Pls help cannot charge.....

Everytime I connect my iPod to my comp to charge,it said "Please Wait Battery Low" after few mins then the APPLE icon appear for like 5mins,while the APPLE icon appear,I can hear some clicking sound inside iPod. And then it just repeat the low battery msg then apple icon again and again!!!!

That is usually a pretty good indication of a dead battery and/or hard drive. Either way, you'll need to take/send the iPod in for repair or replacement.

So I just did this on my iPhone 4 and it worked like a charm it unlocked it immediately. My phone was put into recovery mode and I know that not all data is deleted it just puts the phone into a sort of hibernation in order for the files to stay uncorrupted. I went to http://www.recovery-ipad.com/iphone-stuck-in-recovery-mode.html downloaded the software it unlocked my phone in a matter of minutes. Calls, messages, photos, apps, and voicemail was all there as if it never happened If you leave it unregistered you don't have to pay for it works for either windows or mac. Hope this helps!

I have been taking everyones advise and done what was told to me through this forum but till time (since last 15 days) I am unable to install ITunes 10.6 on my said Windows 7 - 64 bit.

It will work with Windows 7 32 bit. On a 64 bit you will have to install Windows XP Mode. You can download it from the Microsoft Website. The XP Mode will run Windows XP in 32 bit. Microsoft has easy instructions on the download. One download at a time. Install the first download then the second download. You will have to copy your icon from all program and paste to the desktop if you are going to use it often.

Is it not charging at all? Did you try to reset? If YES to both, request for a replacement of the ipod. Battery or the unit itself is defective. Cheers!

Hello guys!!Pls help me if someone knows what should I do.my iphone was working perfectly so far but a couple of days ago it stopped charging.its not charging neither with the a/c adaptre nor with the usb through my pc.it says device not recognized..today I had my iphone switched off and tried to see if it was charging and actually it was!but it didnt show that it was actually charging(the battery icon with the bolt didnt appear..but after 3 hours it was fully charged..but this happens only when its awitched off..so i cant connect on itunes and i cant charge it while its turned on!!if someone knows pls help!!!!!!!!!!tnx a lot guys!!!

I actually had the same problem here you just have to change the cable, i dont know exactly why but i think its because when you have your phone swithced of then it doesnt need more electricity so if a little pass then you can charge it for a while and then the iphone will automaticly open again,, so just go an buy a new cable nothing to scared of

Discharge it to around 50-60% then completely shut it off. Store at around room temperature. When you return connect the charger and let the battery fully charge.

A lot of computers (especially older ones) generally do not provide enough power to their USB ports to charge the iPad at a sufficient rate - it may still be charging slowly, and should be a bit quicker if the iPad's screen is off (if you leave it for a while and then disconnect it from your computer you may find that it's battery percentage has gone up). The wall charger is usually the most efficient way to charge the iPad.
And for info using all capitals is considered to be SHOUTING

I managed to finally fix the problem in a relatively painless way. It turned out that the problem wasn't on my phone, the problem was with iTunes. I completely uninstalled iTunes from my PC and then reinstalled it and everything was fine.
In order to completely uninstall iTunes, I did two things:
Used RevoUninstaller to uninstall iTunes. This cleans out a bunch of extra things that the normal iTunes uninstaller misses.
Searched for any iTunes folders/files on my computer (using the freeware utility called Everything) and deleted them manually.

Sounds like then maybe a "friend" got hold of your phone and set a SIM card password. Not much you can do if that is the case if you do not know the password except go to your carrier and request a new SIM card.
