HI
Activate datasource 0BPARTNER_ATTR in R/3 on RSA5 transaction then install 0bpartner infoobject and transfer rules from business content and Map the listed fields and unmap the remaining fields and activate the TR.
To change infoobject as infoprovider, goto change mode on 0bpartner then on Masterdata/text tab you can see the option 'Char is infoprovider.Enable the radio button.

  • Can anyone pls explain about SSR in WebdynPro application?

    Hi,
Am having the webdynpro code.I that code they are having one onclik event. When they are clicking on that button link they are returning SSR.handle(parameters).But i cud not found the definition of SSR.handle(parameters) function. Can anyone pls explain what exactly SSR and where they have the definition of that function?
    Rgds,
    Murugag

    Hi,
SSR or server side rendering is a location-independent rendering method of the Webdynpro framework.Because of the strict separation of layout and content, the framework supports location-independent rendering (client-side versus server-side rendering). In other words, depending on the capabilities of the client device, an HTML page can be rendered either on the server or the client.
A simple browser (simple client) may not support client-side scripting or processing of XML transformations so this client may require that the server generate the HTML page before sending it to the browser. More powerful browsers (advanced clients) can inject the content into the page on the client using XML and JavaScript. This location independence is purely configuration driven and does not require modification to either the application code or the presentation code.
Just verify if your browser is javascript enabled or not.

    Hi,
Your requirement will be fullfilled by sub-contracting process, the steps are described in below lines:-
    u2022 Create material in MM01
    u2022 Create BOM in CS01
    u2022 Have routing in CA01
u2022 Create sub-contracting PO with item category  L - subcontracting for external procurement in ME21N, with confirmation control as inbound delivery.
u2022 Transfer goods to subcontractor with movement type 311E, using t.code ME2O. (Create an outbound delivery)
    u2022 Create excise challan J1IFQ
u2022 Receive the goods from subcontractor via MIGO/ inbound delivery (Vl31n) if you have selected the confirmation control  in PO.
    u2022 Execute J1IFQ for reconciliation.
u2022 Update the challan via J1IF13.
Assign the sub-contracting delivery type to a shipping point under t.code OMGM.
    hope this will help.
    regards

I have Sony camera DSC-HX400V which does not have raw program. Pls explain what can I do with lightroom 5 with jpeg only

You can do just about anything with a JPEG image that you can with a raw image. The advantage of working with raw is that it is possible to work with more extremes in exposure. More highlights and shadows can be recovered in a raw image, but there is a lot that can be done with JPEG images as well. All of the library functions and keywording and all the other features of Lightroom can be used on JPEG images just as easily as they can be used on raw images.
Having said all that, you might be more comfortable using Photoshop Elements. Both programs have trial versions that you can use for 30 days to decide which one or whether both will work for you. It would probably be to your advantage to try them out and decide for yourself.

At UC platform i can see some applications are installed on Windows server and some directly to VMWare. Pls explain?

Pretty much all newer versions of UC applications have started supporting virtualization so they can be installed on the VMware.
Have a look at dockwiki for virtualization supported apps:
    http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_Communications_Virtualization_Supported_Applications
Some applications like CUCM version 4 were windows based previously but going ahead with version 5, 6 onwards the OS has been changed to Linux Operating system.
Let me know if you need any more information.

  • Hi gurus, can any one explain me about Badi & Bapi with eg.?

    Hi gurus,
Can any one explain me about Badi & Bapi with examples.
    Regards
    Raghu

    Hi Raghu
    1) Badis means:
The BAdIs of the enhancement concept are not treated as standalone objects, but are integrated in the overall concept. Thus, the tools for defining BAdIs are part of the Enhancement Builder included in the ABAP Workbench.
Transaction SE18, up to now the only entry point for defining classic BAdIs, now manages classic and new BAdIs. When an existing BAdI is displayed or changed, it analyzes whether the BAdI is a classic or a new one, and then switches to the respective tool. In the case of a new BAdI, this tool is the enhancement spot editor
    2) Bapis means:
BAPIs can be called within the R/3 System from external application systems and other programs. BAPIs are the communication standard for business applications. BAPI interface technology forms the basis for the following developments:
    Connecting:
New R/3 components, for example, Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) and Business Information Warehouse (BW).
    Non-SAP software
    Legacy systems
Isolating components within the R/3 System in the context of Business Framework
Distributed R/3 scenarios with asynchronous connections using Application Link Enabling (ALE)
Connecting R/3 Systems to the Internet using Internet Application Components (IACs)
PC programs as frontends to the R/3 System, for example, Visual Basic (Microsoft) or Visual Age for Java (IBM).
Workflow applications that extend beyond system boundaries
    Customers' and partners' own developments
    Thanks

    Hello Ashish,
Each process on the ASA should take the CPU for a period of time (while its being processed by the ASA).
When a process does not release the CPU is when a CPU Hog is triggered,
In this case you can see 2 proceses that hold the CPU longer than they should ( you should see a cpu hog threshold value)
In this case the first process has holded the CPU for 7 times ( the longest time being 4100 miliseconds)

Can anybody send the document or explain me about GEM (Global Employee Management),
    It is bit urgent.
    Thanks in advance
    swamy

    Lol!
I didn't see post until now...Not sure if you received the response yet...
MGE is a subset or submodule of CE.
CE concept is more align with and more import if you use SAP Payroll and Time. CE is concurrent employment where a person holds more than one position at a time in the same country.
MGE is management global employee. Where a person move from one position to another during a duration to do an assignment. Upon completing the assignment, the person could localize there or return home.
PNP and PNPCE. PNP is being discontinued and is replaced by PNPCE. The main difference between the two is PNPCE support the PERSON ID concept. Which is the unique identifier for an employee. It would be best to use PNPCE with MGE as you need that PERSON ID in the HR Report Category.
