something else in the puzzle is missing. I've had no experience using utl_http before - perhaps it's no possible to read the xml repsonse using this ?

How to send Earphones back to Apple(Warranty)??

Hi, i got a problem with my earphone.
my left earphone was garbled so i went to this website and ordered new ones for free(I still have warranty). Everything is fine so far, I got the new earphones and they work, but I don't know how to send the broken ones back. Apple said that I would get instructions how to send them back, but i didnt get any, only a letter that I dont have to pay anything because of my warranty.
So now Im trying to find out if the carrier matters and what carrier it is. I really dont know what to do. My repair status number is D10792823.
Im really mad right now because if I dont get my earphones sent to Apple I have to pay a $29 non-return fee.
Hope somebody can help me.

If you need to send them back, there will be shipping label under the one that shipped them to your house. Peel off the top label.
You would use the same carrier.
Everything is already paid for so don't fill out new forms and don't pay anything.

and check on the status. It should show Awaiting customer return (or something similar) if they want them back.
If in doubt, call 1-800-myapple.

Preparing to send iMac back for replacement.

I am planning on sending my iMac back for my replacement tomorrow and I have everything I need backed up safely. I want to erase the hard drive before I send it back and have read the instructions on how to do so. I have the OS X install cd's and I plan on installing the operating system after I erase it. Question is - do these discs include iLife? iLife obviously came pre-installed on my machine - so I would imagine that one of these discs will include it - but I could be wrong.
Anyone have an answer?

See if it's either on your install disc, or the additional software one. You can check before you erase the disk by using [Pacifist|http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/12743] to check the install package. I believe it did come with your Mac, I know it's on mine, but I'm not sure if it was also in the package or was just preinstalled with no way to reinstall it.

How to send data back to publishing stream? I need to send data back to publishing stream.
Using NetStream.send() we can send data to subscribers but is it possible to send data from subscriber back to publisher using any NetStream method.
One other solution to this is remoteSharedObject, but if it is possible with NetStream class then let me know.

There are a number of ways to extract data from CRM On Demand including:
* Export - manual process, generate CSV file containing CRM On Demand data
* List/Analytics - manual process, export the contents of a report of list to a CSV
* Web Services - programmatic, develop an application that queries for data within CRMOD
* Integration Events - programmatic, use workflow to trigger event creation and then poll for events to know when an operation occurs on a record (i.e. Insert of new Account record)
As for getting that data into another system, that will depend on the system and the methods available for inserting data that it makes available.

A basic question I know... I've searched high and low and cannot find the "send to back" in XPro, so when I drop signatures etc on the document, the block out lines etc.

There's no such thing in Acrobat. What you can try to do is set the fill
color as Transparent.

Change order of comments - bring to front / send to back

Hello.
Is there any way to order comments, such as the bring to front or send to back commands that are used in Word, AutoCAD, PDF Xchange etc? I need to get my comments in front of the various arrows and things that I have scatterered around my drawing mark-up.

Thanks Cari. Useful info on the comment summary, but doesn't really work for drawings unforunately, as my comments are related to areas of the page rather than blocks of text. Unless I'm using it wrong, which is certainly possible.
Bit of a shame, this one. Looks like another reason why I have to keep the PDF Xchange viewer on my PC, despite my company having shelled out for Acrobat X Pro for all of us. That software allows me to order/flatten comments and insert images as well. I'm not advertising the rival software, you understand, just hoping to pique Adobe's interest in sorting out the most basic functionality before getting more carried away with portfolios and the like.
Does anyone else know whether the order of comments can be changed?

Hello. I've brought my iphone 3gs in Sydney for about 2 months ago. The last month there has been coming a lot of dust particles under my screen. I know i can deliver the iphone in Sydney. But the problem is i live in Norway. Do anyone know if i can send the phone down to Sydney, and get it fixed? if they will send it back? Or do i have to go down there myself. If so. Do i get a new iphone immediately? or do i have to wait a couple of days before i get it back?

You will need to send it to someone in Australia who can take it in for you. Apple does not ship internationally when it comes to warranty replacements.

Restored my Iphone 4 before sending it back for replacement, is that ok???

My Iphone 4 had a problem where the sound would not play. For example I could not watch or listen to music through the internal speakers, here calls being made to me or here the person on the other line. Basically it was stuck in headphone mode and nothing I did, you name it, i tried everything did not work so Apple told me to send it back of which I have done. I just want to know if its ok that I restored it to its original settings. There is no music etc on the the Iphone anymore but for apple to be able to see what I am talking about when the Iphone does not play music etc on it through the internal speakers they will need to have a song or something on it to identify this issue. Would you know if they will put music etc on to test this or not?

The first thing Apple will do is erase your phone, so you doing so before hand is not a problem. They have diagnostic equipment that can tell instantly if there are any problems with your phone.
