I'm trying to visit a site I created on iweb and forwarded on godaddy to www.tatianaszalay.com months ago. Suddenly I'm receiving this message: server where this page is located isn't responding. Godaddy swears it's not a problem with them.

This pages uses URL forwarding with masquerading :
     http://www.tatianaszalay.com/
It shows this page :
     http://www.farrahaviva.com/Tatiana_Szalay/Tatiana_Szalay.html
You have configured farrahaviva.com as a Personal Domain at MobileMe.
farrahaviva.com.          3600 IN          CNAME web.me.com.
Why not use tatianaszalay.com as Personal domain?

Can't access a website I use every day...the server where this page is located isn't responding :-(

Hi, I am trying to access the website bloglovin.com which I access everyday (as part of my job) with no problems, however, the last 2 days I have not been able to get on to the site. After waiting for ages for it to load I eventually get the message ' the server where this page is located isn't responding'. I've tried to access from both my macs and my iphone and I get the same message on all of them. Is this a problem with my mac or their server?

Thanks for your reply. I did infact get it working earlier today by putting the IP address into the browser instead of the URL and it solved the problem, however, I now have the same problem again tonight. I've tried restarting the router and it hasn't made any difference. Putting in th IP address isn't working this time either!

Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:

Safari keeps saying "Safari can't open the page ...... because the server where this page is located isn't responding" on my Macbook Pro for ALL websites PLEASE HELP

So I recently got a 13" MacBook Pro in August and this weekend I've started to have problems with it. On Friday night, my safari just stopped loading the pages. It would try for a couple if minutes and then stop and give me the message that I said above. Also, I can't connect to the App Store or anything from my MacBook even though it says that it is connected to the wifi. There is no problem getting online with the rest of my apple devices, so I figured that there must be something wrong with my MacBook. Also, I have midterms this week so it would really help if someone could help me with this now. Everything and I mean everything is on my computer that I absolutely need for midterms is there. Someone please help. Also, using my iPhone and iPad is really inconvenient for me thank you for your help

New MacBook Air: Safari can't open the page because the server where this page is located isn't responding

Hi there,
I purchased a new MacBook Air on Sunday and am using OS X Yosemite 10.10.
Unfortunately since then I am having problems with connectivity with certain websites. It is not just a problem with my MacBook Air, because I also have a MacBook and an iPhone which won't let me access those websites either with this network. I haven't tried to access them from any other locations but I mainly use my devices at home so want to get this fixed. I believe that it is a problem with my connection not the devices as other websites such as this, Facebook, twitter, google, etc all work fine.
I have checked on http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com and it's just me!
If relevant, the certain websites are futurelearn.com as well as bluehost.com and sites that run through bluehost. I had problems with Bluehost not loading yesterday but Futurelearn was working absolutely fine yesterday - today I cannot access it at all.
Not sure what to do! Please help!

Restart your internet modem and router then try Safari.
And check the firewall. Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall.
If it's on, click Firewall Options
You may need to click the padlock icon bottom left side of the Firewall tab to proceed.
If restarting the modem and router don't help, try this DNS server.
Open System Preferences > Network > Advanced > DNS
Click + and type:
208.67.222.222
Click + again and do the same.
208.67.220.220
Click OK.
Quit then relaunch Safari to test.
Safari 5.0.1 or later: Slow or partial webpage loading, or webpage cannot be found

Tab closes with no error msg when I click on "Allow". Msg: Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page. I had to uncheck the Advance/General/Accessibility option for it to work. Why?

When I unchecked the Advance/General/Accessibility option to be notified of a "redirect" then things worked.
Why did clicking on "Allow" not work?

Thank you for your answer. It does stop the redirection notices, but now I have no idea if potentially unsafe sites are redirecting me. I cannot figure out why it has only recently started to happen on my home page though, when nothing has changed on there and I've had it set to show redirections, ever since I set up Firefox.
I guess I'll just have to make the decision as to whether I want to risk redirections or put up with the semi permanent notice.

Following a tutorial on youtube a technique is mentioned to use to one color into another; Blending Mode: Hue. Does anyone know where this option is located in Photoshop Elements 6.0?

Do a device reset as outlined below. This will clear the message and allow you to use your device again.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

When selecting "bookmark this page" the location select window right side and bottom are cut off, no visible buttons

After I select "bookmark this page" from the bookmarks menu, and then select "show all the bookmarks folders" with the pulldown arrow, the bookmarks folder list appears but the right side and the bottom are cut off so that no buttons are showing. Trying to resize the window does not work. Double clicking on the desired folder selects the folder name for editing, however, the caption at the top says "bookmark saved" and sometimes it is actually where I would like it to be added.

After finding that I did not have a chrome folder, or userchrome.css file, I installed ChromEdit Plus. Through this app I was able to create a chrome folder and the userchrome.css file using the information from finitarry. The problem still existed. I then edited userchrome.css changing the values to "min-width:800px !important; min-height:800px !important; " The results were; same problem, just bigger. This code changes the folderview pane in the add bookmarks window. The problem is the pane expands larger than the window. Let me see if I can clairify, When you select "bookmark this page" the add bookmark "window" opens. to open the folderview pane, click on the down arrow to the right of the folder pulldown menu. The window is not expanding to contain the pane correctly and pushes all the other controls off the screen.

URGENT PLS HELP : "Unknonw merch style" on jspreference page

Problem :
After creating any zone/style in dev studio, I run
update_web_sudio_config.bat which push the newly created zone/Style to Web Studio(ie the zone/style appears in the drop down while creating the rule)
But when I create the rule with that new zone/style, it shows me "Unknown Merch Style" in the jsp reference application on the top. However the rule do get returned in the supplement object right at the end of jspref page.
This doesn not happen with the default zones/styles created via
deployment template.
Can some one please help me getting this solved.

The style that you configured has a name other than Style 1, Style 2 and Style 3 which are configured in the nav_merch.jsp used by endeca_jspref. Either change your zone name to match the nav_merch.jsp zone names or edit the jsp to use your zone name. This should fix the issue.

Every time I navigate to a new site or page I also get additional new tabs opening which say 'Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 - this page is no longer available', so I soon end up with an extra tab every time I navigate to a new page.

so I am geting an additional unwanted MS Exchange tab/window every time I navigate to a new site or bookmark. i recentlly upgraded to Firefox 5.0 and I think this problem may have started around the same time. I also have MS Outlook but this is stand alone and I do not synch online at all, and have not changed any settings in it.

1 - It's not "client" vs. "server" class, it's "desktop" vs. "server". There really is no definitive attribute that makes it one or the other. The description of these terms is in the Installation Guide: Search for "system class" at Installing Oracle Database
2 - If you are actually offered that choice after selecting to install the client only, I would think it would be self-evident that a client usually runs on a desktop .....

Im using sql server 2000
i had 2 database servers
'srv1', 'srv2'
in srv1 had 'db1' database
first create a user called 'db1usr1' with read and write previlages only(not dbowner)
then take backup of 'db1' as 'db1bakup'
then u hav to restore the 'db1bakup' in srv2 as 'db2'
then u have 2 login in the 'srv2' machine as 'db1usr1'
here is the problem : it is(db1usr1) not logged in srv2 machine through query analyser

This is something you will need to talk to the publisher of the document. They might have to do something to allow you to open the file. (If you changed Adobe ID since buying the file, for instance, they might have to allow for that).
