Dear Friends:
I am SOOOO new to the Apple Family; like after 20 yrs with Microsoft, and I'm 'dead in the water' currently 'Cos I can't open the new Itune 10.5 (Which I foolishly downloaded yesterday) on my G4 (12 Inch, 2004). The current warning message says: '... Requires Mac OsX 10.4.7'
I got two questions, and this is a 'S.O.S'...
1. How do I uninstall the ITune 10.5, and which version of ITune should I bring back
2. How can I avoid loosing all the data in the old ITune, when the new ITune 10.5 took over

I had 10.4.6 and I'm downloading 10.4.11 currently. Do U think that will start the new ITune of 10.5, 'Cos it only requires 10.4.7?

I have the E72, but I think this feature is universal for Symbian phones.
Try going to your Gallery and opening an image. Then select Options > Edit. You should then have numerous options available, including cropping.

For some reason , when i restore my iphone 4s to factory settings my headphones work when listening to music or youtube videos but when i backup my information onto it , it only comes out of one ear bud and i just got a new one from the apple store.

It doesn't matter what it is in your backup that's causing the problem because you can not selectively restore things from your backup. It's all or nothing.
Set you phone up as a new device and start over.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We're users here and do not speak for "Apple Inc."
Some basic printer troubleshooting steps before worrying about a printer driver:
1. Have you tried turning the printer off and back on?
2A. Is the printer attached with a cable?
     If yes, have you tried unplugging and re-plugging both ends of the printer cable?
     If that does not help, can you test the printer with another cable?
2B. If your printer is not connected to the computer with a cable, have you tried restarting your printer (assuming wireless connection)?
     Have you tried restarting your wireless router?
3. Have you tried restarting your MacBook? (Be sure to save your work first.)
4. Does the printer have ink? (Doesn't usually generate a 'communications error' though)
5. Have you updated OS X or the program you're trying to print from recently?

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

For which browser and version? If Safari, there may be a solution found in the "More Like This" section over in the column on the right side of this website.

So you are not in Sweden then ???

Telia do NOT offer unlocking so it is most unlikely that the iPhone is unlocked and even more unlikely you wold convince them to unlock it

I have an iMac 8.1, OSX 10.6.8 with XP running in Boot Camp partition. My USB keyboard (MB110LL/A) was damaged by water. I ordered a new keyboard from the Apple Store. I was sent model MB110LL/B. Special function keys will not work in XP. Any Ideas?

I have an iMac 8.1, OSX 10.6.8, Boot Camp 3.2 running Windows XP. My original keyboard (MB110LL/A) was damaged by a water spill. I ordered a new one from the Apple Store. They sent me MB110LL/B, function keys need updated drivers (Boot Camp 3.3) which will only install if Windows 7 is installed. I have a large amount of older software that runs under XP but not Windows 7. The Apple support team basically said "too bad". If they replace a keboard model with a new model, they should at least make it backwards compatable or provide a Boot Camp update that will allow this model to work on older iMacs. Reloading Bootcamp 3.3 several times has no effect because it does not detect Windows 7. Any Ideas or help would be appreciated.

It is free. It is beta. It works well - I use it on mine and two PCs as well...
MS Security Essentials will no longer install due to compatibiliity issues - that is the idea of a beta - and the RC could be out in June.
Windows 7 doesn't work great on any Mac, or Apple drivers, fan cvontrol to manage heat, and other issues.
Put 8 in and get to know it, then when the RC comes out you'll be ready

Also, when I go on to safari, another alert pops up that safari cannot verify the identity of the website, anything that I type in to as common as google.com. It gives me 3 options to either cancel, look at details, and continue. I've looked at the details of the website of Google and it is legitimate the site. Any help?

Pairing a NEW remote for the apple TV (2nd gen)

We pair all our remotes to our apple products. Our paired remote for our 2nd Generation apple TV was lost, so we bought a new one. How do I pair the new remote, when the Apple TV won't even turn on because our new remote isn't paired with it..? When I press any button on the new remote I only get a double light flash signalling that the remote isn't paired with that product.

A classic chicken/egg problem. I see this in the Apple TV manual:
You can also hold down Menu and Right for 6 seconds to pair Apple TV and the Apple Remote.
When you successfully pair your Apple Remote, Apple TV displays a chainlink symbol ( ) above a picture of a remote. Apple TV now works only with the paired remote.
You might have to change your screen name (kidding).

You would need to ask that directly to Apple. Apple is not here nor does Apple answer questions here.
To return an iOS product requires a valid receipt. You have 30 days to return an iPhone. The iPhone must have all original packaging & accessories and be in new condition. Apple may charge a restocking fee on a returned iPhone.
If the iPhone was bought from a 3rd party, their regulations for returns would apply.
