    What does having broadband have to do with deleting and re-installing the app?
    The app should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Under the Applications tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, you can deselect the app followed by a sync to remove the app and reselect the app followed by a sync to re-install the app.
    If you deleted and re-installed the app with your iPhone, try doing this with iTunes and syncing.
    Apple is not responsible for a problem with a 3rd party app. TomTom is responsible for a problem with their app.

    Hi, the music app isn't working well after I update my phone to Lollipop, all the album art are lost and the music info are messed up. I tried to add album art and edit the music info as well, but after a while, the problem comes back again. Can anyone help please?

  • OSX Mail app not working well

    I am having different challenges with my Mail app...
    1. The emails are taking up to 30 seconds to load.
    2. The emails that i delete after reading show up again
    3. Some emails do not open and i have to reply or read in preview

    So the bend on this is that I am currently in China and although the problem is happening i am not sure if any censorship issues are involved. The problem happens in the US as well...
    Using mutliple email accounts -
    Gmail and a GO DADDY account

    So I assume that you bought and activated your iPhone through Orange France, and have been using it in Belgium on your local carrier since then? If so, it may be that the 1.1.4 update has messed up your unlocked iPhone in some way, though I'm not sure how as I don't have any experience with that type of iPhone.
    What I would try is forcing a restore in iTunes, by pressing on the Home button and then connecting the iPhone to the computer, while holding the Home button down, until you get a message to say the an iPhone has been detected in recovery mode. Then follow the steps as indicated. Be sure to keep the button pressed for as long as 30 seconds, or until the message appears.

    Had the same problem as you. App would terminate when launched.
    Solution to working You Tube app:
    -Go to playstore
    - Uninstall app (it doesn't remove the app, only removes the update)
    - "Et Voila", working again.
    This doesn't correct the problem, it's just a workaround for you to be able to use youtube app again.

    Option 1
    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
    Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
    Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

    I recently updated to Yosemite and now I am having problems with the above mentioned apps, not opening at all.
    I am unable to check to which version its update to, or even update to next version.

    You ran a defective third-party "utility" such as "CleanMyMac" or "MacCleanse" that purports to "clean up" "junk" files. What it really does is to corrupt the operating system and many applications.   
    The first thing you need to do is remove that software according to the developer's instructions. Never install it, or anything like it, again. Then see below. If you use any iWork applications, you may need to delete them and redownload them from the App Store.
    If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS.* You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need the backup unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.
    If you use FileVault 2, then before running the Installer you must launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the FileVault startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name.) It will be nested below another icon, usually with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar and enter your login password when prompted. Then quit Disk Utility to be returned to the main Recovery screen.
    There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
    If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it. The same goes for Xcode. All other data will be preserved.
    *The linked support article refers to OS X 10.10 ("Yosemite"), but the procedure is the same for OS X 10.7 ("Lion") and later.

    Try searching with Spotlight. Click the magnifying glass icon top right corner of your screen.
    If you can't locate the apps, you can re download without being charged again.

    Restore from a backup - if the notes are in your backup. If you do not backup, the notes are most likely gone for good.

    Also, make sure that you are in the correct Account in the Notes App. Tap on Accounts in the upper left corner and see if the notes are in another account.
    You can try this as well, but the odds of this working probably are not that great, but it is harmless and worth a try.
    Quit the Notes app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    Hello All,
    To anyone with the same problem described above, on THEIR iPad (if it is running iOS 7.0.2):
    Go to Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; DELETE your *******@btinternet.com e-mail account, that you originally set up either using 'Other', or the 'BT' option which I am sure was in the list previous to the iOS 7 update.
    Then ADD a NEW account choosing YAHOO from the list of options. DO NOT USE 'OTHER'.
    Enter the correct details just as you (almost certainly) had already done in your previous attempts using 'other'.
    When you see the 'verifying......' and 'the blue ticks' you should be able to exit settings and open your mail app and then receive all your 'old' e-mails again, AND be able to SEND as well.
    All my 'old' e-mails, were NOT found in the 'old e-mail' folder though. THEY are still in my inbox.
    So this fix worked for me.
    After I deleted my account from 'OTHER' and put it in Yahoo, I like other people also ended up with more folders.
    I hope this works for you on YOUR Apple devices.

    Hello, Premkoli. Which specific apps are you referring to? Are these apps downloaded from the Store, or preloaded ones? When you say 'my apps not working with tata docomo only', does it mean that these apps work with other SIM cards aside from TaTa Docomo? How did you update your Nokia C2-00? Is it by going to Settings > Phone > Device Updates > Check for updates, or via Nokia Suite?
    Since the issue started after the software update, you can try to reinstall the phone's SW via Nokia Suite. Just download it on your PC, and then connect the phone via a compatible USB cable. After that, launch Nokia Suite, and the go to SW Updates > Device Software Updates > Reinstall current SW. After that, try opening the same apps and see if they'll work with your Docomo SIM card.
