Photo has not uploaded yet in SAP HR .
Menu: Tools->Business Documents->Miscellaneous->Stored documents (Trxn OAAD). Click on the Create button (Trxn: OAOH). Business object PREL and Document type HRICOLFOTO.
I HAVE TRT THIS PATH ALSO :
Create this content repository with storage type FILE archive. IMG: Basis Components->Basis Services->SAP ArchiveLink->Basic Settings->Maintain content repositories (Trxn OAC0).

If you are scrapping the part of asset, the T.code ABAVN.
In T.codes ABAON & ABAVN, you need to select is it related to "previous yr acquisition" or Current yr acquisition" in partial retirement tab page.

I was using Firefox 4, which had the google toolbar and I accidentally updated to firefox 5, which does not have the toolbar and without the toolbar, I feel handicapped using the browser. Is there any way I can go back to Firefox 4??...Pls urgent...

I am a medical transcriptionist. I was using Firefox 4 and without knowing that Firefox 5 does not support Google Toolbar I updated it. Searching in google is a integral part of my job and without the Toolbar I feel handicapped using Firefox 5. You can say that there is no need for toolbar in firefox 5 as the address bar doubles as toolbar, but I find it very difficult using it. I uninstalled Firefox 5 and try installing Firefox 4 version, but I am not able to. So, I have uninstalled Firefox 4 completely. So, pls advise if there is a way for me to get back my Firefox 4. Tx in advance for your help.

Redetermination of Pricing Procedure? Pls Urgent.

Dear all,
When i am creating a Sales order, Based on Org. determination(Sales org. Dist. Channel and Div)system pick up the pricing procedure.
Now i am changing the Distribution Channel manually at Organization TAB but now system does not redetermine the pricing pricing procedure based on new Sales Area.
How can i solve it.

In CRM the pricing procedure determining based on the sales area ( divison is option) Doc pricing procedure indicator & customer pricing procedure indicator in the respecive Transaction type & customer master.Once we maintains this combination with the pricing procedure, in the order when ever this combination available than particular pricing procedure will determine, Here you need to ( T code SPRO ) configurre new distribution channel with the above combination & required pricing procedure in the order.

Right now I am working on ALV, in that I am using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY FM, but the parameters for this FM are an internal table name and a field catalog so i am confused that what field catalog is? Please help me out its very urgent. Thanks in advance.

Field catalog
The field catalog describes the internal data table fields. It is itself an internal table containing an entry for each column in the data table. The field catalog entry determines column output options.
Creating the field catalog
The field catalog can be constructed in various ways:
Manual
Each field catalog entry is explicitly coded into the field catalog by the ALV caller.
Fields with DDIC link must have at least the following field catalog entries:
FIELDCAT-FIELDNAME " Internal output table field name
FIELDCAT-REF_TABNAME " DDIC reference structure name
Fields with no DDIC link must have at least the following field catalog entries:
FIELDCAT-FIELDNAME " Internal output table field name
FIELDCAT-DATATYPE " Internal output table field data type
FIELDCAT-OUTPUTLEN " Column width
and at least one of the four text fields FIELDCAT-SELTEXT_L, FIELDCAT-SELTEXT_M, FIELDCAT-SELTEXT_S, REPTEXT_DDIC.
The field FIELDCAT-TABNAME in the field catalog of hierarchical-sequential lists must also contain the name of the internal output table, to assign columns uniquely to the header or item table. This field must not be filled manually in simple lists.
Automatic
A field catalog need not be passed to ALV under the following condition:
the structure of the internal output table is identical to a DDIC structure or table.
The name of the structure or table is passed to ALV instead of the field catalog.
All columns in the structure are displayed.
Semi-automatic
This mode is a combination of automatic and manual:
the automatically created field catalog can be modified by a manually created field catalog.
If a structure name for an automatic field catalog and a field catalog are both passed, the system determines the field catalog information from them both:
 If the manually created and passed field catalog contains entries for fields which are not described by the DDIC structure, they are added to the field catalog created by the System.
 If the manually created and passed field catalog contains entries for fields which are also described by the DDIC structure, they overwrite the DDIC information.
The system creates field catalogs automatically and semi-automatically from the DDIC reference structure passed to ALV. ALV calls the function module REUSE_ALV_FIELDCATALOG_MERGE which creates the field catalog and adjusts it with an explicit field catalog (semi-automatic mode). This function module can also be called directly by the application (before ALV). This makes the creation of the field catalog by the application flexible.

For business Partners i am doing up load :
For this Some 8 Template is there as follows,
Bp account receivable
Bp adress
Bp bank accounts
Bp paynebtdates
Bp payment methods
Bp withholdint tax
business partners
contact employees.
Whether it is the mandatory to fill all the templates and to upload, also in templates it is mandatory to fill the all the lines ????

Any option is there to check wat is the mandatory field to fill in the respective templates.
Today i uploaded some employee master data's and business partners in this some errors r coming which follows :
When i uplaoded some bulk master data's only the card code for (BP's) and First d Last Name for (Employee master data's) is uploading.
When i am trying to upload some more data's along with that then error is coming.Like i am trying to give address and contact person for (BP's) in Contact employee's template and address templates. PROBLEM is comming.
Same thing for (Employee master data's) if i am uploading the emplopyee roles with that error is happening.
So pls can u tell me wat to do...... .

To Delete Approval Templates ( pls urgent )

i want to delete or make to set no active of one particular Approval template.but i am not able to delete also not able to make set no active also. pls sort out this problem.
Befor i used tat approval template , now i wanna to delete it but it saying like this "cannot remove,there are exixting authorizations based on current template "
if i did no active like this is error msg coming " fixes terms cannot be selected when the user term flag is false

You can not delete approval templates created by same super user.
For example if you have created approval by manager user. to delete approval created by manager.
you have to login through another super user to delete that approval.
I hope this will solve your issue.
