HI gurus,
when we are doing integration between OM and PA. from the experts of this forum i came to know that we have to activate plogi orga with X . then what is this reports used for? RHINTE00,RHINTE10,RHINTE20,RHINTE30 .(already we are doing integration with PLOGI ORGA right)
what is the use of this reports then?

you check the following switch in T77S0:
PLOGI SPLIT Integration: New IT 0001 record at name change
The description (F1) states:
Integration: New Infotype 0001 Record When Description Is Changed
If the value entered is 'X' and you change the description of positions,
jobs or organizational units, new infotype 0001 records for the
personnel numbers concerned are created on the date of the change(s).
This means that the system will always display the up-to-date
descriptions of named objects, both in Personnel Administration
transactions and in reports on persons.
If the description of an object is changed on a particular date (as of
Release 4.5, this is done in Organizational Management by copying a
record from infotype 1000, "object"), the system first establishes which
personnel numbers are affected by this, and marks them internally. Then,
you should use report RHINTE30 (parameter "Open Personnel Numbers Only")
to create a batch input session. After this session has been processed,
new infotype 0001 records for the person(s) concerned are created.
If the field PLOGI SPLIT is blank, the system only creates new infotype
0001 records if the assignment itself (that is, the number of the
position, job or organizational unit) changes.
Seems to be just what you are looking for. However the downside is that this will increase the data in IT0001.

hi goutam,
PLOGI ORGA is an integration switch which you will activate when you want to have an integration between OM and PA. you have to enter X in the PLOGI ORGA field in table T77S0.
RHINTE20 report is to be run for inconsistencies.
RHINTE10 report is to be run to transfer data from OM to PA.
because of this integration, there will be transfer of data from OM tables to PA tables T528T, T513S, and T527X for org unit, position, job.
In the field of PLOGI PLOGI in table T77SO, you have to enter the current plan version, because all your Org Structure will be present in the current plan version.

OM PA Integration (PLOGI SPLIT) is not working for all employees

Hello Experts,
In our 4.7 system, PLOGI SPLIT (Integration: New IT 0001 record at name change) is enabled. But there are certain infotype 0001 records which are not updated when descriptions to positions/org units are changed in OM.
PLOGI ORGA is also activated.
RHINTE30 runs as a batch job regularly.
The PA data should have been updated.
We have checked RHINTE30 program and it checks table HRINTE30. When does table HRINTE30 be filled with the employees to be updated? Do you think that the root of this problem is that table HRINTE30 is not updated?

Org Unit blank

Hi,
The org unit detail is blank in the assigment page of a requisition.
Scenario: On Recruiters Dashboard under My Open Requisitions, select a requisition and press Assignment button. Assignments for the Requisitions page should be displayed in a new window. In header, Requisition name, Hiring Manager name, Status of the Requisition, Org. Unit, Recruiter and the Release date should be displayed. Here Org unit, details are blank.
Why org unit details are not displayed? We are working on EHP5.

Try checking the tbale V_T77s0 for below integration switches
PLOGI ORGA --> Should be X
PLOGI PLOGI --> Should be 1
PLOGI PERLI --> Should be 99999999
If still the problem exists,
Try to run the below reports once
RHINTE10 uses for integration between OM & PA. (OM should install going for PA)
RHINTE00 uses for integration between PA & OM.(PA should install going for OM)
RHINTE20 uses to run consistency check between OM & PA.
RHINTE30 uses for integration between PD & PA.(PD should install going for PA).
PLOGI feature if it is "X" then it means OM AND PA integrated and vice versa.

Org. Unit & Job Code not diplayed in IT0001

Dear Consultants
I have a problem which is the Org. unit and job codes are not displayed in IT0001 although I did the following:
-     Integration between PA and OM in T. Code OOPS was set in PLOGI ORGA first.
-     Structure was created using PPOCE and PPOME then we hire employees through PA40 through LSMW.
-     The employee hire date and the date of creating O,S, and C is the same.
-     The data of Company code Personnel area and sub area was recorded in account assignment tab in Organization and Staffing when creating the structure and positions.
-      After loading the Employee data I run the report RHINTE00 and the employees displayed in PPOME.
-     Then I run report RHINTECHECK and there are no issues.
-     Then when I see that Org. Unite code and Job Code are not displayed in IT0001 I report RHINTE30 but he said (Personnel numbers for which an update is not necessary) and still Org. unit and job code is not there in IT0001.
Is there anything else I can do to solve that problem?

Set up the Organizational structure for MSS scenario

Hi!
I would like to set up the Organizational structure for MSS scenario within SAP Portal.
Question:
1) How to set up/map real user from SU01 to Manager? (tcode, report)
2) How to mark them as 'Chief' (tcode, report)
3) How to be sure that PA & OM are configured correctly and the integration switch is on?

Check It000 and IT0001 here u will get objects from OM and PA (position ID , Job Key, organisational Key)
and integration switch
check plogi orga , plogi plogi , plogi perli in V_T77s0

How to Override Cost Center in IT 1 based on certain conditions

Hi,
I have a pretty good understanding on how Cost Center gets defaulted based on Org Structure. The standard SAP solution for Cost Center will not work for my client and I need to determine the cost center based on certain conditions. I understand that I have to write custom code in some user exit or badi. I tried user exit EXIT_SAPFP50M_001, but it did not work.
Here is my code:
DATA: I0001 LIKE P0001.
CASE INNNN-INFTY.
    WHEN '0001'.
      CALL METHOD CL_HR_PNNNN_TYPE_CAST=>PRELP_TO_PNNNN
        EXPORTING
          PRELP = INNNN
        IMPORTING
          PNNNN = I0001.
This is just an example to test the concept
I0001-kostl = 'COST_CENTER'.
     CALL METHOD cl_hr_pnnnn_type_cast=>pnnnn_to_prelp
        EXPORTING
          pnnnn = i0001
        IMPORTING
          prelp = innnn.
endcase.
When I change IT 1 record and hit enter, I can see that my code is being executed. I can see cost center being updated on the screen, but when I save it, its not able to retain that new cost center value. This might be because cost center is not an open field.
How can I change my code so it retains its value after saving?.

Cost Center will be a Open feild when the value of   the switch PLOGI ORGA should be balnk if it is haveing 1 than it will not default the value kindly check

Dear friends:
I am doing uploading for 500 records using LSMW.
After uploading i am unable to edit my Holder with respect of their position.But i checked through PA30,records are updated and having all information.
Again i tried through PP01-Relation ship infotype-1001
Its working fine and updating in OM.
Even i run all the reports like RHINTEE00.01,10,20,30....
So please Someone could raise a better solution for this...

PLOGI ORGA intergration switch is X means on when you run the RHINTEE00.01,10,20,30 programs.
If not make sure switch is on and run the RHINTEE00.01,10,20,30 these programs again and see

Position showing in PA30 not PPOME

Hi,
I am using ECC6 and we have a problem where some times when an action is run we can see the employee is linked to their position via their PA record , however in PPOME the employee is not showing as occupying the position. If I run RHINTE00 report this corrects it, however this should not be happening in the first place.
I've checked T77S0 and PLOGI ORGA is switched on.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and found what is causing it and how to correct it?

Hi Tom,
This usually happens when you upload the data either through BDC or LSMW and we have to run the RHINT report for the data to be seen in PA / OM.
However, in the normal process if the PLOGI ORGA integration switch is on in table T77S0, then hiring an employee in PA reflects him in the OM struture.

wht r the table and fields for the following .
exp: pa0001-plans = employee position number.
employee position name = ?
employee grade level = ?
employee sub grade indicator = ?

Employee Position name:
If you have OM-PA integration active (table T77S0, key "PLOGI-ORGA", value 'X'), then the Description of the Position can be found in HRP1000, like this:
SELECT mc_stext FROM hrp1000 INTO <my_var> WHERE plvar = <active_plvar>
otype = 'S'
objid = PA0001-PLANS.
If integration is disabled, description of the positions are in table T528T (field PLSTX).
If I have understood well, employee grade and sub-grade are data that you can find in PA0008 (fields TRFGR - TRFST).
Otherwise, try to explain me these fields (if they are related to Payroll or Personnel Developement or Personal Administration or..., and so on) and I'll help you.

No assignment to org model in PPOME possible

When I try to assign in the org model/PPOME (ECC6.0) a person to a position, the system allows that for some persons u2013 for some not. If not, the message u201CNo entry found, 5W800u201C is issued. If I would try to create the relationship A/008 via PP02, the system issues u201CValidity period of record not within validity period of P 0000XXXX, Message no. 5A039u201D.
Can anybody please explain me whatu2019s going on?
T770S0 is maintained in the following way:
PLOGI ORGA X    Integration Switch: Organizational Assignment
PLOGI PLOGI 01 Integration Plan Version / Active Plan Version
RHINTECHECK for personell no. 0000XXXX: all 12 (time-related) records of IT0001 are wrong (error) and the report suggests:
a. Check whether the person is marked in open processes
--> This seems not to be the case
b. Check your organizational assignment, either in infotype 1 or in the organizational structure in the above mentioned period.
--> I think this is also not the problem as org unit and position (PLANS, STELL) are both empty in PA0001.

The employee records were transferred from another system into my system via ALE. In the source system the records were created via an interface (I assume). In the source system OM is not used.

No, they donu2019t. All records havenu2019t a position assigned in PA0001.

There is only one difference for the employees who donu2019t work: In PA30 on IT "org. assignment" is field personnel area two times displayed with two different values, even that it is the same field:
On the top of the screen:             P0001-WERKS, screen number 0100.
Section enterprise structure:     P0001-WERKS, screen number 2000.
From PA0001-table I can see that these employees have changed their personell area in the past (in the source system). Those records were transfered into my system via ALE, too.

The employees are active in the related period.

Cost center updating thorugh LSMW

Dear All,
I have uploaded cost centers ( changed new costcenters) thorugh LSMW. I hv created recording using T-Code PP01 and select relationship according to the BEGDA and ENDDA and i choiced the relation ship ID A011 costcenter Assignment and i did all the procces and uploaded.
according my recording all the costcenters are uploading in the relationship history ( newly uploaded through LSMW cost center also available . but in infotype 0001 it not reflecting.i dont know why.
please if anybody can help me how to upload costcenter through LSMW.

Hi, I have the same problem that you, if you do ir directly from PP02 you can see the cost center assigned to the person in the infotype 0001, but if you do it with a batch inputo or call transaction, the relationship betweeen the position or unit org, and cost center is created, but you can not see the cost center in the infotype 0001 of the person.
I'm still looking for an answer becasuse I want to do a massive charge, and I did a record of PP02 in SM35.
I have a program and do it correctly using the Function module 'RH_INSERT_INFTY_1001_EXT'
If you do it with an LSMW or record one SM35 of PP02 it doesnt works,
But if you make a program and create the relationship with CALL FUNCTION 'RH_INSERT_INFTY_1001_EXT'
IT WORKS, YOU CAN SEE THE COST CENTER IN IT0001.
FINALLY I WILL DO IT WITH THIS FUNCTION MODULE BECAUSE I DONT SEE ONE ANSWER OF OUR PROBLEM.

Dear All,
Our system currently has -
PLOGI EVCRE (Generate event with entry T77INT (action designat.) currently unflagged and we would like to understand the impact of having this flagged. By making it flagged does this generate/activate the workflow chain.
PLOGI COSTI (Integration switch for cost center accounting) is currently flagged. I would like to know the impact of having this unflagged.
Will be of help if some inputs are provided.

Cost center and Org. Plan

Dear All,
When i am assign to cost center using polgi orga " " use blank its come. But after move to production org plan part are disable and no data is there. How i assign both . i want cost center ans org. plan in pa30. Pls help.

Your question is not clear. Please check in T77S0 the value for PLOGI-ORGA is X and cost center is maintained for that org unit in 1001 infotype. To ckeck that goto PP01 and give your org unit and check the relationship infotye. If cost center is maintained and some person is hired to that org unit then in pa30 the cost should appear automatically.
