Plus (+) sign next to event

I've been asked the question and I don't know the answer. When syncing from Corporate Time to PDA using activesync (pocket pc), plus sign's are added next to the event. What does that mean? Is it just showing that it has been synced? Thanks, Beth

This is explained in the FAQ at http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/cs/user_info/ocalendar/sync_client_index.html#002803
It says:
The symbols indicate ownership as well as attendance status. The following list provides an explanation of the symbols:
•     [+] - An event you own and are attending
•     [-] - An event you own but are not attending
•     [?] - An event you own but for which you have not yet confirmed your attendance status
•     [*+] - An event you do not own and are attending
•     [*-] - An event you do not own and are not attending
•     [*?] - An event you do not own and for which you have not yet confirmed your attendance status

  • Firefox is not allowing me to add new tabs. I'm pushing the plus sign next to my tab, and it is no longer adding new tabs. How do I fix this problem?

When I open Firefox, I automatically have one tab. The plus sign button to add more tabs is next to the one tab, but it no longer adds tabs when I click on it. When I click on it, it doesn't do anything. How can I fix this problem so I can have multiple tabs? I downloaded the most current version of Firefox, and I'm still having the same problem. I've had this problem for a little over a week now.

  • I cannot add events to my calender, no  plus  sign

I have done all the updates and still no plus sign to add events.  What am I doing wrong?

To add events into calendar you have to have an account with iCloud and have calendar enabled on iCloud. To do this you have to enable the calendar, go to settings on your iPhone then tap on iCloud, if you don't have an account with iCloud then make one or if not signed in, sign into iCloud, after that toggle the calendar on. You're set, you can now add events into calendar.
    Reply if this works.

I am unable to create a new event on my iPhone with IOS 7.0.4. I tap the plus sign, fill in the details, tape Done and ... nothing. Repeatedly. No problem on my iMac or iPad, just with the phone. Help.

Assuming you're creating this event to place in your calendar, and assuming this calendar is shared with your iMac and iPad using iCloud, might the calendar be restricted on your iPhone?
Check Settings > General > Restrictions

  • The plus sign button to add new events in iCal on my iPhone is missing.

On the top, to the right of "All Calendars" there is a plus sign that is used to add events.  On my 4GS I have that and a "Calendars" button.  On my husband's 3GS, those buttons are missing, making it impossible to add events to his calendar.  Both phones have been upgraded to iOS5.
In Settings under Calendars the phones have the following choices:
New Invitation Alerts - Both phones - both set 'on'
Sync - only on his phone - set to 'All Events'
Time Zone Support - Both phones
Default Alert Times - Both Phones
Default Calendar - my phone only - set on Calendar (as opposed to Home, Work or Untitled)
Can anyone tell me how to fix this so he can add events to his calendar?
    Thanks.

Go to Settings>iCloud>Calendar>On. Toggle it on and off. Leave it on if you want to sync with iCloud but then don't sync with your computer or you may get duplicate entries.

  • I can not open the breakpoint dialog in upper right next to plus sign.

EDIT: After more digging into the issue, I found out that the trick is to click AND HOLD on the upside triangle to access the breakpoint dialog box. See link --> Adobe Edge Reflow Team Blog | Q & A From “Talk To The Team”
I can not open the breakpoint dialog in upper right next to plus sign. I click on the downward triangle with no success. Is there a trick to getting this to open? Or better yet, is there a hotkey?
    Thank you for your help-

Within Photoshop go to the "About Plug-in…" menu item just below "About Photoshop" to find the Camera Raw version number.  On which menu that is depends on your platform, Macintosh or Windows, which you neglected to mention.
Raw files from your camera have been supported since version 2.0 of Camera Raw for years and years, so it's not a question of your version of ACR.  Any version of ACR that runs in CS5 should open those files.
I suspect your raw files are damaged (corrupted).

  • There is no   (plus sign) in Calendar to add an event.

There is no + (plus sign) in the Calendar app so I am not able to schedule an event?

I noticed they got rid of that feature now if you do not have iCould on. You simply have to re-enable iCloud for Calendars in the iCloud section of Settings. This won't even do anything unless you have this turned on on more than one device.

  • The plus sign on my calendar has disappeared....can't add events?.

The plus sign in the lower right corner of the calendar app that allows you to add events to the calendar has disappeared.  I have turned the iPad off and back on....recharged it....nothing.  Help!

Go to Settings>iCloud>Calendar>On. Toggle the setting on and off. Leave it on if you want to sync with iCloud, but do not sync the calendar with your computer if you sync with iCloud or you will get duplicate events.

  • Plus sign not showing up next to tabs (to enable opening of new tab).

Plus sign not showing up next to tabs (to enable opening of new tab).
    Can I toggle a setting in about:config?
Have turned off all add-ons, and re-started but plus sign did not show up. I am using FF4.0.1.

    Hi.
    I have fixed the problem.
I was asked to "Restore Defualt Set" originally.
After doing that, I wanted to "customize" the sidebar as there were a few toolbar items I wanted displayed.
I found that the "Plus sign" is a "toolbar item".
So I simply dragged it next to the right of the tab/s (up top) and dropped it. Now everything is back to normal, and I can open new tabs with the "Plus sign".
    Thankyou for all your help.
I hope this answer can also help others at some time.

  • IPhone 5 (v7.1.2) Calendar Doesn't have 'plus' sign

Hello!  I am using the iPhone 5, version 7.1.2 (there is an update available, but I have read that it is hurting a lot of phones, so I am skipping it thus far).  Regardless of that, I am unable to create events on my Calendar.  The reason being that the simple step of tapping the 'plus' sign is not an option.  The symbol is there, but it is grayed out no matter what I do.  I don't prefer to sync with my iCloud or any other source, but I even attempted that, and the 'plus' sign is still not an option.  I truly prefer to just add events on my phone.  I only got the iPhone 5 recently, and this is the first time I am attempting to create an event, so I don't know if any software upgrade caused this malfunction.
Thank you in advance for any replies!

Finally managed to get my phone to sync. Only took a night he he. All set up now and working

  • Repeating plus sign

Daughter was playing on a website, next thing she knew, the address bar was nothing but an infinite line of +++++++++++++ that cannot be deleted. A desktop icon's name also changed to a series of plus signs. I turned it off/on but it didn't help.

Is the repeating region in a container with overflow:hidden?

  • There's no plus sign to add tabs?

There's nothing next to the tabs. Usually there's a plus sign to add new tabs but now it's not there. I tried googling it but no luck. Please help.

Please be patient as everyone here is a volunteer and logs in on their own time. Right now is not a great time to post as it is the night-time and most of the active contributors are offline. I will try to assist you as best I can though.
Usually, a missing new tab button is usually caused by a bad add-on.
Can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if Firefox works properly with no error? You can start Firefox in Safe Mode below:
*'''Windows/Mac''': Go to Help > Restart with add-ons disabled
*'''Linux''': Run ''firefox -safe-mode'' in the Terminal/Konsole
If Firefox opens up fine with no problems, it's probably one of your extensions that's causing the issue. You can re-enable your add-ons one by one until you find the one that causes the issue upon being re-enabled.

  • What happened to the plus sign to open new tabs in ff4?

I have lost the plus sign for opening new tabs which used to be next to an open tab. Where is it and how can I get it back?

Thanks for the reply. I did find solution. Right click in empty space next to tab, click customize, find the plus sign and drag it to the tool bar, not next to the tab. That should do it to open a new tab.
