PLZ Help on How to Best Utilize

We have a need to support 50-60 Apple desktops/laptops at different locations across NY and NJ. The primary use for ARD would be for Help Desk type people to remote into the end users to assist with basic troubleshooting.
I have purchased the Unlimited Managed Systems version of ARD.
My question is, we have ~30 Help Desk staff, at any time one or many would need to use ARD to remote into an end-users station.
Can this 1 copy of ARD be centrally installed so each of the Help Desk staff can access it to remote?
Does every Help Desk staff need their own copy?
Can ARD go on an Apple Server that can then be used by multiple Help Desk Staff?
Currently all Help Desk staff use Windows based PCs. I am tasked with determining how all these current Windows Help Desk staff can have the ability to remote control the Apple users.
Thanks in advance, I apologize but everything Apple is new to me.

Only if they can all use that single computer, either by accessing it physically or via some other screen sharing system such as VNC so they could take control of that system on which ARD is installed. Then they could all access it, though only one at a time.
Does every Help Desk staff need their own copy?
You need one copy (with it's own serial number) for each system on which you want to install the ARD administration application. So if you have 30 Help Desk techs and wanted to install the ARD administrator app on each of their systems, you'll need 30 copies of ARD.
Can ARD go on an Apple Server that can then be used by multiple Help Desk Staff?

    Have you tried using WLST for what you are trying to achieve?

    Dear Friends
    I have lost my iphone 5 in my office  and after sometime I find it in my office in my back drawer but some one has lock it by ICloud plz help me how to recover my phone U have all details of my phone.

    The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords, especially your Apple ID/iCloud password NOW!
    If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
    If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be re-activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
    If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored.

    E indicates you are connected to an EDGE (2G) data network. Whether or not the 3G slider appears is up to the carrier. if it does not appear, as in your case, then 3G is turned on at all times. If the phone can not detect a 3G network, or if your account is not provisioned to allow 3G data service, the phone will automatically drop back to an EDGE network if one is detected.
    Contact your carrier. make sure that you are in a 3G coverage area, and that there is not a problem with the 3G service in your area, and that your account is properly provisioned for 3G data.
    Try Settings>General>Resets>Reset Network Settings.

    the settings in MN05 for PO.
    NACE is the Tcode used to link the Application type, Output Types and its processing Routines like ( Driver programs and attached Script forms or Smartforms).
    You should know the Application of a document first Like:
    for PO it is EF, for sales Doc's it is V1, for Delivery docs it is V2, for billing Doc's it is V3 etc.
    so first select the Application type (ex: EF) for PO and press OUtput types
    then a list will come in that you should know the related output type for PO.
    select any outtype and click on the processing Routines button on the left side
    it will display the Medium, Driver Program and the Script form or smartform related to that document..

    Welcome to the Apple community Fazypk.
    Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

    Most likely your phone is carrier locked to a different carrier than the SIM card you're using.  It will activate and operate only with the carrier to which it's locked.

    Having the email address is not necessary. It is just the username for the device. All you need is that Apple ID and password. Now, if you forgotten the password, then you have more work to do. Since that email is no longer active, you would need to send the reset to your rescue email, if you remember that. Or you will need to contact Apple Security for help.
